It's a found footage movie about a security guard in a creepy abandoned mental hospital and yet again so few of these movies seem to understand what makes that idea so creepy. I'll give it credit in that it's not just...

I got a few unremarkable photos of set-dressing etc., but when posted online, they constitute what I believe to be the first published record of filming on new #DoctorWho.

unlabelledView post →Movie 75 gets me 3/4 of the way through #100HorrorMoviesIn92Days but I'm not loving it so far. Spending time in: Infirmary (2026), and so far it feels more like sitting in the waiting room.

The movie follows Edward, an ex-Marine working his first overnight shift at an abandoned hospital. Movie has classic elements of the genre with a bit of bare bones story. 3/5 🏥

To me, the Bonnie and Clyde thing is just a throwaway novelty song to cash in on the then wildly popular movie. It's also the most hilariously inaccurate song since "Old King Tut"!

unlabelledView post →108. Infirmary The dialogue is terrible, the characters are uninteresting, and the performances are laughable. The "scares" were paced terribly and completely underwhelming, unoriginal, and predictable. I felt absolutely nothing throughout this film besides my time being wasted.
unlabelledView post →I’ve been really hyped for this movie to drop for about a month or two & it was definitely worth the wait, but it absolutely has its flaws. The first 50-60 minutes are slow, aside from a couple of moments it was pretty uneventful. Not boring by any means, but definitely repetitive. HOWEVER, the last 30 to 40 minutes are TERRIFYING. I mean it, I must have been literally airborne from how hard I jumped. The crazy part is that I expected all but one of the four scares that got me, yet even though…
positive · AI labelView post →There is a movie called Grave Encounters from 2011 and this movie feels a lot like it. This movie isn't quite as good as Grave Encounters and it doesn't break any new ground when it comes to the found footage category, but it is interesting in its own right and certainly not a bad time. It is slightly underproduced and there are some sequences where they could have thought about it a bit more but I still found it enjoyable and I'm certain that if you are a fan of found footage then you will too.
