    254) Joe Danger 2: The Movie For me this ended up being better than the first game. I really like the variety of vehicles and missions in this one. It also felt more manageable to collect the various stars needed to progress through the game. #justbeatit @polykillpodcast.bsky.social

Once went for a QA role at Hello Games. Everyone was so nice. I had been working in advertising for about 3 maybe 4 years at this time but illustrating none stop. They said I was over qualified. This was way back when they were working on Joe Danger 2. The next game they released - No Mans Sky

Looking at Steam Charts it doesn't look like Joe even had a ~significant~ bump after NMS's release in August 2016. It might seem obvious that the conversion % is low given Joe Danger is such a different game/genre, but given NMS's ENORMOUS PLAYERBASE I figured it'd be a bigger bump.

As of today, Jotun (2015) is the 424th best game of all time according to me, directly below Joe Danger and directly above Hack 'n' Slash. It is part of Tier 19. There are 25 tiers and 554 games in the list. #PixelRankings

anyways I'm very impressed and happy for NMS success and I'm glad Hello Games actually stuck with it through thick and thin. Let it be known this is how you save a game. I can't wait for their next game after seeing what they're actually capable of. Now can we please get Joe Danger 3 as well?

This game would make a good Punching Weight video cos what people forget is that the base game was made by a tiny team who had previously just released Joe Danger. They're located the next town over from me. Their office ain't that big. They've kept this going without paid DLC too.
