negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is super buggy. I keep getting a notification saying I delivered a wrong order, but I didn't? Customers wont eat their food and move on so all my tables are full. And why the heck cant we hire a cashier??? There is no way to keep up in single player... There are other food simulator games that are more polished and is more engaging, buy one of those instead.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Honestly the game itself is great; I will give you that. But being a great/fun/chaotic game to play shouldn't give you a pass in using GenAI because you don't want to pay artists. Literally you could have drawn your AI slop in MSPaint, and you'd still be as popular as you are now with your game. Do better. Pay artists or draw it yourself. GenAI is not the end game solution to everything. It's garbage.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I absolutely love my simulator games, so i thought this one would be right up my street.... At the start i was really enjoying it, hired some staff (only a cleaner and a waiter), and then unfortunately, the game became wayyy too hard to run by myself. I had to cancel a lot of things off the menu and i could only make the sandwhiches, no sides-drinks-icecream, as there was too much to add on by myself! The game is only playable when playing with friends, you dont get any other staff, no cashier…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Started the game, sold all the equipment, build a skybase with tablets and baking trays, explored the depths of the attic and found inner peace. 10/10 didn't even get to make a sandwich
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Step 1: Launch game with friend(s) Step 2: Its 4am P.S Im getting 100 FPS when I most definately shouldn't
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is very good, however, I will concur there is a bug with tables and customer orders. It seems like whenever you purchase or move a table (possibly in multiplayer only) it has a very high chance to be bugged. ANY customer that sits at that table will not be happy with anything that you give them. Restarting the lobby seems to fix it. Very fun game though!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →September 2026 update: Still can't suggest this - UI just isn't useable long term, many better alternates. Currently it is too buggy to recommend. My wife and I enjoyed playing it until the customers glitched out, and despite triple checking the orders, keep saying the orders are incorrect. Will definitely be back once the bugs a fixed.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I enjoy playing this game for hours but please add a cashier employee because taking orders and preparing them is so tiring and frustrating.. that’s the only thing that is lacking in this game in my opinion.

unlabelledView post →Hi Developer! The game is great. However, can you add an option to edit our avatar? Also, if possible, can you add an option to hire a kitchen employee or even a cashier when playing a solo mode in order we can focus on just preparing the order. Also, can you add a specific bread label, especially when a specific type of bread is in the box and in the sandwich machine so we won't be confused which is which. Hope this will be noticed. Thank you!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →pretty fun warning play lower difficulty to prevent soft lock.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unfortunately the performance is abysmal on Linux, works fine on windows but still not very optimized. Uses more resources than Cyberpunk 2077 for no good reason
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Too buggy for me. get to the point of able to serve drinks and cucumber and keeps bugging saying order wrong or they dont eat and move on
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is not optimized and the progression is not balanced properly.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →game started out great, made it to day 8 than got an error and i wasnt able to order anymore supplies. reached out to the company and they sent me a google form. Filled it out over a week ago and i also emailed them a few more times to try and get help with finding the save files and they stopped responding to me. i havent been able to play in over a week and im upset about it. couldnt get a refund with steam since i played for 3 hours and the refund cut off is too. so sadly i wouldnt reccomend…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the game is fun-- playing it on nightmare to increase the popularity/money in the beginning, lowkey helps but what doesnt help is the space for table is very limited. the game is VERY buggy. the waiter doesn't do its job properly and kept stacking the tray (that we already made for others) on the same customer's table every time. it messes up our gameplay, and by the time we're sorting out the orders, the customer's already LEFT. The ice cream machine is somewhat buggy too, can't place the cup.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's great to play with friends but near impossible to play solo. Once you unlock the sandwich maker machine its okay however, you will still end up with a line out the door - even in easy mode
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is fun, but there is a bug in which it says you placed the wrong order. I've seen others say they've had the same issue. I did notice that when customers place orders, the screen on the wall is different from the actual order the customer gave. Hope there is a fix soon, because this game is enjoyable.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Customers saying that they are unhappy with their order, after confirming we have the correct order & ticket they are still unhappy and walk away without any notification. I see more people complaining about this, whilst the developer is not taking it seriously and just brushing it off as "wrong order"
