If you have photosensitivity issues, such as migraines and seizures, you may want to be cautious when playing this game. The lights, textures, and movement can cause problems. Personally, I got a migraine every time I tried to play, and other games of this type (Portal 2 immediately comes to mind due to the similar mechanics, and Dead Space due to the style) don't cause that sort of reaction. The concept is fun, and as a puzzle game, it's definitely good. Just use caution if you're susceptible…

The idea of this game (creating time clones) is interesting, and that's what made me buy it. However, the implementation is so poor that I couldn't enjoy the game and gave up after forcing myself into a few play sessions. The controls are clumsy. This game would probably play easier if the camera were just looking from inside the eyes of the character, not from behind. In the first few minutes of the game the camera is even locked at fixed angle, you can't look around the room. The constant…

I spent 7.49 Euro on Project Temporality, and I'd honestly say it was worth it. The game is short, though. The game runs about as long as the original portal and has more than enough puzzles to be interesting, with some of them requiring very abstract thinking. It looks pretty good technically, though it's very samey, and I wouldn't with the story if I were you. But should you get it? Well... If you like puzzle games, DEFINITELY buy this. It's one of the better puzzle games I've played in a…

3rd person action/puzzle game, owes a lot of its inspiration to games such as Antichamber or Portal. Project Temporality challenges you to think in four dimensions and rely on yourself to solve puzzles based on different timelines. The game manages to impress with clever puzzles and rewarding gameplay. It forces you to carefully plan ahead, but because you can simply rewind time to rectify mistakes it rarely becomes frustrating. There is also a deeper story lurking behind all the puzzle solving…

If you gave Portal a time machine, you'd end up with Project Temporality. Third person puzzling using time travel mechanics. It can be tricky to get your head around the concept, but once you do, it's good fun. It also manages to look absolutely stunning to boot. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=263255110 Okay, you can stop all telling me about Thinking with Time Machine. RECOMMENDED. This is some kind of mix between The Swapper and Thinking with Time Machine (which is free). From The Swapper, it takes the idea of cloning yourself to achieve the goals of each level. From Thinking with Time Machine, the time roll-out concept. Graphics are a tad odd, better than in The Swapper and not so charming as in TWTM (which, in fact, uses Portal 2's toolbox). I would try both mentioned ones first to this one but, once you are done with those, this is a curious blend. If you…

Its a unique puzzle game with time manipulation that could even rival Valves Portal series. With a very interesting story and puzzles that could even give a Time Lord a hard time. This is a game that will challange gamers to think long and hard than rewind if they screw up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pgVpjIxngo [url=gamers-haven.org]Gamers-Haven

I would recommend this game to anyone who likes quirky puzzle games. While the production values are not up there with the AAA titles it's still pleasing to look at and play. The pacing of the puzzles kept me moving forward through the game with only occasional hikcups. While sometimes frustrating I really enjoyed watching my clones carrying out my tasks and once I got my mind into thinking with time it really started to get intressting. Seeing this game while browsing the store did not impress me much but after I took the time and had a second look at it I really liked it and gave it a shot and I have to say that this is one of the best puzzle games I've ever played. The premise is simple. You are a person with the power of time manipulation (due to a prototype device) which you can use to turn back time and make a clone that does what you did before in order to solve puzzles and go to the next level. That means you can do…

Every jump needs to be precise, if the tread of your boot contacts the side of a ledge, you may as well have jumped at a wall because you will lose all momentum and fall strait down. Second level has a jumping puzzel and the third requires a PERFECT jump at the begining. I was unable to make it past here. 2/10 might be a good game if the jumping was tolerable.

