I enjoy coming back to the game to check in and play some of the new custom maps, it's always a ton of fun! I hope you have a wonderful day, I send love and positivity your way 💛☺️
unlabelledView post →I'm gonna highly recommend Selaco, it's by far one of the best Retro FPS games you could possibly play. Up there with Dusk, HROT, Prodeus, Cultic, etc as one of the best examples of the genre
unlabelledView post →Happy Flan Friday! The current vibe is thinking about Prodeus! ngl Prodeus is an awesome game! The game is filled with tons of exciting action, and the custom maps are a ton of fun, I enjoy revisiting it from time to time 😊 I hope you have a wonderful day, I send love and positivity your way 💛☺️
unlabelledView post →I've been revisiting Prodeus again, and it's just as awesome as I remember it being 🥹 I absolutely love coming back to this game, the action is non-stop, thrilling, and insane amounts of fun! The sound design and visuals do a ton to make the gameplay super satisfying, it's an incredible game!
unlabelledView post →Close quarters combat in Prodeus is absolutely crazy! This custom map is a remake of the intro to DOOM (2016), and it demonstrates close quarters combat in the game perfectly! With little room to move around, the action is all up close, and it is intense, brutal, and thrilling! It's totally awesome!
unlabelledView post →Prodeus has some custom maps that are awesome recreations of classic FPS levels! This level is a recreation of Hollywood from Duke Nukem 3D, and it's cool to see how faithfully recreated the level is in this game! Hollywood is an amazing level, and it's super fun to play through it in this game!
unlabelledView post →Happy Flan Friday! The current vibe is boomer shooters! ngl it's been awesome to see the emergence of the genre, as it revives all of the awesome elements of FPS games made in the 90's! My favorite is Prodeus, it's really fun! I hope you have a fantastic day, I send love and positivity your way 💛☺️
unlabelledView post →5. Prodeus There's a lot of seriously terrific Retro FPS games out there, so many that I've lost track, but Prodeus is just a bloody great time, emphasis on the bloody, and leans heavily towards the OG Doom influence compared to its contemporaries. store.steampowered.com/app/964800/P...
unlabelledView post →And also PRODEUS for being the wettest game
unlabelledView post →Nice to see another game using the same realtime sprite-generating tricks as Prodeus. And it's a Thief-alike, too! Exciting. I do wonder what's happening with Prodeus though. They announced that expansion with a big trailer back in 2023, with a 'coming soon'.
unlabelledView post →17. Prodeus I'd rank this in my top 5 favourite retro FPSs, it's extremely Doom inspired, has some ridiculously satisfying gunplay, the level design is top notch, and is possibly one of the wettest games as you can reduce zombies to salsa with a QUAD SHOTGUN! store.steampowered.com/app/964800/P...
unlabelledView post →This track is called "Central Pulverizing Unit (Heavy Fighting)"! Even the track name is tough af lmao 😤 Prodeus is one of the best FPS games that I've played within the recent years tho, it's so good! On top of having a crazy OST, the gameplay is just as fun and crazy, it's an awesome game!
unlabelledView post →5. Prodeus One of the wettest games I've ever played on account of how you paint every surface with gore, the weapons are varied and feel unbelievably punchy and powerful, the sound design is incredible, marvelously intricate and varied level design. Prodeus is just top tier, and juicy as it gets.
unlabelledView post →Any game that locks key mechanics and items behind an in-game currency gets the side eye. I'm looking at you, Prodeus. Absolutely brilliant game, but requiring the player to replay levels to find currency to buy items/mechanics is such a baffling choice.
unlabelledView post →Only a day left on this. Every single game in this bundle is worth getting. Most of them cost more than the $18~ asking price individually. I'm also extremely excited for the upcoming Prodeus expansion. Only thing wrong with that game is a cliffhanger ending IMO.
unlabelledView post →If you liked DOOM 2016 and need something to sink your teeth into this week, might I suggest Prodeus? store.steampowered.com/app/964800/P...
