56 of 56 · most liked firstI saw the first release on steam, but never gave it a go. Now when the second installment came out, I wanted to try it out especially for the price. But sadly, the game is nowhere where I would expect "second game". There is some stuff that I would let go, since it is EA and smaller studio like proper ultrawide support or better UI. But the experience of the tutorial was terrible, sounds were recorded and spliced in such a way that OMSI mods are done in a better way. The ending for me though…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really love any kind of train/ and subway simulation. beside the routes, the Train is the most important thing in a simulator. I really love to drive the 81-717 the handling is good. But the sound doesn´t work for me. just pre-recorded fixed sounds. not connected to the speed, acceleration or deceleration, just the recorded sound that comes on. Even BVE, an old free Simulator got it better. The other thing is the Speed limit. its 80kph and if you hit 81kph the emergency brakes applies, thats…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Gameplay Walkthrough - https://youtu.be/ZBce9eilKUM Rating 0/10 Never make a train simulator game ever again , the worst train simulator game I have ever played . All the Train interface is in Russian , when you point on a button it shows the English meaning of it The Train UI is a Mess ( Yuck ) There is a traffic light every 5 meters and you have to follow it, makes the game so dull cause you have to stop every 5 seconds The notification Icon is so small that you need a magnifying…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Quite an interesting subway simulator. Especially for those who live in Moscow. I liked the familiar environment and sounds. From what I did not like - the optimization of the game is not very good (64 FPS at 3060 RTX), in any case, it does not correspond to the level of graphics. The idle animations of standing passengers are almost all the same - it looks strange. I would add more variety if I was the developer. Also, it seems to me that the interface of the game is very simple and outdated.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its an ok game ill say Just the graphics need to get fixd a little for the passengers. The trains are not even he real models. Also the sound system has to change but I like the design of stations ill give this game 6/10. Add more lines please
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →kinda like it plays great on steam deck so it gets bonus points sound good voices are everywhere and to be honest I found the tutorial ok it did help you have to be fast and for a non train driver like me I struggled I even uploaded my worst run as I enjoyed it despite angry Russians on the phone walking past ugly people models I know theres a lot to like and I hope they keep improving the game... its not easy and the Russian is all over the shop but the guide helps sometimes using the steam…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have no complaints about the performance of this game as it was released in early access. At the moment, I advise against buying it in its current state until updates are released to fix the scenarios. I cannot complete scenarios 2 and 3 because the emergency brakes are activated at the wrong time. The light is green, the maximum speed is 70 mph and the emergency brakes will not let you move at all, they allow a speed of 0 mph. Please fix it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is not bad BUT! ONLY 4 scenarios (2 of them are tutorials for 2 trains). in FREEmode only one track (from Novoyasenevskaya to Medvedkovo or vice versa) -> you can change between OKA and Nomernoy train Nomernoy -> older and for me harder to drive OKA -> is very easy Don't expect anything from the game. The game is poorly optimized and the instructions for controlling the train are not very good. Before I figured it out, I was looking for videos on the internet and in the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is alright, It sets out to give a simulation of a line of the Moscow Metro and more or less succeeds. Starting out can be difficult as the tutorial has some strange translated phrases that need some thought as to what is trying to be said but once you get the hang of it you get a solid game for really not very much money. You get two trains, Nomernoy and Oka. Nomernoy is an older unit dating back to the Soviet Union and the Oka is a modern one. They handle differently as you'd expect…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →PLEASE improve the sounds, the are confusing! At all this it well detailed game with acceptable graphics. Good job!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Has anyone in Kishmish ever tested this game? The only things that have been improved in comparison to previous game are adding Nomyernoy train and improving details of trains and stations. The FPS is low even though I meet (kind of) the recommended requirements - i7-3770K and GTX 1050Ti. Sometimes the graphics gets blurry to "increase performance", I guess. Some scenarios have incomplete instructions and you're either stuck or you have to guess what the autors had in mind while desinging the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love the concept, we definitely need more such simulators. The first game was pretty okay, this time around though it definitely needs more work. Performance is horrible even on beefier machines. A few words on the tutorial: The in-game tutorials seem hastily written & not really thought out to accomodate the gameplay - too many technical terms, without clear indication of what you have to do. Yes, there are arrows to help with that, but overall it's quite confusing (coming from a person…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game runs well enough, it gets a little boring the constant journeying in tunnels. Learning the trains takes a bit of memory action with the given tutorials. For me there is not a lot of game play in this so glad I got it on sale. Don't get me wrong you could drive trains around forever but there is only one route and of course it doesn't vary much. I do appreciate seeing different shape and size NPC characters. Being able to roam the train and stations outside scenarios is nice. The…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Update: STILL No AI trains after the official release. Giant NO NO for this generation. MS1 at least has AI train and you can ride in it. And I'm not seeing much of contents added during EA, and obviously no further contents will be added. Not worth