Weapons and armor are strictly from bosses, with only 2 active skills and graphics that even an old Nokia 3310 can handle. Oh, and the game has some humor. Well, it's more like the imbeciles are just joking with each other, and you have to guess if it's a joke. Even if there was a voiceover laugh after every joke, you wouldn't even smile. The game is aimed at an age of up to 10 years: no blood,…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The main problem with this game is that it is called Sacred 3. If it were called Sacred Adventuries, there would be less negativity. This is a spinoff game, not a numbered part of a great series.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bought this on sale. Really terrified at how bad this is: 1. No saving on checkpoints, you have to restart the WHOLE level if you quit in the middle. 2. Terrible voice acting 3. Terrible humour in dialogues 4. Boring repetetive combat 5. Rebooted my computer in the end of the first mission. I had no motivation to start over from the beginning. Avoid at ALL costs!!!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's kind of wild you would label a game as a third one in the series and have it have NOTHING in common with the previous titles. The most annoying thing is that it's not a proper arpg anymore. It's now an on-the-rails, mission-based hack and slash. The game, even putting aside its disconnect from Sacred 1 and 2, is streamlined to death. There's practically no customization, so don't think you're building a character. You're playing a prebuilt character doing a speedrun of a map. It's a…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Who put this mobile game on pc and called it a rpg game? That chick from the start of the game telling you to do stuff was really annoying and if you have to listen to her during the whole game i would have to cut off my ears.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →wors game preorder ever. i remember the price for this game was 60 euro when it came out. because of this game i've started watching game reviews.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sacred 3 is an isometric/top-down ARPG with hilarious dialog, cheeky references to adult material, a multiple powerups, skills, equipment, and spirits to be acquired and utilized. Players can join in via co-op whether it is a public forum or private or by invitation alone. Visuals are still stunning despite the game's now aged 3D engine and ragdoll physics are present everywhere. Despite some negative reviews I see very little to personally complain about except for the odd controls here and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I bet you can't screw a great rpg game totally, like story, gameplay, voice acting, no saving possibility etc... Developers : Hold my beer...
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you remember old school sacred, don't waste your time with this one.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not an RPG like the previous games, no missions, no inventory, no open world, shouldn't have been called Sacred. Terrible. Too bad I took so much time to play it because I would have requested a refund.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I loved Sacred 1 and 2..... That said this game took everything and I mean everything that made those games fun and threw it in the toilet and took a giant ♥♥♥♥ on it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this game like the plauge.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is NOT Sacred. I've been scammed. In addition to this, how is it even physically possible to make a game with such a bad controls and UI? I can vibe code something better than this in under an hour.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →what the actual F... what the hell is this and where is my Seraphim? ♥♥♥♥, why someone put the sacred name on this?...and the story, OMG why they "talk" like a bad breed of borderlands and a marvel movie?...is bad.. it hurts how bad is this if this game came out in 2025 we can all agree and be 100% is full AI, but since is a 10+years old game is just a lot of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ plain bad choices.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So far, this is the best version of Gauntlet(tm) I have played on pc through steam. My wife & I beat it in under 25hrs -- playing duo co-op, with 2 controllers, on our tv, in one weekend, eating delivery pizza. It is relatively short in terms of content. But so were the old arcade games back in the 1900's when we were kids. I have played no other versions of Sacred.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This really feels like a "sideways thumb". Its a weird isometric beat-em-up with very barebones RPG elements, very repetitive enemy design and a decent number of characters for this kind of game. Its mashy, its simple, and it plays nothing like Sacred 1 or 2. The writing is very childish, and many mechanics are poorly explained. And yet, I didn't hate it. It was a simple game I mashed through in a few sessions, and while I never wanna play it again, I didn't hate my time with it. If its…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is close to be the worst game I have ever played. After 2.5 LVLs I had enough and just let the game on to collect the trading cards. Don't buy, don't even try playing.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a sacred game, but more of a gauntlet title. Supports remote play together, 21:9 via hex edit and has a 115fps cap ( ? ) Game got a lot of hate because it's from the dark age where consoles were on top, so plenty of PC type games got console-ised hard. Game runs great and looks fine for the time, but its super simple. The gameplay doesnt evolve from the first hour to the last. What worked on the first boss works on the 10th. There is a lack of depth and the only way the game compensates…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Diablo finally grown to SACRED (1) in 2024. While sacred become plot-less instance-based crap from open world in 2014. Shame on you.