It takes heavy inspiration from multiple other games and doesn't really invent anything new, but the combination of "borrowed" parts is super innovative and the execution is almost flawless! The game feels somewhat light on content, but I think it's reasonably balanced with the asking price, especially if you get it at the current 30% discount. 😉

The graphics are great, everything is smooth and the game handles well many enemies at once. The game is in Early Access, and the amount of polish and content is very good relative to the price. It's from the studio that created Grime, so the good quality is no surprise.

The slingbot mechanic is so much fun, I was compelled to send the dev a two page essay begging them to lean into it more. I was assured that that's the plan going forward, and I am so stoked to see what this becomes. It worth the money as is just for the fun of slinging around, but this really has the potential to be amazing and I hope it gets there. Also, runs great on the deck.