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great fun game. Starts off slow then gets challenging. The staff helps but could use either a staff member or a friend (or two) to assist in the kitchen as well.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Can be fun and chaotic with friends I'm sure, but I know basically no one with the game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A Recipe for Frustration Sandwich Simulator has a genuinely fun core concept, but the current state of execution makes it an absolute nightmare to play. If you're hoping for a smooth management sim to enjoy with friends, be prepared to battle the engine and the interface far more than the actual customer rush. Game Mechanics: The gameplay revolves around running a fast-food sandwich joint solo or in co-op mode. You take orders, assemble customized sandwiches using various breads and toppings,…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game was way more polished than I expected. Lots of fun. By far the best game I have ever played that cost me under $2! I would have paid $10 for the amount of fun I had.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The online orders are buggy but overall it's fun to play with others.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →after so long in the game you just get 100% wrong orders which breaks the flow of the game... also the progression feels way to fast, day 4 already had most things unlocked
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Purchased the game on sale for £1.45. We had that much fun before we even got inside, running around slapping each other before we had unlocked the door. Why you can slap each other is a mystery. Outside the sheer fun of slapping your friends, that is. So far so good. Game mechanics seem solid, good gameplay. Decent graphics and it's fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game seems really fun and engaging. However, Would like to see the Devs make the Customer order box bigger, without having to scroll, as you will tend to miss out on what they are ordering due to the box being small. I think it would be much better if you can see everything in the box all at once while you are charging and placing the order.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very good game but needs some improvements first the ingredients for the sandwiches are too expensive for the customers. chicken at 34,25 is outrageous the prices should be reduced by 60% - 90%
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →who doesn't like sandwiches.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →not recommended. many bugs. i just play for a minutes. but when u misclick the item it stuck in your hand. and you need to restart over. stressfull. i like this game. i am sorry . i hope you guys fix it. then i will rebuy again.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →No cuz it's so tiring up. And I mean you can literally feel that you're working instead of getting fun by the game. To many ingriedients makes this game awfully hard, unpleasent and as I said tiring. The worst thing is like when you unlock something you need to buy it. Espacially when it comes to ingriedients. When I didn't bought the sweetcorn then every fcking one wanted it sooo badly. When I put every possible bread to the oven then every fcking one want's only 2 of em or espacially one and…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is really fun overall, but unfortunately it’s extremely buggy. We suddenly no longer have a storage room or a freezer room. It just says “Upgrade required,” even though we have already purchased every available upgrade. Also, the orders are often incorrect when placing them. Because of that, you are sometimes forced to kick customers out even though you didn’t do anything wrong.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →TOO MANY BUGS! ESPECIALLY ICE CREAM MACHINE!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Dearest Developers, I Set Eyes Upon Thine Game And I Was Lovestruck, The Artisan Experience Of Making Such Divine Sandwiches Was TRULY Breathtaking. The Raytracing On The Bread Is On Par With That Of Cyberpunk And Do Not Get Me Started On The Graphical Developments Of The Sweetcorn. This Game Has Enabled Me To See Beyond The Fourth Dimension And Ultimately Is A Sandwich Experience Of The Times.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game even as a Solo. Limiting the menu as a solo does help though, because have too much on the go can be hectic. - Some things i see issues with even though they have been addressed. 1) Wrong Items served 2) Hired NPCs stand in 1 location (all of them) having 4 guys on top on each other just looks dumb, and breaks any immersion. Things I do like: mostly the simplicity of it all. Very few controls needed to learn, most things are Left Click or E. opening things (E)/click…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →im not a fan of devs relying heavily on ai-generated assets over actual art direction, and judging by the studio, that's exactly what they do so i won't be following or supporting them at large. the music in particular is obviously ai-generated and it becomes grating quickly to have on in the background during gameplay. i would also really like it if customers weren't able to order items that you don't offer or have the means to make (e.g. ice cream when you don't have a machine). lastly, the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is a very enjoyable game, the price is affordable, I recommend it. (Do not prepare the ingredients in the evening, they will be spoiled by the morning)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really fun game. Tons of stuff to do. Impossible to play in later levels without extra players though.