unlabelledView post →I went to see an early screening of The Adjustment Bureau and just before the end of the second act, when I was the most invested I'd ever be in the movie, the projector broke and they sent everyone home. I don't think I'll ever know how that movie ended.

unlabelledView post →Watched The Adjustment Bureau again last night. Liked it the first time, but really enjoyed the rewatch. Well written, funnier than I remember, with a great cast including Anthony Mackie before the Avengers. A good balance of mundane and surreal. Damon and Blunt make us believe.
unlabelledView post →I'm watching the Nicholas Cage movie, Arcadian, which is about a troubled father figure in a post-Apocalyptic world. Or I'm watching Mandy, or The Adjustment Bureau, or Prisoners of the Ghostland. Honestly, I'm no longer sure.
unlabelledView post →Just watched the lovely 2011 film "The Adjustment Bureau". No spoilers because it's best to go in and see it cold IMO, but I love the chemistry of the leads (Emily Blunt, Matt Damon) and the gradual reveal in the story.
unlabelledView post →The other day I watched The Adjustment Bureau, the 2011 movie where mysterious teleporting men in fedoras want to keep Matt Damon and Emily Blunt from falling in love, for reasons! My review does contain spoilers, so watch out! (They're spiky)
unlabelledView post →Hi, I just saw THE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU, a film from 2011, for the very first time, and I really liked it and I want to talk about it with somebody, so... here. letterboxd.com/jonnyquest03...
unlabelledView post →Ever seen that movie “The Adjustment Bureau”?
unlabelledView post →The Adjustment Bureau was pretty good though. I'd love to see someone make a good John Carter movie. But I think most people younger than I am probably don't even know those stories anymore.
unlabelledView post →Remember the movie "The Adjustment Bureau" (2011) where a promising young politician had his career derailed after it came out he'd been arrested for indecent exposure because he mooned someone when he was in college? You couldn't make that movie now. No one would buy that premise.
unlabelledView post →I love The Adjustment Bureau! And not just because the film is loosely based on the Philip K Dick story Adjustment Team. It's a great film anyway. Fate, free will, the hats & a great romance against the odds... Perfect!
unlabelledView post →I think the most recent movie I saw theatrically that I might remember the least about is THE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU. Could not tell you *a thing* about it.
unlabelledView post →This is actually why I think it's really interesting that the writer of The Adjustment Bureau is the one currently working on the Rey movie script and it makes me wonder if they will delve into any of those themes?
unlabelledView post →That's so true! That kind of brings back to memory the film The Adjustment Bureau. It's no big deal, but Matt Damon and Emily Blunt make it work beautifully.
unlabelledView post →📽️ Hot take: The Adjustment Bureau is an underrated GEM of a movie, & future audiences will come to see & understand what those of us who love it already know: it got screwed. https://letterboxd.com/maryscott/film/the-adjustment-bureau/
unlabelledView post →Just re-watched the Matt Damon/Emily Blunt PKD adaptation THE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU. Even better than I remembered, for being a movie where they basically teleport around to different NYC landmarks. I love that Damon's character defies God in choosing love over success.
unlabelledView post →Movie of the week this week is The Adjustment Bureau. Supernatural love story nonsense but Matt Damon makes it believable plus it has Terrence stamp. Fun, would make a good TV series. 7/10 www.imdb.com/title/tt1385...

He starred in many varied movies, from Superman's General Zod, via Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, to Chancellor Valorum in The Phantom Menace and Thompson in The Adjustment Bureau. Always adding class to every role and movie. Thanks for all the entertainment. RIP...

unlabelledView post →Rewatching THE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU - I always feel this film got a harsh rap (and I singly blame whoever put the "it's 'Bourne' meets 'Inception'" on the poster for this metaphysical romance) It's daft, nice, it has magic hats but heck, Damon and Blunt are so ruddy charming in it!
unlabelledView post →Just rewatched The Adjustment Bureau. Great film based on a Phillip K Dick short story. On IMDB trivia I just read that it was supposed to end with a scene with Shohreh Aghdashloo playing the Chairman. But it was cut the studios weren’t ready to show a Muslim woman playing (essentially) God. 😡

unlabelledView post →Terrance Stamp was both great and beautiful in many things, but my top recommendation to you is THE LIMEY, a terrific movie in which he is great but merely handsome. (In his paycheck parts, I also love him being blase in a hat in the fun little B-movie called The Adjustment Bureau)

unlabelledView post →I love Emily Blunt and Matt Damon's chemistry in the beginning of The Adjustment Bureau but I guess that's the point of the movie.
unlabelledView post →The Adjustment Bureau is a fantastic film, but I was very disappointed to learn that Shohreh Aghdashloo was cut as the role of "god" basically on the grounds of racism. She'd have made a fantastic film phenomenal.

unlabelledView post →I’m watching ‘The Adjustment Bureau’ for the first time it came out back in 2011. Matt Damon was down BAD for Emily Blunt in this movie. Man was defying fate and higher powers to be with the woman he loved. I need to be like that.
unlabelledView post →Having little or unknown actors play the enemy would've worked better. I am thinking of Fringe or even another Blunt film, The Adjustment Bureau, not groundbreaking but the enemy were shadowy. Maybe more back story about Firth's character instead of just a very brief reference to it.
