unlabelledView post →Please Don't Feed The Children is not very good imo The world building makes no sense, and overall I found the movie rather boring tbh

Honourable mentions to Please Don't Feed the Children and Until Dawn, which were far more enjoyable than I expected, and Fear Street: Prom Queen and Totally Killer were fun slashers.

unlabelledView post →Destry Allyn Spielberg's "Please Don't Feed the Children" is a middle of the road movie. The story gets interesting once Michelle Dockery appears & there's curiosity in what felt like a 70s/80s horror, but it can't shake the feeling it's trapped in a bad YA movie with a weak ending.
unlabelledView post →Please Don't Feed the Children The film starts off on a good foot however it stumbles with pretty much everything else after. There was interest in the first 10 minutes however beyond that it squanders what it has by giving us the usual boring homes invasion/kidnapping tropes. 2
unlabelledView post →About halfway into Please Don't Feed the Children and it's such a struggle. I'll finish it later. The stupidest characters. Terrible writing. Wooden acting. Fine cinematography. Would still watch something else by Destry Allyn Spielberg given a different screenwriter; nobody could've made this work.
unlabelledView post →Please Don't Feed the Children (2025) - I wasn't quite sure what to expect with this one, but I was surprised that it was a moderately good movie. Kind of wish they expanded on the pandemic elements of it, but still worth a watch. Found on Tubi.
