Inspired by the children's shows Sesame Street and The Muppets, the game follows a repairman who is sent to disable the signal at an abandoned television studio, where the puppets from the canceled show have come to life and become hostile. My Friendly Neighborhood While the "cutesy childhood thing, but scary" trope is overplayed, this game radiates such a sincere love for the Sesame Street and Muppets it's a pastiche of, it feels like a revelation, and is backed by meticulously well crafted oldschool Survival Horror gameplay.

Like it basically just takes all the horror tropes and themes, then just makes them wholesome. Bonus points for its story being very relevant.