unlabelledView post →This actually does mean a lot. Today, I left a positive review for Prodeus and Endling: Extinction is Forever. I went to give one to Selaco but saw that I already left one. In the Christmas spirit, repost this only after you’ve given an indie game you enjoyed a positive review. #indiedev #indie
unlabelledView post →One more awesome brush-based game: Prodeus There are no models except for the enemies and pickups. Everything else is hand-modelled inside their custom editor. Just looking at the community doors, you can see the freedom of expression youtu.be/wqfVctdyBlA
unlabelledView post →Prodeus is a good video game because it understands the most important rule of video games: gore must drip wetly
unlabelledView post →This weeks pod is out 😊 I was planning to review Venba, but ended up playing a rly mixed bag of stuff: Prodeus, Doom 64, Yoshi's Island, Axiom Verge, & Cloud Gardens. Plus, rambling thoughts on game preservation, and a roundup of the August indie releases! Links: http://gaminginthewild.com
unlabelledView post →Next game is Ion Fury! This is a sci-fi boomer shooter published by 3D Realms! ngl it's been hella since I last played a boomer shooter (I believe the last time I played one was 2023 with Prodeus) I don't know a lot about this one, but tbh boomer shooters are fun af so I'm excited to play this one!

unlabelledView post →Finished Prodeus last night and I don't almost know what to say about it. Level design was nice, it looks alright and is a fairly fun in its gameplay loop. Game design and meta systems on the other hand are completely broken and will actively make you suffer. Just gave me a bad mood in the end.
unlabelledView post →The next game I've started playing is Prodeus and I'm loving it so far! As a fan of 'boomer shooters', it nails everything I like about them while feeling more modern. There is no artbook, but below are some 3D models from Alessandro Sarritzu
unlabelledView post →Happy Friday my love beans 💖 And a happy gaming weekend ahead of us. On my plate: -Astro Bot - A little bit of Metaphor (most to remember gameplay) - And Prodeus for spooky month. What are you playing this weekend? 🎮
unlabelledView post →I'd like to make a game with billboard (sprite) characters that are made from in-game models (so I wouldn't have to hand sprite armor/appearance changes. Prodeus was kinda in the ballpark but this blew my mind. youtu.be/l3I4-z4FImY?...
unlabelledView post →Indie game checkpoint!!! You are now obligated to share one of your favorite indie games! Prodeus is one of my favorite shooters. I had always had a soft spot for gory, Doom-y games. This is like Doom 2016, if map wise, it went more Quake + gritty SciFi industrial. So good.
unlabelledView post →This track is called "Cables And Chaos (Heavy Fighting)"! Prodeus is the game that got me back into boomer shooters! I played the classics when I was younger, but hadn't played em for a while, but Prodeus made me start playing em again and I'm so glad it did 🥹 it's special to me for that reason!
unlabelledView post →it is once again time for NOT DOOM (Prodeus!) Possibly finishing the game today, judging from the map names! Will we playing something else this evening too? Only one way to find out... twitch.tv/lulztime #envtuber #vtuber #vtuberuprising
unlabelledView post →Prodeus is so much fun omg so happy I got that game while it's on sale <3333
unlabelledView post →This is Prodeus, (partially cuz I like the game Prodeus and also for some reason I can't escape using a random Thomas character's name) he plays Fortnite because I said so.
unlabelledView post →Prodeus is a darn good doom-style game
unlabelledView post →And I guess with game design I refer to stuff like save and checkpoint systems, weapon and enemy mechanics, interaction between systems, how visual effects and sounds are done, player movement, player upgrades, weapon progression in Prodeus is locked with shop. And a lot more, but it goes deep.
unlabelledView post →I need a change and wouldya know it, we finished Prodeus last Monday, didn't we? I'm not about to buy a whole new console just to play this game and I'm frankly not that interested in Dark Souls. But a period accurate PSX demake... mm... yes... that I can do... Bloodborne PSX this Monday.

