positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun and interesting port with plenty to do however there's about 4 Rotating joystick challenges that are nearly, and at times, impossible to complete due to some type of bug. No matter how fast, slow, or direction you rotate the progress seems to reset at random... This among other serious bugs such as getting frozen inside the falcon causes the worst camera glitching and invisible characters are some serious issues for this title when considering to purchase.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good game from an awful movie
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Seems a bit pointless as it only covers 1/3 movies in the sequel trilogy. Every level is split up into space combat, shootout, standard Lego exploration (in a random order). Has the same issues as every other Lego game on PC - vsync doesn't work and running the game over 60fps causes loads of issues like scripted sequences not triggering, interactions not working (button mash, rotate stick etc). I shouldn't have to mess around with graphics card settings to play the game. After getting…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's not good at all. I have no idea why it has such high ratings. It's overloaded with filler (it has to be, it's covering just one movie), combat is bad even for a lego game (getting stun locked to death is really easy), glitches, It's unstable and can crash from something as simple as unplugging your controller, has pacing issues, the "counter" mechanic is broken and just means you press one button randomly to defeat enemies, and the "cover" mechanic is just an on rails shooter that the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As the name suggests, the LEGO Star Wars game copies the plot of the last film The Force Awakens. The developers have cut out the best from it, and translated it with feeling into a much more humorous presentation. It all starts with a reference to the sixth episode, but then you will look at the planet Jakku to embark on the adventure of Rey and Finn, whose goal is to protect the cute round droid BB-8, and most importantly the important information he has. If you have seen the film, you…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Did so much problem solving trying to play this game with 2 controllers that I got a job in IT.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →LEGO Star Wars is an OG cozy game. #gamedev, #gamedesign, #legostarwars
unlabelledView post →The green gas valve puzzle is impossible to do. I somehow finished the other valves in the story, but the one after meeting Han Solo was impossible. When you turn it, it rarely moves forward, and if you do it wrong, it quickly goes back to the start. It's bad game design. If I don't have to do puzzles in real life to progress something like going through doors, then I shouldn't have to do something this dumb. Uninstalled and won't be playing this ever again. Edit: I got passed the buggy puzzle…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →just play the skywalker saga. This game is redundant as for twice the price you can get 6x the game. Also it's just kind of buggy. (not that the developers will do anything about it as most lego games are virtually abandoned by the devs after a couple of years)

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played this on keyboard and mouse and the controls were horrible. I tried to fix them but there is no support for a mouse from my knowledge worst lego star wars game of all time. The fps was bearable but that's because I have a bad pc, I bet on non lowest end pcs it would be more fun.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As much as people dont tend to like the sequal trilogy. This lego game is a complete package. was endless fun compleating it and has tons of non sequal content to!. honestly prefered it to skywalker saga's change in combat and style.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is honestly underrated. Its has a great openworld like the skywalker saga, except this one has actual love and effort in its levels like the original games. Just because its apart of the sequels doesn't make it bad. The Force Awakens was the best sequel movie anyway. Recommend 100%.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →LEGO® Bob™ Official Review: Oh boy the sequels. Everyones favorite. To be honest, this was not a bad lego game. Based entirely on the 7th movie, the story felt stretched out to pass as a full priced game. The missions were fine, just not memorable. The only memorable missions were the non canon story missions. The voice lines were ripped from the movies and did not sound good in the game. The open world felt bland, especially Jakku. I encountered a lot of bugs during my playthrough that made…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Is it weird that this has aged better than the movie? Its a another fun Lego adaptation of a film.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game no longer loads in Linux. None of the usual fixes are working. W10 is still working.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I grew up playing LEGO games like Lego Star Wars, Lego Batman, and Lego Indiana Jones, and honestly, Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens brought me right back to my childhood. The humor, the chaos, breaking everything for studs, replaying levels for collectibles, it felt like reconnecting with a part of myself I forgot I missed this much. This game also helped me get through final exam season. Sounds dramatic maybe, but after stressful days full of assignments and exhaustion, opening this game…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unlike your typical Lego Star Wars games, which normally focus on a trilogy or a series of episodes, Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens is based on a singular movie of the franchise: Episode VII. But despite the fact that The Lego Group and TT Games couldn't help but remind us that they're still making these things, no matter how unusual the decision to create a game centered around a single entry in the Star Wars universe, did it still turn out well? Like the previous game, Lego Star Wars III:…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is just nostalgic, it has good cutscenes some of them can be funny ngl and it still holds up 10 years later