I love this game! the serious way in which the narrator/lab person describes what you did wrong and what to do is hilarious. the gameplay is really good, the main thing I was afraid of when I heard about it was that it would be another silent, story-less (or pratically story-less) puzzle game, but it delivers in the story, there are little easter eggs about what happened where you are, and why throughout the game and the story so far is pretty good. I was also afraid that you be allowed so few…

I’ve never been a huge puzzle game fan, but games like Antichamber absolutely swept me off my feet. This is a great third-person puzzler, challenging, but not overwhelming. The idea of using time clones to solve the test tracks makes it feel like Portal and Braid mixed together. There are a few nitpicks, but only in the details. Some of the controller movement felt wonky and the story starts out interesting but toward the end becomes painfully bad. But apart from that a fun indie title that deserves more attention than it gets. Rating: 7.5/10 If you like puzzle games, this is definitely…

Doesn't help the controls suck Overall it's a meh( Neat premise though) My Score: D Paid: Included in Humble Bundle: Plug In Digital($6) Main reason for dislike: Puzzles are tedious with the little wiggle room given Games similar that are better: The Talos Principle Quantum Conundrum Gateways Time Rifters

This was a fun game to play. I recommend trying it if you have a few hours to spare. This game's environment is similar to Portal's, but instead of using portals, the game uses elements like time reversal (Braid) and the ability to create multiple timelines (Nicolas Cage movie called Next). Although the puzzles are relatively challenging (occasionally requiring you to go back in time by more than a minute or two), there are only 14 levels in total, and each of them doesn't need more than…

Main "cloning" concept is very fresh and enjoyable, however a little confusing at the beginning. But once you figure it out in your head, most puzzles will provide a lot of fun! The game could do a better job at teaching you some "tricks" which you need to know to solve some puzzles, but with a bit of perseverance and "trial and error" tactics you can discover it yourself. The music, story and the way story is told could be more polished, but these do not overshadow general fun of playing the…

Gameplay: I gotta be honest; the comparisons between this and Portal are entirely superficial in my eyes; this game's puzzle design really doesn't have much to do with Portal's; for better and for worse. Well... for worse, honestly. As you've probably figured out by now, this game is about time travel. You can also clone yourself and…

Good but it silently cries out for a voiceover Project Temporality is a really cool idea but it desparately needs somebody to download a copy of Audacity and record a voiceover for it. The way you're constantly stopping to read text boxes completely negates any sense of immersion the game creates stylistically. But the graphics are solid and the mechanic it's based on is clever. Also, a first person camera perspective might be nice to have as an option, because butt-staring is soooo 2003.…

A nice game which can be described as a cousin to Braid and Portal. The aspects of manipulating time to create several different timelines has been the bread and butter of Science Fiction stories for decades, but apart from Braid this is the first game I've ever seen that explores the possibilities. Since this is a 3D plattform game, the aspects of timetravel that are most explored are of course the purely spatial and temporal, having to go through ways of getting past obstacles by manipulating…

An awesome concept turned into a fun puzzle game. Project Temporality puts the player on a futuristic space station and has you go through 14 chapters, each with its own set of puzzles that require you to use time clones to be solved. It might seem like a confusing mechanic at first, but don't let your first impressions deceive you. You perform a route that you'd want a clone to take, then you rewind back and create an alternate timeline. At this point, the action you've done already will be…

The game system comes from these common ideas. It's easy to grasp at first but puzzle is getting harder as you progress, finally becomes a big complex obstacle that tests your brain. However, I hate it when precision is required in time based puzzle. Becausing timing is essential in the puzzles in this game, you probably have to rewind multiple times to get it right. Surely, trial and error is…

I am very grateful that the developers have put out a game with the intention to raise awareness of the injustices in today's human society. A brain bender and the visuals are good, though the player animation is pretty awkward. Walk down a hall and step on a button, go back in time to before you did that, and you'll become a new clone of yourself, watching your old clone walk down the hall and step on the button. A downside of this game is it can get slow, sometimes just waiting for things, going back and redoing the timing, and waiting again.

Doesn't run under Win 11, at least out of the box. No reviews since 2020.. suggests I'm not the only one who can't get it to work. Forum activity suggests there were problems with the game not loading since even Win7, but the mitigation suggested don't work any longer. I'd be happy to prove this wrong but this only runs for about 3 seconds before locking up, not much to go on, and it's clear the devs have long since moved on.

This is an exceptional, slow-paced puzzle/platformer for gamers of all skill levels. The gameplay is solid, the story is simple, and the music is excellent. If you like to challenge your puzzle-solving skills, give this game a go.