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is so bad I do not want to waste any more time for this.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Awful. No loot. No exploration. Silly story. Gold is used for everything. Limited skill system tree. No real builds. Goofy quips and narration during levels. More of a hack and slash beat em up than ARPG. Everything just feels lazy. You can customize the controls though.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sacred 3 is a game that comes from a RPG series with an open world style. This is not the case for Sacred 3 so if you expect RPG customization and open world travel, this is not the game for you. Anyway, I have played as the archer character and finished the game in 3-4 hours. I tried my best to finish the game in a collectible manner. The game is pretty linear with easy to understand story and missions. If you search for a casual game with a nice story and a funny lay-out this is the game.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is not a Sacred game. Just don't try it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I should have listened to the reviews and I normally don`t write reviews, but I feel like I have to here. + Slightly better graphics than Sacred 2 - Extremely linear game (it`s not an open world!) - No inventory - No stats overview - No armor and damage types - Character cannot be viewed during gameplay - “Stats” in the menu (outside gameplay) are shown as bars and not in numbers - Dull skill system - Repetitive gameplay - Buggy controls (e.g. the character sometimes runs in a direction as if…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →THIS IS NOT SACRED.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What even is this game? This has the WORST modern dialogue I have heard. It says hack and slash but the moves are incredibly limited, bosses are easier than some enemies. I beat the final boss with 5 levels below the recommended. Don't bother with the game
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Death by Cringe.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →That was just bad. I've never wanted to finish a game quicker and be done with it. Disregarding the fact they used a well-known title to make something completely different the devs made a hack&slash game through and through but... you need to click everytime you attack as if it was Diablo first part (no respect for our fingers and controllers), the combat skills progression is so slow that you finish the game and feel nothing has changed in your play style. But the worst happens to the player…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is a waste of everyones time - the developer, mine and yours. If you're thinking of buying it just don't. If you've bought this game in some sort of bundle don't even activate it. This game is rubbish although even rubbish present some value.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The progress is only rarely saved and you cannot trigger save. You can't pause. Dark patterns to keep you in the game. The mouse curser is off, so you don't hit the buttons easily. The abilities are incredible boring. I must admit though, that the story is interesting and there is a good variety on what you have to do in order to progress.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First things first, I have never played S1 or S2 so this review is a standalone review for S3. I enjoyed this game a lot as it's very simplistic. It reminds me of Dungeon Siege 3 which was also simple. There really is no loot system but more of an upgrade system. Level design and art design were good. Music and sound effects were good. This is pure hack and slash fun. My biggest gripe is the writing and dialog, it is absolutely terrible and written by a 10 year old. I ended up sliding the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Never thought I would write a negative review about a game, but in total honesty, this excuse of a game they dared to call Sacred 3 is nothing short of ripping off the fanbase. I thought all the negative reviews were just bashing a game and developer/publisher. Now I see how right they are. Almost every aspect of this game screams tedium after a mere 28 hours. The combat is dull and VERY repetitive. You are not rewarded for grinding levels excepting getting some gold to buy a few upgrades for…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sacred 3 is not a good addition to the Sacred line of games. It feels like a console port, as the controls are terrible. One has to use a controller, because the key bindings are so bad. For instance, WASD is used for moving, but the map is set to a 3/4 perspective, which makes it hard to move forward, without hitting two buttons at the same time. There is a lot of action, but it is very repetitive, and the in game commentary feels like it was written by a horny middle school boy.