unlabelledView post →Books to film 📚=🎞️ 'All You Zombies' (1959) is a short story by Robert Heinlein that was adapted to film (2014) as Predestination. The film significantly expands the story as it relates to paradoxes. A time travel plot has added elements to add depth to the idea of time loops. 🚀🕢🔙 #filmsky #booksky
unlabelledView post →share a movie with a plot twist so insane you couldn’t stop thinking about it for weeks afterward 🤯 IMO… ‘Predestination’ (2014) 🖤
unlabelledView post →There’s this movie Predestination where Sarah Snook plays a trans f to m gentleman… and there’s time travel… I feel like people would be into it
unlabelledView post →there's a movie with ethan hawke and sarah snook on Netflix I'd never heard of, Predestination. It's...odd..but interesting. She was terrific though.
unlabelledView post →If you have access to Netflix, they've just added the excellent #film Predestination (2014) starring Ethan Hawke & Sarah Snook and I warmly recommend this engaging sci-fi drama. letterboxd.com/film/predest...
unlabelledView post →Tonight's movie, 2014's "Predestination."
unlabelledView post →Just watched Predestination. Really intriguing time travel story with some compelling performances. Would recommend! #blutoid #movies #film #ethanhawke #predestination
unlabelledView post →Love seeing folks getting into the time travel logic of the latest comic 😅 I intentionally left the present year blank to make things fit a little easier, but as far as paradoxes go, I was inspired by a film called "Predestination" though I won't spoil the twist here 😏
unlabelledView post →Predestination (2014) is an interesting movie because at first it's like "oh cool an intersex character- oh my gosh?! What?! Hes his own what?!"
unlabelledView post →Final Predestination — a Calvinist horror movie franchise
unlabelledView post →Another movie I like is called Predestination. A lot of twists in it.
unlabelledView post →Super fun chat with a fellow time enthusiast, @danfalk.bsky.social (author of In Search of Time). (I gave a shout-out to what I believe to be the most mind blowing of the intrinsically mind blowing time-travel movie genre: Predestination)
unlabelledView post →I love a good time loop movie. Quite possibly my favorite genre of sci-fi when done well. 12 Monkeys Groundhog Day Edge of Tomorrow Boss Level Predestination Dark (series) I need to rewatch Primer. I don’t think I was prepared for the complexity of that one when I originally saw it.

unlabelledView post →The Spierigs don't fuck around. They made my favorite time travel movie (PREDESTINATION) and, with this, a Top 5 vampire flick for My Cool Book🤘🏼🦇🤘🏼 Let's party all night tonight.
unlabelledView post →"All You Zombies" short story by Robert Heinlein to the movie "Predestination".
unlabelledView post →Just watched PREDESTINATION, starring Ethan Hawke. Great science fiction movie!
unlabelledView post →Watched Predestination. Glad I could enjoy this without someone asking me realist questions about a fictional film 😄 the need for logical explanation in film rather than following a films worldly rules and material limits imagination. The structure is still there. #BlueSky #MovieSky #FilmSky #Film
unlabelledView post →I read a time travelling book (very old and dusty, relatively short, I think it's from the 70s) where the protagonists discovers over time that he is his own father/mother. He travels in time so often that there are zillions of him at different ages in each time. He just ends up partying with himself because he can be just himself. And with all the drugs and partying one thing leads to another. Also because he travels so damn much somehow that leads to a female version of himself. That Ethan…
unlabelledView post →apparently they made an '—All You Zombies—' movie in 2014 starring ethan hawke called Predestination. i might need to watch this probably not good movie en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Predest...
unlabelledView post →Shared this absolute gem on one of my movie nights this month. What I find is freakiest is discovering your choices are not really your own. Predestination in the worst way - that no matter what you do, everything you understand is doomed to fall apart. Mad laughter was never so chilling.
unlabelledView post →Rewatching an absolutely criminally underrated film that took what we believed about time travel and put it in a blender. #Predestination
unlabelledView post →Predestination Holy shit. This is the first movie that I feel strongly about not ruining the plot. Decadently bad time travel. This might be the jewel of my collection, the ender to my Bad Time Travel Film Fest. It so extremely bad. But also incredible, perfect, gorgeous. I love it so much.
unlabelledView post →Watching a movie called Predestination that somehow I and everyone I knew missed entirely when it came out in 2014 and just… HOW is this not queer canon? It’s brilliant.
unlabelledView post →FALL 2: DEADPOINT! An unnecessary sequel to the relatively focused and modestly scaled climbing/survival thriller. I was rooting for this movie, partly because it's directed by the Spierig bros (DAYBREAKERS, PREDESTINATION). Alas and alack! More @avclub.com: www.avclub.com/fall-2-deadp...
unlabelledView post →The movie's called Predestination and it was Sarah Snook of Succession alongside Ethan Hawk. Fucking great movie. I watched it in the cinema and it was one of the greatest experiences ever because this movie gets it and then when it wraps it up you go "MOTHERFUCKER!" because this movie pulls it off for real.