it. Really not good as MS1. English:As a Early Access + Initial launch version, this game over all pretty OK to me. The audio system of the train is a mess. Desync all the time. Dev should fix this ASAP. Also, motionblur seems always on, unable…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Well, what can i say, it's the exact same game, like the previous game. The first metro the 81-717, looks okay but the driving itself its nothing special, because the developers couldn't even make a continous 0-60 km/h accelerating sound its always buffering and changing sounds, it's ridicolus. Sadly i didn't played the game more, because it's not fun anymore when the sounds are not accurate. If you want to play a real metro simulator (with real and normal sounds), buy garry's mod (wich is btw…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Worth of maybe those 5 dollars I paid for it. Graphic are misserable, like 20 years old game.... The control weird and the options to run through the game questionable... Quite a shame Subway simulator years ago was way better than this thing
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very nice simulator. You are incredible, guys. But you have to improve the performance: my graphic system is not too fresh (1050ti), but TS World 3 goes much smoother, here I have just 24 fps maximum at middle settings. And I hope you will add more scenarios or maybe lines in the future. I wish you good luck with your project!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It looked good but had a few graphic problems and now a dead game since 2023.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Key thing is that the book on the office desk has scenarios that are the tutorials, but they will be no help unless you know that BKSP key flips the mouse from look about to interact mode ... a dot versus an arrow cursor. Somehow i learned this ... but don't recall how ... i think this is a fun sim for subways ... up there with Subway sim Hamburg and the best of old classic train sim ... and World of Subways Berlin line. As i have tremor in my hands now, i need trams, subways and trains ...…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its not a bad game but its very complicated adn not really well explained. The scenarios are badly optimized, at least the second one because it didnt say what to do in the end. I have only played th tutorial and tried to end the first real scenario but i wasnt able to, and i wont try anymore. Its probably fun for some people that like repetetive games but its not for me. Recommandable for lovers of such games
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Metro Simulator 2 is a deeply focused simulation that places realism and procedural authenticity at the center of its design, offering players a methodical and often demanding look at what it means to operate a real metropolitan subway system. Developed and published by KishMish Games, the game is clearly aimed at enthusiasts who appreciate slow-paced, system-heavy experiences rather than broad accessibility or spectacle. From the outset, it establishes a serious tone, emphasizing…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's not a bad game, but it's very complicated and not really well explained. The scenarios are poorly optimized, at least the second one, because it didn’t tell me what to do in the end. I’ve only played the tutorial and tried to complete the first real scenario, but I wasn’t able to and don’t feel like trying again. It's probably fun for people who enjoy repetitive games, but it’s not for me. I'd recommend it for lovers of those types of games.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have played many sim games and train sims in my time and this is by far the worst the control system is very bad I have played other games from this developer which I really enjoy but I have to be honest it needs more work before it is worth coming back to.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What a disappointment! Bought this game during early access, it was very GPU heavy, but it offered a realistic (i guess?) simulation of driving an underground train (including one type that works in my city). There were two types of trains to choose from, two tutorials (one for each train) and two scenarios (ditto). I was excited to see the game leaving early access, bc of all the new metro lines and trains and scenarios I'll get to play. What changed after leaving early access? NOTHING. Still…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I recommend it for newbies, who wanna try on something easy train simulator and not pay so much money for content and without headache. For skill players Metro Simulatior may seem arcade, but... But I tried find reasons for buying for all: -The most affordable PC version of Moscow metro simulator: you just have to install this and play. (!one important thing! Product have just 1 Moscow metro line: Kaluga-Riga line) -Metrostations look great, good graphics. -The tunnels are filled with signs…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice game, but you need to have really strong computer to be at least on 30 fps...
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I bought the simulation today and think there is still a long way to go for the ENevelopers before it is a really good simulation. The tutorial is okay and you are familiarized with the function of the train step by step. For each step you can only click on what you are supposed to click on. You can control the game with the keyboard as well as with the mouse or with a controller. However, you can't read through previous steps again without having to restart the whole tutorial. And it's also…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is still early access, so this won't be my final comment, but in this current state, I think this game has very promising gameplay and nice graphics. The price of 15 Euros is very good, maybe even too cheap. I'm really looking forward to new features! Devs respond to your questions and update the game regularly, which I really appreciate.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →After I played over 200 hours of Metrostroi, I've decided to change this review, because this game is the most unrealistic Subway Simulator I ever played.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you liked the first part of Metro Simulator, you'll definitely like this one as well. While there still are some rough edges (e.g. it's unrealistically hard to read speed restrictions due to the extreme reflection of your headlights) but considering this was just released, it is very good.
