60 of 129 · most liked firstI bought this game on release day 06/08/2023. Its now December as i write this. I dont even have 50 hours in. Boring beyond i can fathom. I have bought moto gp for the last 3 years. i have bought ride series. I do not remember a more boring game in my life. Sure the racing is fun for about the first 3 laps. there is nothing here besides going around a track. No thrills. Now they got rid of the rookie cup red bull. Heres my question.... WHY DID YOU DO THIS! Best feature of the game. It was a…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →For reference, I've ridden a street motorcycle for many years. I commute to work on the bike for months at a time (I can't during the winter). The thing is, there's a big difference between riding at street legal speeds and racing. The interesting thing is, games like Gran Turismo bridge the gap between game, simulation and reality; even with a controller. If you get a good force-feedback steering wheel and pedal set, it takes the experience even further. It seems like a lot of effort went…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love the MotoGP games but what the hell is going on. I spent 3 hours trying to complete the first race of the career. Oh yeah, I still haven't done it because the first race is drenched with rain and the bike handles terribly. The "easy" AI go from moderate to unbeatable with how the weather changes. It seems that the weather has no effect on the AI and they stick to corners like the water isn't there. If you do get used the the ridiculous handling, 3 laps in you will highly likely get hit by…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →good: + graphics look decent, especially after upgrading to a 3050 + physics are an improvement over 22 and 21, braking is more manageable now (also negative) neutral = career mode is still mid = some tracks (all the historics and Buddh, which is in 2013 layout) don't have long lap penalty loops = throttle is extremely sensitive and annoying bad - AI are basically unraceable - kerbs are lethal and unrealistic - game optimization is total ♥♥♥♥ (kinda irrelevant now but still) - AI…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This version of motogp games might be The Worst in 2020's era. stupid AI that always crashing to the player, bad post race podium scene. no trophy scene, EVERYTHING ELSE IN THIS VERSION OF MOTOGP GAMES IS AWFUL.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The physics especially on the moto 3 bikes are terrible, the bikes will automatically sit up as soon as you touch the throttle. Anyone who has ever ridden a motorcycle in real life know this does not happen. The media wall is completely pointless and adds nothing, the player has no choice in bike development in career mode. Also at the end of a season in both moto 2 and moto 3 you only have a choice of teams to join running the same bike as you did the season before. There is no management…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →still dont even know what moto is short for
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You can read the other reviews or watch videos about the gameplay and so on... there's more than enough about that. TL;DR: My gripe is with the lack of content for the boosted price and the old and new bugs. This game is $40... $10 more than MotoGP 22 which had an amazing 2009 historical season added to play. In it's place is now an Academy... which is essentially just training the tracks for medals. We had this back in MotoGP 19, but at least then it had some more beef to it. MotoGP 23 has…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Devs are still lazy as always, copy paste game with slightly different physics and very little else in the game given much attention or improvement/development. AI are still absolutely trash and inconsistent, ruining the experience of the game. If you get tired of the trash AI you can always go online and get torpedoed off the track by a Thai or Malaysian rider... so I guess the experience is consistent.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →not recomended if you play motogp for fun because the ai is impossible, the wet weather feel like a flood, you cant even brake without crashing, idk if its was a skill issue but i say that this game is pretty bad.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →moto gp 22 a lot better
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Terrible AI behavior makes it unplayable for all except absolute hardcore fans. i tried for so long but its just no good. full lobby of real respectful players and yes maybe its decent but you wont find that.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →either completely AI assisted racing or fly out the corners simulator!
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I ride motorcycles and that is way easier then this game. I am not having a good time.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →amazing add normal bikes or make ride as realistic as this
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Since it's on sale, I thought I'd review it. What I like Full 2023 grid (including Moto2, Moto3 & MotoE) Dynamic weather and Flag to Flag races Addition of classic circuits (E.g. Donington Park, Leguna Seca Estoril, Indianapolis etc...) Season testing Attention to detail with wet tracks (E.g. Animated bike swap during F-F races, some riders have waterproof overalls and the rain soaked circuits look stunning) What I don't like No classic bikes (E.g. 500cc 2-Stroke or…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I guess the Bikes handle very realistic, the AI sucks and this Game is not made to play vs. AI. I am just very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in this game C: Graphics are pretty tho c:
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →MotoGP17 is so much beather
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'd say this is a significant improvement from MotoGP 22 because right off the bat, I noticed that I don't crash anymore. It's easier to navigate the bikes and the addition of the interaction with the pit crew makes it more interesting. It gives you an experience of really being in the official MotoGP race.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's garbage, just like MotoGP 22. - brakes barely work, I'm braking even before the braking points shown on the racing line and I'm still overshooting the corners - you can barely move the bike under braking, the bike basically turns into a tank under braking - very easy to drop the bike, at slow speed and surprisingly at high speed corners as well, with all assists on (no auto braking)
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I went in to MotoGP 23 completely blind because I had an itch to get back into a racing game again but had never played one focusing on two wheels. I'm glad I chose this one because I'm addicted. The bikes feel outstanding and not being a rider myself, I can't really speak on what's real and what isn't. But I do watch MotoGP and it sure looks the part. When I make a mistake, the bikes do what I see in real races. When I hit a corner perfectly, it feels incredible. Like the bike is truly…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love motogp, but this is not worth my time and money. This is the same game as motogp 22, but idk why is worse in every aspect(visual, physics...). This needs a biiiig change to be a 5.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →AI consistency, which has sometimes been an issue in past versions, seems to be smoothing out.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →motorbike makes me happy (no one read this i don't take this review serious)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Would be a great game if the controls worked. Its over sensitive, over reacts, speeding up seems over the top while braking seems to under perform correctly, how the bike works on the track is unrealistic. I can go full top speed in rain with hard slick tires but cant do that for a sunny day. Really not worth getting unless you got a moto bike setup
