Red Eye
An overnight flight to Miami quickly becomes a battle for survival when Lisa realizes her seatmate plans to use her as part of a chilling assassination plot against the Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security. If she refuses to cooperate, her own father will be killed. As the miles tick by, she's in a race against time to find a way to warn the potential victims before it's too late. From TMDB

unlabelledView post →Can we just talk about Red Eye for a minute?! The most underrated Wes Craven movie! Rachel McAdams is incredible as the badass Lisa and makes you want her in more horror movies! And Cillian Murphy is the perfect charming guy until he isn’t! Everyone needs to watch this at least once in their life

Better than most straight-to-streaming b-movies, not quite impressive enough to be a major release in the 2020s. If you ever get nostalgic for films like NICK OF TIME or RED EYE, I think you're gonna like it. My review.

unlabelledView post →I had so much fun recording this episode with the Box Office Gross squad. RED EYE is a fun little movie, which I think is more than you can say for a lot of the films that people saw in cinemas in 2005. Give it a listen <3
unlabelledView post →Rewatching RED EYE from 2005. It's the role that turned me into an early Cillian Murphy fan (which is a little fucked up if you know the movie).
unlabelledView post →Red Eye (2005) 5/5 ***** Reason: I am surprised by public reviews. Only thing that I wish that it would be more thrilling inside the plane, tho outside of plane events was surprising! Comment: Watched this when I was high school, but forgot most of it. I enjoyed the movie!

unlabelledView post →When you have all of this context, it’s amazing that his next film after this was Red Eye. The man went through hell twice and then made a movie with Rachel McAdams, Cillian Murphy, and Brian Cox that’s a glorious Hitchcock love letter. He had to love every second of shooting.

unlabelledView post →The trailer for Red Eye, and maybe helped by Wes Craven's name, made it seem like a supernatural thriller to me. The first time I watched it, I was a little disappointed that isn't what we got, but once expectations were set aside, I came around to loving the movie.
unlabelledView post →Red Eye (2005) is a thrilling movie helped enormously by Rachel McAdams, whose performance is absolutely convincing because she keeps it at ground level. The terrorist is played by Cillian Murphy a young man who seems pleasant and attractive at first to the heroine.

unlabelledView post →Watching “Red Eye” for some research & this dang film is such an underrated film. Great leads in Rachel McAdams & Cillian Murphy & directed by my king Wes Craven. Fun Fact: Craven continues his back/forth homage to Raimi w/ Adams’ character having the middle name “Henrietta”.
unlabelledView post →a lot of people overlook Red Eye since that was not really a horror movie but a thriller and also the sappy but good Music of the Heart
unlabelledView post →I’ve had Red Eye on in the background. I saw this in theater back when it came out. This movie is so unrealistic. Like you cannot tell me that an airport of people would ignore some guy aggressively chasing a woman. Same when they were on the plane. 🤣
unlabelledView post →96. Red Eye: This and the Nightmare Films he directed had made it CLEAR I need to watch more Wes Craven films. This movie was CONSTANTLY TENSE, and for the majority of the movie made BRILLIANT use of the small set piece it had! AND THAT FINALE, sure while not necessary was GREAT!!!