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The PC version is just terrible. The puzzles where you have to rotate the controller stick simply don't work no matter how much you rotate it. It didn't used to happen when I played the Xbox 360 version.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's too big, too slow, too drawn out, full of random characters, just kind of boring. The vehicle segments just feel sooooooo sloowwwww, terrible. levels are too long and are not exciting. Way too many collectables, too many achievements, too many forgettable, unnamable, random characters. the only reason to complete missions in the hub worlds is to stop the repetitive obnoxious voice lines every time the player walks by a quest giver. Too many areas where the player cannot backtrack to makes…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Aint no way, the campaign was going good as someone who have little to no knowledge of star wars but it ended so fast. so basically very short story which made me feel desatisfied. last boss fight with light saber could have been much better. Beside that everything was awesome, gameplay was fire, graphic was nice, great soundtrack, the starship battle was awesome. cool hide and shoot addition(idk whats it called). puzzles were minimun and i think combat was also less, well the whole campaign…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Childhood dream of mine to play/own this game since 2016
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →to this day there is still a bug that get BB8 stuck in a ceiling and there is NO WAY to get him down other than restarting the level (for the 10th time) and he is still in the ceiling. cannot even finish the area because you cannot move forward. kind of rude.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →100%'d it, I genuinely don't understand why people call this game "bad" compared to the others because it is really nice and the gameplay is great. Completing the rest of the game after the story mode is a LONG road, however you don't get burned out from doing it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →By far the most fun I had with an interactive version of episode VI key scenes - which I didn't expect in a game that is about the first sequel. The head swapping scene is the cherry on top of original fan service. XD I don't get why this is rated worse than other Lego games on here. The little problems are nothing new in the whole Lego game franchise, up to a point of being a signature aspect that you come to expect and learned to live with if you've played more than one title. The little NPC…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Any fun this game may offer is burried under its horendeus technical state. Dont bother unless you are some sort of superfan, and even then, there are way newer and better LEGO games out there. PROS + Fun gameplay + Funny jokes CONS - keyboard controlls are barely tolerable - technical state is horrible - constant crashes - looks awfully pixelated (lacks any good AA) - unskippable looong intro cutscenes (combined with contstant crashes)
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Finished it and had a blast! It keeps the classic LEGO humor and charm, while adding some cool new mechanics like blaster battles and multi-builds. The game retells Episode VII in a fun, lighthearted way, and it’s a great mix of nostalgia and fresh ideas.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Welp, 32 hours later after my original review, I have gotten 100% on the game, after grinding for many days straight. And I would like to correct myself that you don't need a Linux OS to have good performance with the game, for whatever reason, this game can't handle modern hardware in any capacity, but can easily handle old hardware without a doubt (like my laptop that sits with an 8th gen i3 iGPU set up that I got the 100% on), no clue why. I will say that the game is good, story is decent as…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →time flys playin this game help with mental health also ty very much
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →better than skywalker saga, but there's so many better older lego games you could try. I liked what it had to offer, but i think the main problem is that it's forgettable and has bugs with it's "collectible detector". The DLC really leans into evoking memories of other star wars movies because it knows you're coming from complete saga. (except that rathar hunting level, idk what they were thinking with that garbage) I wouldn't even recommend you 100% this title. it's not worth the investment.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Based on the 1st movie of the only Star Wars source material I don't like, this game left me really surprised with what’s probably the best LEGO SW experience there is. Maybe it's the fact that I came in without expectations, but that doesn't mean I don't have my problems with it. The sins: The biggest one of them all is the fact that 100%ing the game, requires to have all the DLC’s,feeling insulting since WB started selling single levels at a ¼ of the prices of the full game. Playing on…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Before The Skywalker Saga was released this was the best LEGO Star Wars game out there. Great graphics and hidden puzzles!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This was my fourth LEGO game that I 100% completed. I REALLY don't like this one, not even because it's about the new trilogy, but because this game is actually a nothing burger. I'm not sure if TT was planning on making a separate LEGO game for each new Star Wars episode, but this game feels out of place considering that there isn't a "Last Jedi" or "Rise of Skywalker" game (not that I want those, no sir). We have The Skywalker Saga so there is really no point in playing this unless you either…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you're a Star Wars fan, you should give this game a go (it's tolerable even if you're not a fan of the sequels like I am). Pair with lots of playable LEGO characters, unique missions on planets, and with levels that aren't too long to play through LEGO Star Wars The Force Awakens is fun for anyone of LEGO games and who likes to seek 100% completion. Some challenges may be more difficult in game than others but you can always put on Star Wars movies in the background to motivate yourself to…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →LOL ♥♥♥♥ THE MOVIE PLAY THIS INSTEAD! WAY BETTER THEN WHAT THE DISNEY TRILOGY AS TO OFFER CX