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i like the game except for the fact in career mode no more 3rd rider in real team which means you lose a real rider which isnt good for a realistic championship
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good game, MotoGP 23 has all elements from flag to flag, red flag, long lap penalty, many others. Really nice graphics, sound, music I like it. I appreciate that some historical tracks are also included... My biggest complaint is that the curb makes the speed of the bike decrease and the engine rev is high for nothing. Then when racing, all the AI rides on the same racing line making this not very realistic this happens in Moto3, not so much in MotoGP. Also the AI is too aggressive even…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →good graphics but terrible controls just pisses me off. I know it has something to do with the settings of the bike but I don't have the time of day to learn all this nonsense. I miss the days when motogp was just a game and not trying to pursue this realism trash.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i genuinely look forward to school ending so i can sit and play this for hours on end😃
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Stupid AI, stupid physics, impossible to have any consistent imputs, stupid AI that Tbones you, garbage, and braking is stupid, break with the rear tyre, you drift, brake with the front tyre and the possibilities or falling down are close to 100% and sometimes it just falls down. Stupid
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →On this years episode of "Can it lean?", we explore the question: What happens when you apply full throttle at full lean with no TC": a) Your rear tire instantly steps out and you are in a lowside or highside scenario. b) Your rear tire gains infinite grip and this causes your bike to instantly stand up and do a wheelie. If you answered b), congratulations. You've never ridden a bike and this game is probably for you ;)
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is unplayable for me on both my PC and PS5. I just keep wrecking. No matter what I change settings-wise, I just keep laying the bike down. Then when I try to make it a little easier for myself to have some fun, it makes it too easy and I can’t ride the bike the way I want to. I won’t be buying another motogp game if they continue down this path.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is so ♥♥♥♥ that when i drive a motorcycle i feel like driving f1 ferrari for the past 20 years, i can't give full gas on straight and i can't brake on a curve. I hope that the company of this game has a lovely next few days beacuse is gonna be they're last. GOOD BYE.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is most likely the worst of the modern Moto GP. There is a tendancy for the bike to stand up as soon as throttle is applied, which means it is almost impossible to get any rotation on power. Also compared to 2022, this version has less content.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The first time I ran the game I've chosen the hardcore riding settings without any supports. I crashed couple of hundred times in about an hour. It was fun, I've learned a lot, but then game just turned on auto breaking, trajectories and other boring stuff, I don't know how to turn it off and the game now is a piece of ...it. The second thing I don't like is that I cannot make gauges bigger. I'd like to know what gear I'm in. What I do like is that the game is hard to play and you need to grow,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I used to be a big fan of Milestones MotoGP games. I started with 2014 and it was amazing. The only real pre 2021 stinker was Valentino Rossi the game, which was so bad I only ever raced Moto 2 on it. Aside from that, until 2021, the games really made you feel like you were racing on the ragged edge. Right up to 2020... which was the last *fun* MotoGP racer. With 2023, we now have (need?) a riding aid that is basically an anti-collapse aid. This 'reduces' the chance of spontaneous tip overs…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The handling mechanics are been improved no doubt. Didn't purchased MotoGP 21 or 22 due to the handling. After MotoGP 18 I will rank this my second best MotoGP game. If on discount get it. Love it so far
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →♥♥♥♥ ai but best physics all around
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →if you can get past the sit up physics on acceleration it is genuinely a fun GP game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the single player mode is fun, but in multiplayer mode sometimes the game crashes and milestone never fix it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →dskfksdfsdfsdfsd
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →absolutely unplayable
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sadly, complete trash. How can you ship a game, with default XBox pad settings that make everything unplayable. 7hrs of tinkering, still garbage tbh. Time to uninstall again. I'll never return to this franchise now. Milestone clearly don't care, end of.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Realistic and challenging
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I DONT EVEN RACE I JUST SMASH INTO RANDOM BOTS AT 200+ KILOMETRES AN HOUR AND ITS SO FUN
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its so addicting
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The controls take a while to adjust to, but once mastered, and set up, this has to beat them all. Definitely recommended.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Don buy tis sit just buy gp22
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Compared to motogp 22 this is sure and update but overall it is just boring
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →really recommend
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really good game i really enjoy gameplay and good physics
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Found this game for like 95% of discount and enjoyed for what it's worth, but every game from like 2014 is the same and now with MotoGP 23 being without classic bikes makes this the first game without Valentino Rossi since MotoGP 1 on PS2 (based on 1999 season, that I have!). This same problem is there with the more modern games, which is a shame
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I should have listened to the reviews. The driving and handling in this game sucks so much its actually unfun. I Don't recommend, I'm sure there is something better out there.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a nice game, but on some circuits it's hard to brake properly with MotoGP bikes
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the game is good
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you going to buy a MotoGP game, go for MotoGP22, it`s much better.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →PERFECT GAMEEEE
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Worth every penny unless you can purchase MotoGP 26 or 24.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →the physics on this game sucks, unlike 21 is so smooth
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It will get your heart racing too!