unlabelledView post →Predestination if u like physiological thrillers. Total mind fuck of a movie. I’ve seen it at least a dozen times and I still find new shit

unlabelledView post →I was recommended this movie when I first watched Nolan's Inception a while ago, so out of curiosity I shall be watching #NW Predestination
unlabelledView post →PREDESTINATION (2014) A trippy science fiction time travel movie that comes with a lot of fun and interesting big ideas. We talk time travel paradoxes and how we must be aware of paradoxes happening around us We dabble with the trolley problem. Among other things! podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/t...
unlabelledView post →‘Predestination’ is a criminally underrated and under watched sci-fi movie.
unlabelledView post →I liked both of those. Predestination was the average, predictable, but good movie. Triangle was and absolute mindf#ck. In a good way.
unlabelledView post →Isn't this literally a Heinlein short story? I saw a movie about this .. oh .. Predestination starring Ethan Hawke
unlabelledView post →Predestination was our film choice, tonight. I think I've seen it 3 times now and it still fascinates me. Love it.
unlabelledView post →I just saw the movie Predestination and it is exceptional. Quite the ride.
unlabelledView post →This film is so good I've watched it twice this morning. The Infinite Man. On par with Predestination and Palm Springs when it comes to time travel movies.
unlabelledView post →Predestination. I saw it. I thought I saw the greatest star nobody knew in that film. It’s still this hidden jewel.
unlabelledView post →My #LastFourWatched took a while, because new TV took precedence (Silo & Dune Prophecy). Wicked got the movie musical exactly right, MadS combined a bravura gimmick with great storytelling, Heretic gave me goosebumps, and Predestination was absolutely ridiculous.
unlabelledView post →Ballsy of the movie "Predestination" to try and fob off a picture of one of the most infamous exploded buildings in history as some two-bit shoe factory in sandusky Oh-hi-oh
unlabelledView post →"Predestination" is such an underrated movie.
unlabelledView post →Just watched a film with my mom that somehow neither of us had heard of despite its starring Ethan "Greatest Gen X Actor" Hawke. #Predestination (2015) was really good. Very Timecrimes, which is a high compliment in my book. Can't believe it was based on a Heinlein story. It felt much more David Gerrold!
unlabelledView post →Nice! My big thing with the genre is always, "whatever your rules are stick to them" Which is why the Heinlein short All You Zombies adapted into film in 2014, Predestination, is my absolute jam
unlabelledView post →Yeah, I have fallen down that very rabbit hole before. Predestination is always brought up as a prime example of it. Banger of a film.
unlabelledView post →Predestination also does the closed loop thing brilliantly. Fab film
unlabelledView post →It should be "Predestination". Awesome movie....
unlabelledView post →Predestination with Ethan Hawke is a super interesting time travel movie
unlabelledView post →Tonight, I'm watching "Predestination," a time travel movie starring Ethan Hawke. Reviews appear to be good?
unlabelledView post →#Beamafilm Predestination, 2014. Although extremely cleverly thought out, it’s a pretty dull affair that should have been tense and exciting; try ‘Looper’ instead. The Melbourne locations are a nice Easter egg, eg 333 #CollinsSt, #RMIT Design Hub #B100, #UniMelb Law Quad, #Abbotsford Convent.
unlabelledView post →You know this is not a million miles from the plot of the Ethan Hawke / Sarah Snook movie Predestination from 2014
unlabelledView post →Last night, I watched a film called Predestination. I have a question - how did this film pass me by? I'd never seen it before, but it was a brilliant head fuck.
unlabelledView post →TimeCrimes is one of all time favorite time travel movies! Along with the movie Predestination! 😁
unlabelledView post →Now dropping this week’s episode of 2 Cents Critic! Rolo Tony is returning for a review of Predestination, the 2014 sci-fi movie starring Ethan Hawke and pre-Succession Sarah Snook in a tale that takes plenty of twists and turns through the realm of time. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/2...
unlabelledView post →Has anyone seen the movie "Predestination?"
unlabelledView post →Have you ever watched Predestination? It’s a 2014 Science Fiction film by the Spierig Brothers based on All You Zombies by Robert A. Heinlein - the perfect time travel paradox short story. Ethen Hawke does a great job in the lead role.
unlabelledView post →If you haven't seen GOOD KILL, get on that. Easily Andrew Niccol's best movie this century, but also an incredible Hawke performance backed up by a one-two punch of January Jones and Zoë Kravitz dropping chops. Also PREDESTINATION is an Ethan Hawke/Sarah Snook powerhouse showcase.
unlabelledView post →Not sure if you've seen the flick, but Snook is terrific in the SF film Predestination.
unlabelledView post →Yesss exactly!! Those kinds of movies just melt your brain in the best way possible 🤯 Coherence, Predestination, Timecrimes, Triangle, The Endless give me all of them. I love walking away from a film needing to sit in silence for 10 minutes just to process what the hell I just watched 😅
unlabelledView post →Predestination is a great, but wildly misleading movie.
