neutral · AI labelView post →Coyote vs. Acme is easily the best feature film starring the Looney Tunes characters: a funny, clever dissection of the relationship between two classic characters, an amusing courtroom farce, and the best live-action/cartoon combination since Roger Rabbit. Highly recommended for adults and kids.

neutral · AI labelView post →WB pulling the entire Looney Tunes library from HBO Max--ON THIS WEEKEND, OF ALL WEEKENDS--is only going to make me even more obnoxious about hyping and honoring this film. There will be pig and duck-ening that has never been pig and duck-ened before. You hath been warned.

positive · AI labelView post →Unpopular opinion but I’d much rather see Reed Hastings in charge of DC Comics, Looney Tunes, and the greatest and best-maintained film library on earth than Larry Ellison’s worst kid. Hope everybody at the cable networks finds a safe berth somewhere

I hope when it comes out March 14th, everyone will go see and enjoy. Bring back Traditional animation in film! It's a no brainer.

positive · AI labelView post →Oh so I watched Hundreds of Beavers for the first time yesterday and while I think some of it could’ve been trimmed down because it runs a little long, gosh what a magical wild film. One of the most creative comedies I’ve seen in some time. Some real Looney Tunes shit. So cool. So fun

unlabelledView post →Coyote vs Acme is excellent, the best (and weirdest) Looney Tunes movie so far. It's full of great gags, very biting satire, and somehow, genuine emotional depth? It's a love letter to Looney Tunes mayhem while delivering a story with real substance. Who knew Wile E Coyote was so deep? 🧨🧨🧨
unlabelledView post →Honest to god the best looney Tunes movie ever. No Basketball, no IRL actors inserted in the plot, just a beautiful 2D animated movie of the Looney Tunes doing what they do best. And the fact that it barely had promotion aside from a few posters and commercials really kills me.
unlabelledView post →Know it's been discussed plenty of times but I genuinely never expected to be emotional over a Looney Tunes movie but Coyote vs ACME was able to do that for Wile E Coyote and the Road Runner

It finally resulted in a funny and entertaining Looney Tunes movie decades later that's NOT another compilation movie.

I’m sure they’re pleased with Coyote vs Acme’s numbers, plus some great PR.

The gags were hilarious, the jokes were clever, and the comedic and heartfelt moments were just beautiful. WB was stupid trying to hide this from us! 10/10 BEST LT MOVIE EVER!
