positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Despite its myriad flaws, 'Remember Me' remains a visual masterpiece. Some of the lushest urban environments in any game ever. I wish we had got more games in this world.

Though it is an older title, everything felt perfect when I played it through to the end. I first beat this fantastic game on the PS3 back in 2013, and it left a lasting impression. The phenomenal plot, cyberpunk visuals, futuristic soundtrack, and fun gameplay are near-flawless. The entire cast did a superb job, especially Kezia Burrows…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I’ll admit that I only finished this game on my third attempt, haha. My first try was back in 2020, then I gave it another shot in 2023, and finally, in 2025, I managed to finish it. I didn’t have much patience in the earlier attempts, mainly because of the combat system, which felt stiff, and the camera, which is a bit strange. Still, I decided to give the game another chance. I always thought the idea behind it was really good, and the game’s atmosphere as well. The concept of being able to…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Don't get me wrong I loved this game once played it to death on my Xbox 360 back in the day but it simply did not age well, the movement is too clunky and nauseating the most fun mechanic is only used a few times in game and the puzzles are annoying as ♥♥♥♥ spare yourself the headache just watch it on YouTube for the story.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Beautiful Remember Me. I’d love to see a follow up to this, or even just another game set in that world. 🥲

unlabelledView post →A very mediocre game with some nice dressing. Decided to check this one out because it's been sitting in my library for years, plus because it's DONTNOD's first game. It looks really good for its time, with nice graphical effects like reflections making these futuristic sci-fi environments look pristine and detailed. The concept of doing different combos to deal damage, heal, or reduce cooldown time for your abilities is a pretty neat concept that forces you to not button mash all the time.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The poster-child of the adage "Great ideas, bad execution". I wanted to like this, revisiting it from the days when I owned a PS3, recalling bits and pieces of it. I also recall Remember Me being ripped to shreds by people on gaming forums and online imageboards when it first came out, going as far as to say it was a target in the earliest instances of woke backlash alongside Tomb Raider (2013). The game having an rather outstanding sci-fi concept yet managing to fumble it by being…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →At no point during my playthrough did I feel okay, the brightness and constant white theme made me so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dizzy Loved the designs and the game’s artistic direction, especially the protagonist’s design and cutscenes in every beginning of an ep, but the rest feels like wasted potential for such a cool concept. An Ok buy only on sales.

Between LIFE IS STRANGE, REMEMBER ME, BANISHERS: GHOSTS OF NEW EDEN, LOST RECORDS: BLOOM AND RAGE, and most recently APHELION, they are simply one of a kind & amazing for me! I love their games! #indiedev #gamedev

Do some platforming across the corrupted utopia of Neo Paris set in year 2084. Defeat proclaimed overlord and liberate its citizens. Break into people's minds to uncover the truth and generally play as a rebel who fights for justice. Truly awesome experience with great soundtrack. Definitely, you will remember this one.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Better than most games in 2025 downside story is once again too random and abstract. Atmosphere in the game is amazing and combos its a mix of Assassins creed and devil may cry. Downside once the game is done that is it. Puzzles in the game also some of them are nonsense.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Remember back when DontnoD was good? Yeah, this is from that era. A really cool, stylised game with a concept that we don't see too often. It also forsesaw a few trends (influencers/entertainers, AR, predatory monetisation being the norm and breeding a new type of addiction, and so on, a believable dystopia). The only problem I had is not being able to turn off the film grain (which is a personal preference of mine to have it off). Ran fine on linux (bazzite). Recommended on sale.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As much as I love cyberpunk theme in games, I cannot recommend this one because: - the story isn't something interesting, in fact it is not logical and somewhat absurd - I hoped it will have at least some nice twist at the end but it had not. - camera in this game is awful - it constantly looses main character, takes weird angles which annoys and makes problems during combat - there is no good core mechanic that could serve as a glue for the gameplay - parkour is very simple and the combat…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a very very very French game. It explores memories as a commodity and has a really interesting angle on cyberpunk, since it's set in Paris and not "made up city #44" like Cyberpunk 2077's Night City. The same goes for the fashion in this game. It's all certainly cyberpunk and certainly fiction, but it's grounded in realism just well enough to keep you in it and make you see the world as something that could really be in 60 years. The main character fights a mixture of capoeira and…

unlabelledView post →The sound is just beautiful! Full of emotion! And the way the music combines with and reacts to the combat is just perfect! I'm surprised they managed to do this, considering the limitations of the console this game was designed for. The story is nice, emotional, morally grey, with plot twists. The combat is mostly satisfying, with a few small issues here and there. My biggest issue was the fact that it's meant for console and/or controller, not mouse and keyboard. The most unique mechanic is…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Brilliant game, fantastic story, only let down is the god awful combat. I spent 11 hours playing this game from start to finish, it was quite the journey, and I felt that the only thing holding me back was the terrible, almost rhythmic combat. Having to swap out combo moves for healing, cooldown and attacks, was pretty cool, but overall being mogged by multiple enemies means you can't get your combos out because you're constantly having to dodge and rely on cooldown attacks, so you can get out…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very corny characters and story typical 2010s games. play this if you want that nostalgic feeling. these old games at least tried to do something unique unlike games nowadays that either play safe and go for remakes or sequels or just put too much effort on monetization. not worth the price get it while on sales or key websites

unlabelledView post →Phew 😁 The art style is absolutely top-tier. Even though the graphics are from 2013, the game still looks gorgeous. And the views of Neo-Paris... dear lord🤌 As for the concept, story, and overall vision — I loved it. It's a genuinely interesting story, and you can clearly see where the developers drew their inspiration from. That said, I think the dialogue is a bit weak, and the music rarely matches what's happening on screen. The soundtrack itself is good, but then you'll get an awesome…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Narrative & Gameplay The story of this game was interesting sci-fi experience. It is mostly on rails as you traverse streets and undergrounds of Neo Paris in a story that lasts about 8 hours if you're moving along without much exploration. It's a solidly "good" story that keeps you interested and wanting to know more; although some of the VA was a little flat. What I really appreciate is that virtually all characters stories are wrapped up without sequel baiting. The mechanics of this…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game was ahead of time, people did not know how good they had it in 2013. French cyberpunk ( you even have the rewind mode and it is actually good !), drones, no annoying open world or backtracking and the amazing protagonist. I would take it over 90% of what is being released today. It is not perfect but it is authentic
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love this game with all my heart! I'm not playing it, I'm living it, I love the protagonist, the graphics, the story and the mix of parkour, puzzle and combat. The only downside I could find are the controls. They are a bit weird and makes it harder to play especially on pc, but it's duable
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very underrated. What a gem! Especially the dystopian Paris in chapter 1 and 2 are art pieces. The French voice acting is seriously good. Congratulations for this work. Not one I'll forget. No bugs in playing it in 2026.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Remember Me is an ironically forgettable game mechanically. Custom combo creation is interesting but results in shallow fights. Climbing suffers from 7th gen trends. But man...their cyberpunk Paris is *chefs kiss*
