Then our bots go out into the field and attempt some basic task. Debug, refine, try again. Human Resource Machine, but with cards, and multiplayer.

unlabelledView post →Human Resource Machine is actually a great game for learning programming at this level and getting a feel for techniques building on top of each other. tomorrowcorporation.com/humanresourc... Zachtronics games are all the same loop, but often on alien architectures.
unlabelledView post →A new blog post about an abandoned project. Hanabi is a "fireworks builder" visual programming-based puzzle video game along the lines of Human Resource Machine, and also influenced by the block-based visual programming language Scratch. blog.gingerbeardman.com/2025/04/23/a...

unlabelledView post →Out of nowhere I feel the need to mention that I've never been more horrified by a game than after realizing a few level in Human Resource Machine that it's literally Assembly.
unlabelledView post →saw this and was immediately dissapointed that Human Resource Machine was far enough out of the zeitgeist to be uncluded. probably my most parasocial relationship with a game company i looooves them games
unlabelledView post →MIT Scratch is fine. Rabbids Coding is fine. Human Resource Machine is fine. Any "program this thing with instructions" game is fine. But at some point, it's nice to also feel like you're making your own thing.
unlabelledView post →I'd say it's the VR debuff, but I'm pretty sure Human Resource Machine is not a VR game
unlabelledView post →I was 13 at the time. Nowadays, the basic idea of turtle graphics (where you learn programming by giving the turtle instructions) is VERY popular, only now the turtle is a robot. Examples: Apple’s Swift Playgrounds, the Scratch programming language, the game “Human Resource Machine”, & many others.
unlabelledView post →#52: Human Resource Machine. A short "programming game", also likely very easy until the last couple levels for anyone with a programming background at all. But if you're new to it this probably isn't a bad one to learn the basics before trying harder stuff. 7/10.
unlabelledView post →Just finished replaying Human Resource Machine and I wish that game had 100 more levels The later levels were a spaghetti-code CHALLENGE for me but they were still super fun Now onto the sequel: 7 Billion Humans, where you command armies of office workers like lemmings
unlabelledView post →I personally recommend Little Inferno (and I’m sure the holiday version is equally fantastic), and if you can stand a game that’s similar to my job, Human Resource Machine and 7 Billion Humans are great
unlabelledView post →Funky little game on Epic Games‼️ It's called Human Resource Machine and it's a lil puzzle game that teaches you little programming stuff :D bhaven't played it yet ,, but I'm planning on it🙏
unlabelledView post →Happy new week yomimigos! Holiday is over, put on your work suit and get back to the grind! Time to start the next game in our Tomorrow Corporation adventure - Let's play Human Resource Machine! 20:00 EST 🏢 21:00 BRT
unlabelledView post →Human Resource Machine and 7 Billion Humans are both at the top of their class, but don't have controller support sadly. Other than those two, the only programming focused game I can think of that does support a standard gamepad is while true: learn()
unlabelledView post →Had my girlfriend try Human Resource Machine! I forgot how fun (and confusing) this game is! I spent the whole time trying NOT to help her!! @jaymeslyne.bsky.social #humanresourcemachine #game #puzzlegame youtu.be/Z2FfQbuQl44
unlabelledView post →Wrapped up Human Resource Machine, admittedly using a guide because I'm definitely not big brain enough for this game. Because of that, it's personally a 6/10, but I do like the background story just like Little Inferno's.
unlabelledView post →#265: Little Inferno This game is a relatively-successful satire although I think it trends a little too heavily into just recreatingthe thing it's satirizing. The same dev released Human Resource Machine and World of Goo, games which I think work much better.
unlabelledView post →Also Human Resource Machine is another good coding game
unlabelledView post →My fav is Human Resource Machine. It teaches programming concepts in the context of a fun game with a wry sense of humor. I bought it for like $9 on Switch and I keep going back to it. You can play for 10 minutes or an hour, leave and come back and even solve old levels more efficiently.

unlabelledView post →One of my favorites is when programming/automation get turned into a game-- entire games like Human Resource Machine, Hack N Slash, or Opus Magnum teach the thought process, and even a subtle example like Final Fantasy XII has you defining your party's actions with conditional if/then statements
unlabelledView post →My brother gifted me #HumanResourceMachine on Steam this week and this game is so astonishingly my jam. Full of fun programming challenges - it feels like those machine language classes I took in '91. @spongefile I assume you've seen this? http://plays.tv/video/5b82d27a70a24131eb/cant-believe-that-worked-took-me-about-an-hour-get-through-challenge-spaghetti-mass-code-is-horrid-look
unlabelledView post →Hrm. I kind of want to make a "programming puzzle" game for the C64, but I kind of don't. I feel like Human Resource Machine and Shenzhen I/O covered that genre quite well.
unlabelledView post →day off today. i intend to take an adderall and play this cute python-esque programming game TheFarmerWasReplaced. which reminds me, i never completely beat the programming game Human Resource Machine. i might need AI to give me hints on the tough ones. (i used to be in IT. Now I'm a deli man. 😢)
unlabelledView post →2. Human Resource Machine - a game that teaches you how to, genuinely, write machine language code, wrapped up in a cute and very fun puzzle game. if you enjoy this game, chances are you'll enjoy programming.
unlabelledView post →Human Resource Machine Finished 30/10/2025 No optimisations or optional levels Really fun game and very challenging. Its got the tomorrow corporation style that I love so much. Maybe I should be working in coding if its as enjoyable as this. Last level took half the time the other 30 took. 8/10
unlabelledView post →Because I don't hate myself enough already, I played Human Resource Machine, a puzzle game where you have to code using the game's custom programming language. More on that on the blog. themaskoflife.weebly.com/blog/derryck...

unlabelledView post →I've been playing Human Resource Machine. I feel like I breezed through 80% of the game, slowed down and got stuck on the last level. I was working on an inefficient behemoth for literal hours only to find out something about the input that wasn't obvious and there was no more room for me to store info on the floor to even try and find a solution. A steam review had accidentally spoiled the correct method to me, but I wanted *my* solution to work. #HumanResourceMachine #VideoGames #Gaming