unlabelledView post →ok but the big bad has serious cake tho what is up with game devs and making the villains of games oppressive and tyrannical- er anyway thanks for joining me in exterminating the Prodeus tonight chat! We got raided by @hydelinne.vtubers.social! <3 and raided @liger.vtubers.social, playing SELACO!
unlabelledView post →Happy to find these in a used game store. Though I own RE0 & 1 digitally on PS3 (RE1 on PS4 as a cross-gen buy), RE0 physically on GC, and Prodeus digitally on Switch, I can’t pass up getting physical copies. Physical > Digital any day. #gamer #gaming #videogames #retrogaming #blueskygaming
unlabelledView post →I am a little worried that it looks like a totally different game. I love the old-DOOM style of original PRODEUS. Hopefully they still have monsters & stuff.
unlabelledView post →This is fucked... truly fucked Doom is no longer a possibility I believe after cutting all those peeps and "Shifting to unreal engine" but at least we have Prodeus store.steampowered.com/app/964800/P...
unlabelledView post →I swear I’m still working on game levels. Not sure I’ll be done soon but here’s a bit of progress. . . . Probably a good example of scope creep. #gamedesign #mods #inprogress #prodeus
unlabelledView post →3. Prodeus some of the coolest visuals I've seen out of a boomer shooter store.steampowered.com/app/964800/P...
unlabelledView post →oh yeah actually b/c i was complaining about it yesterday or whatever: instead of playing the new doom game, you should play like, any of the however many indie/retro shooters that are around ultrakill, dusk, gloomwood, fallen aces, prodeus, (PLAY PRODEUS) blood west (for @kaaosa.com specifically)
unlabelledView post →Took me a while to get around to playing it, but Prodeus is a very enjoyable "retro-styled" fps. The arc rail rifle is a beast, probably one of the most fun weapons in games. store.steampowered.com/app/964800/P...
unlabelledView post →I never been more mixed on suggesting a game more than Prodeus. It has some of the most amazing level design and weapons in any FPS. But its checkpoint system is broken, it only respawns you with no punishment. Although I'm someone who starts levels over in FPSs, so it doesn't bother me.
unlabelledView post →I stopped playing #Prodeus after campaign level 14 of 30. A fun retro shooter, I’m glad to have played the game, but monotonous in the end. Other games are waiting! — #ShareYourGames #Gaming
unlabelledView post →Meat....meat everywhere..... Playing Prodeus on Twitch come watch meatbags. twitch.tv/oddly_art
unlabelledView post →Finished my 1450th game, Prodeus. It was pretty good. Satisfying gunplay, good level design (though the ores can be a real pain to find), a good length for what it is. If you have a Doom itch, this'll scratch it.
unlabelledView post →I really enjoyed Prodeus. The action and controls respond so well and the set pieces are really satisfying. All in all a game that didn't overstay it's welcome and delivered on it's promise to the player.
unlabelledView post →For #PortfolioDay, this will be the first time I'll be showcasing more level design and blockouts from existing games and game kits. #Prodeus #GameBuilderGarage garcellano.artstation.com That all kicked in when I was at inXile. I've been working in environment art for 10 years now. Prodeus [1/4]
unlabelledView post →Yeah. My son loved that game haha Had a really fun retro feel Speaking of, did you ever play Prodeus? Another modern retro shooter. Its the closest thing to classic DOOM even down to the key cards to unlock exits. Haha
unlabelledView post →Getting back into PRODEUS. This game rules. Best arsenal of any FPS. #Gaming #FPS #BoomerShooter #Prodeus
unlabelledView post →Banger OST time! This is one of the combat themes in Prodeus! A very underrated game, Prodeus played like DOOM 2016 with a retro aesthetic! And like DOOM 2016, they went insane with the soundtrack lmao this is so bumping! It's heavy af, it's perfect for hype and intense combat!
unlabelledView post →Oh I see where you are now. Okay cool, I understand, thank you. I've recently been looking more and more about how Game Design and Mechanics interact as a president for a good/bad game, rather than just a gut feeling. I need to go back and play Prodeus with this frame of mind.
unlabelledView post →Read "Prodeus" as PARODIUS and thought that Wednesday's game was gonna be very different.

unlabelledView post →Not to mention Witchfire, Selaco, Gloomwood, Prodeus and Hellsinger. The problem is that big game companies aim to sell undifferentiated mush to maximize profit.
unlabelledView post →Prodeus is excellent, and also probably the juiciest game I've ever played. It's very moist.
unlabelledView post →Both nu-Doom and Prodeus can be loosely described as “the Brutal Doom mod as a standalone game”.
unlabelledView post →Prodeus is an incredibly well executed take on what a modern Doom game could be. To me it's on the same level as Doom 2016 and Eternal.