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The co‑op gameplay is seamless and welcoming, letting players of all ages join forces to experience the story together — ideal for family play or casual sessions with friends.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm sure this was a welcome release for LEGO Star Wars fans back in 2016, bridging the long gap between Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars (2011) and Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga (2022). But looking back now, almost everything here has since been outclassed by the later. Building a full LEGO game around a single Star Wars film - and a fairly weak one at that - just doesn't leave enough material for a satisfying LEGO experience. The story missions and hub areas feel padded to…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its kinda like chewing on broken glass
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →While I dislike these movies, I will say that this Lego game featured some things I desperately wanted in Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga that were absent, specifically custom characters. For those Achievement Hunters out there, you'll need all the dlc, including Phantom Limb which is only sold by itself. All in all, it's a shorter version of the Skywalker Saga, and there are certainly worse Lego games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Who made this game? What? It plays fine, it's a good game. But jump is the J key? And space changes character? Who makes space NOT the jump button? And why can't I switch it? How do I pause this game? RIGHT OPTION KEY? WHAT WERE YOU THINKING EVERYONE INVOLVED? WHY NOT esc? And how do you choose an option on this menu? SEMI COLON. WHAT IN GODS NAME ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT. WHY NOT THE ENTER KEY?
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Just done my 100% run with all dlcs... For a star wars game this one is a bit weird in a sense that it only adapts one movie so the levels are a bit big and are based on not some boring parts of the movie (yes I'm talking about you, resistance base!) But the spaceship battles are simply perfect! A great evolution from TCS and TCW and the galaxy hub is great and serves well its purpose The dlc levels are also nice and unique adventures The blaster battles are also fun and well done In…

I CAN'T SKIP THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TITLE VIDEO, I CAN'T SKIP THE MOVIE STORY, I CAN'T EVEN PLAY IT BY MYSELF (WHEN I CONNECT A CONTROLLER, THE COOP MODE JUST ACTIVE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PERMANENTLY), I CAN'T EVEN MOVE THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ WINDOWS TO SECOND MONITOR.

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →CHANGE YOUR SETTINGS... I love the Lego franchise and I have played the games since I was a kid. TLDR: Overall, Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens is a fun addition to the series, but it has it's frustrations. This game is not setup to run well, so change your settings to make it work! The frustrations, namely, are game-breaking bugs. Here are just a few, along with other frustrations I have found: The joystick input and recognition from controllers is terrible. Some character events require…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A potentially great game riddled with bugs and crashes. I couldn't even finish the game as it crashed so often.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →awful. probably the orst lego game ive played. soul less like the films. optimized well . Played on steam deck LCD
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Don't touch it. I got it for only a few cents, and even at that price, it was too expensive for what it delivered. It's a buggy mess that feels worse than the inside of a tauntaun. Only play it with a friend, if you play it at all.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Star Wars sequels suck. Not this game though.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Everybody ask same question why this game exist? Even first level is from episode 6 there is a level just collecting stuff for falcon to go star killer base.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Happy 10th Anniversary! This underrated LEGO gem is better than all previous entries in the LEGO series, in my opinion. I've beaten it a few times and I'm beating it on Wii U right now. Thanks for 10 years!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The LEGO game series is an excellent franchise overall! The story, pacing, humor, and graphics are all fantastic. It's an absolute joy to play, and playing together on the same screen brings back a long-forgotten but incredibly enjoyable co-op experience. 10/10 — Highly recommended!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I love lego games, and this one doesn't fail to give that some enjoyment the others have done. There are a few glitches, but if the game is played with Vertical Sync turned on, you shouldn't encounter any errors. My only gripe after the glitches is that you have to complete the game before you can get any Free Play unlocked. But this isn't a dealbreaker. 100% recommend to lego lovers.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Most boring slop ever created, this is the worst LEGO game by far.