…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →ALWAYS ONLINE ... UGH ... No prior Sacred experience Bought the game on the cheap to do some casual play while traveling. I was please to see that I could play the game but it kept restarting at this one section. Once I had made it to a location to where I could go online then I was allowed to go past that section Made this mediocre game turn to crap for me. (Steam should go back to notifying this is a requirement) Game play was ok but constantly hearing these poor sounding voices randomly…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Holy crap was this bad. I could barely stomach the random dialog enough to get through the tutorial. Got that far and went to level up and it looks like someone was trying to make an edgy boy knock off of the new Gauntlet or something. It's not a Sacred game, it's also not a good game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Do not buy this game if you are expecting a game like Sacred or Sacred 2. This is a game more disappointing and even worse than Dungeon Siege 3. An embarrassing feat. I will say that the only situation I would understand if you bought it is this: You have friends and you all want to co-op a really awful, completely unfun game. However, this games doesn't appear to be as unintentionally funny (or fun) as Two Worlds, or Sacred 2. Sacred 3 makes horrendous attempts at humor, but none of the…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →not sure why I didnt read the reviews first.. my mistake. really bad game.. should NOT be called 'sacred'... nothing like it! devs should be crucified for calling it that. but even as a 'stand alone' game, its not good. skills, gameplay, scenarios.. all stupid and NOT fun. why anyone would rate this as a positive I have no idea. AND you keep getting stuck in the environment.. especially near chests.. no way to get out so have to repeat the whole episode again.. had it multiple times before I…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This should be called something else, maybe a spin-off or something? They took kind of Sacred's lore and put it into.... this. Unintuitive controls where you dodge towards the mouse, and the mouse is what you use to aim if not using controller, so you dodge and end up in the middle of enemies. Not recommended, stick with older Sacred or Sacred 2 and host through LAN (using hamachi) if you want a proper one with multiplayer.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not great, not terrible The game itself is pretty ok, the combat is enjoyable enough, and the characters you play are decent, but you have limited equipment and combat arts for each class, plus you don't have much choice in what to use, and you can only upgrade your gear and skills at certain levels. The story is cookie-cutter and predictable, just a set of linear story missions (to be honest, the story was never the series' strong point); it's a shame the game's no longer open world; and…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Every second line in the script is a pathetic attempt at a joke. Surprising that they didn't add a laugh track.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sacred 3 has garnered mixed reactions from critics and gamers alike. Here are some positive and negative aspects of the review: Positive: - Good gameplay: The hack and slash combat system is fast and fun, with many special abilities and a variety of weapons and armor. - Graphics: The environment of the game is well designed and has a nice atmosphere. - Cooperative Multiplayer Option: Sacred 3 features cooperative multiplayer gameplay, allowing you to play the game with friends or other players…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I actually had to check if the game it's the same franchise as Sacred 1, which was an incredible game I played in my childhood . And yes it is. That was the worst thing about it. A very shallow game, lacking basic RPG and character progression elements with a terrible attempt at humor that has absolutely nothing to do with its predecessors.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →There is no mage available to play, it is like some Fan project to the Sacred games. Almost no story, trailers are showing the pointless of everything in this Fan game, nothing serious, just fun, that is why this game not for me.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Superb (coop) couch hack n slash, the bad reviews come from how the sacred franchise shifted from an old school rpg to a gauntlet-esque game. My only con is how basic the progression system works; armor/weapons/skills are locked behind leveling up + each of the 6 character only get 1 armor and 4 weapons, no in game drops at all. Everything else like graphics, map layout, environment are surprisingly well done, doesnt even feel like a decade old game. The voice acting is so goofy too which…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is a huge downgrade from the first two games, it gets rid of a large open world with rich and deep skill system to make an arcade like tournament style level based garbage tier game. The developers lacked vision, the programmers lacked skill, they crapped on the fans. I doubt they will make a 4th but if they do, Open world. rich skill system, anything less and you can expect a flop
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is not Sacred's style at all!!! If you want the old style, please think carefully before buying Sacred 3. It's not something that you're familiar with. But i recommend this game if you want something like "Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris" or "Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light".
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My neighbor actually got a stage 3 cancer from playing this game.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not an ARPG, but I like it. More of a twin-stick meets action-adventure through an ARPG lens than a Diablo-like. No loot, no crafting largely, though you can upgrade your weapons in a branching way, just a pretty linear skill tree laid on top of a gameplay made of clicks and buttons. Story-wise, super camp. Sometimes it's so bad it's good, sometimes it's so bad, period. I don't mind it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Introduction: Paws down, Sacred 3 ain’t the howlin’ good time you’d expect from a game riding the coattails of its mighty ancestors. Released back in the dog days of summer on August 1, 2014, by Keen Games and published by THQ Nordic, this hack ‘n’ slash adventure aimed to bring a pack of players together for some co-op chaos. But lemme tell ya, this game is more bark than bite. Let’s sink our teeth into this so-called sequel and see if it’s worth the howl—or if it’s just another mutt in a…