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is super fun so far! I've encountered a couple small bugs that made me have to restart, but saving often keeps me going without much struggle. The most irritating bug I've discovered so far was one of my tables ALWAYS acting like it got the wrong order until I reloaded the game. Not sure what triggered it, but the first time it happened, a waiter had brought the tray to the table and from that moment on, that customer's ticket was stuck on the table and anyone who sat at it would…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So I started playing this game alone and enjoyed it, as I progressed and levelled up it just got less and less playable as a single person as it was too difficult to multitask. Not having a worker option for the till is very annoying, it’s just impossible to juggle all the other tasks while having to man the till. I was looking forward to using the multiplayer feature and playing with my boyfriend, but even as a duo it got annoying. We were excited to level up and unlock online orders, but it’s…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is pretty entertaining, solo and/or co-op included. However, there is one thing that developers should look into: More staff, specifically 'kitchen workers' Without giving up any spoilers, let just say, when you have 3 different areas, and you have to pay attention to all of them (especially if you play solo), you need more than a pair of hands to get the job done. Aside from that, the game is worth recommending for a community game time.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun game, can get very challenging when playing alone. Mechanics have explainations in game but some could use a bit more detail. Relatively easy to figure out yourself though.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game would be great but it needs a lot of improvements, i would like to see the breads curtain icones for what they are. And then the game also doesnt save properly, leaves out a lot of stuff you did and acting as you did nothing new in your restaurant.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →when taking an order once taken the slip can change whats suposed to be on it so the sandwich maker makes the wrong thing but the order on the order panel shows it right core game mechanics are broken
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →pretty good game, i play this with my brother n we laugh together
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →DO NOT BUY! Crashes alll the time
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →PLEASE make the bathroom sounds quieter
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is great and really fun, but it has some serious optimisation issues. Not only is the game still really laggy even on the lowest settings, but there is a strobe issue inside of the building that cannot be fixed in any way. It's tolerable for most of the day, but once it starts getting dark out, it's really bad and gave me some nausea and a headache. The movement is also way too fast, making it hard to control your character. Would suggest putting a flashing warning till the strobe…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →can't kick some stupid kids
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very nice game, but playing solo after day 7 is imposible. too much customers and very big orders. you just can not keep up.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →least optimised game of all time
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good idea, really buggy. I played a few hours with my wife, the amount of significant bugs we found really ruined our enjoyment. We had to fire waiters and re hire them every single day, otherwise one of them just won't work. We constantly ran into issues where we couldn't place an item anywhere, an item would get stuck and be un-interactable, one of us would find themselves disappearing and appearing in other places probably because of lag, customers would refuse orders they specifically asked…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Tried to play with my boyfriend, it was a nightmare of bug
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is a very fun game, but I still see room for improvement. * The hoster needs to be granted moderation rights. * Remove the waiting time for customers.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is fun. as a experience food service worker, this is more enjoyable than an actual job however.... placing tables in the dining hall doesn't make much sense? early game is hard to be space efficient with them. other than that. i can recommend. (playing this with the wife)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The only thing I would change so far is remove the AI slop, fix some bugs because there's a lot, and do better optimization, because no matter how good your pc is you cannot play on high settings. Other than that, the gameplay is surprisingly good, progression is balanced well enough and the overall gameplay loop is enjoyable. There's even tutorials for everything. Please work on your game and at least use some free textures from the asset store instead of using generative AI...
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →sandwich = stressful when solo
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →l like this game and everything but there's one reason i have to down vote this. this game makes me physically sick, i have played this game ~3 times and after a while i start to get sick and i cant play any more. i assume its motion sickness but i'm not one to get motion sickness from playing video games. if the dev finds out whats wrong and fixes it then i will up vote this but i can't up vote it when i cant even play the game for more than an hour
