Catch Hell

Directed by Ryan Phillippe

Looks like he wrote, directed, produced and starred in a 2014 movie called "Catch Hell." AKA Chained or Kidnapped. The Wikipedia plot summary starts like this: "Washed-up Hollywood actor Reagan Pierce arrives in Louisiana for the filming of a movie titled Flashpoint. " It costars Tig Notaro.
