Here's why not: - Only Windowed mode looks bearable - Hidden Objexts are often rendered so badly, you spot them directly - A horribly, unlikable main character - poor music choice Also its definitly too expensive for the little it offers.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Alright for what it is -a casual hidden objects game - but it only offers 2-3 hours of playtime, which is not a lot for the $10 price tag. And the voice acting is so, so bad.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Im currently playing this game as a joke. I expected it to be bad and i wasnt dissapointed! lol
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I enjoyed Titanic. It was interesting, but simple. If you're in the mood for something that is not overly taxing to brain (after work relaxing entertainment), this would be it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its not bad better then i expected.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Definately worth the 5 bucks. Great game with a good storyline. Graphics aren't the best but that didn't bother me. You do feel like you are onboard the Titanic. If you are hidden object fan I would definately give this a go.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have had this game for a while (retail). I LOVE this game. The music and the story is great! I decided to buy it here on Steam so i can have it digital. Well this version is different than the retail version. When talking to some people, some of the things they say are cut out like the line is completely removed. Also the ending is different as well. They added more puzzles to almost every object that you need to grab. The Steam version is still really good as the main story is the same. I…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is about the adventures of a lunatic who's out to sink the Titanic before the iceberg does. She frequently engages in acts of vandalism aboard the ship with very little in-game reasoning to do so, apart from the player's metaknowledge that doing so will advance the plotline. At one point you even deliberately injure one of the crew (a guy who bears an incredible resemblance to Brendan Fraser) in order to distract the ship's doctor so you can bust into his locker and steal his meds.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Actually this is the first HOG I played many years ago. I played it again now and it's still the best HOG for me. I love the bonus chapter where they explain, what exactly happend and what they should do to avoid the disaster.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →https://youtu.be/sEJ8nxhA4B8 Even as a period piece using the dialog that degrades or insults the protagonist constantly makes for a negative first impression that would take far more time that it's worth to overcome.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →You learn that humans built a very large ship to brag about themselves. But was it enough for them to have bragging rights for completing it? or Titanic had to be the safest ship ever just because she was as big as a hill? Upon finishing this point&click style hidden object game in which you play as a young ma'am except bonus level, you learn why it would have had to be remembered as a sad story with one way or another.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A Titanic themed hidden object game which is very picky when it comes to registering interactions with items. Some of the puzzles don’t have a real explanation as to what to do, but it is ok otherwise.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I think its a great game overall. When you play it, you actually feel like you traveled back in time trying to survive. If you love your mother and your husband/wife at the same time .. Well good luck cause you need to make some touch decisions in this game! :)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →surprisingly good HOG. Pros. nice story good voice acting mini bonus story ok gameplay time (less than 3 hours for the main story and less than 10 minutes for the bonus story) cons. low resolution despite being an old game it was surprisingly good! i enjoyed it. i recommend it and give it 7/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Always my favorite since Nintendo DS.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the slowest H.O.Gs to start up and the same can be said for its loading times for scenes in the game itself and yet... They tried to do something different. First you might crash. But upon attempting it once more... The game might even work. I can see why others think the MC is unlikable. The other characters also don't have any backstory at all and the MC's "dark past" ain't explained either. The only characters that stood out were the mother and the crew members. I suppose the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hidden Mysteries: Titanic is a decent point and click puzzle game. You must find objects to help solve puzzles as you experience the Titanic's fateful journey. #JustBeatIt

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First time player here. Can't say I play for nostalgia reasons, just wanted to see what this Titanic game has to offer. Surprisingly, the game feels alright and runs smoothly on Windows 11, with no frame drops or lag, and the save works well so you don't need to finish in one session. The game begins at boarding and ends when you survive after the sinking. The bonus unlocks after completion, a nice 5-minute gameplay segment diving into the water, checking different rooms of Titanic as the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I wish there was an option to give it a neutral rating. What I Liked: - The storyline (I mean it's true to the Titanic story). - Tbh I'm playing this because I miss the classic ND games so much and someone online recommended this. The only thing similar is the fact that it's point-and-click and some puzzles may remind you of ND. What I Disliked: - The husband, what a prick. I regret nothing in not saving him. In fact since the beginning I was secretly hoping this person would get washed up…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Taking a break from Dragon Quest Monsters today to play a DS game with one of the longest titles: Hidden Mysteries: Buckingham Palace - Secrets of Kings and Queens. *phew* need a breather after saying that. Anyways, this is the first of 4 of these games #goinglive #furrylive twitch.tv/Mr_Shasta
unlabelledView post →I remember playing a demo of this game when I was younger as a fan of Titanic's history I always wanted to play the full game. Well, it was a disappointment. The story seems to be missing a part, we start on the first day of the voyage and suddenly we skip through three whole days, right to the time of the sinking. There was so much wasted potential here. Also, there are a lot of illogical choices, the characters are stereotypical caricatures and there are a few historical mistakes. It does not…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Do not like this game at all. Got stuck on first level, and can't figure out how to go any farther. Have gone to all of the rooms available and done everything there is to do in each one.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun game , neat game and one of the few titanic games on steam
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →NOSTALGIA! My dad bought me the disc version of this game for Christmas when I was a kid. It also came with Hidden Mysteries: Civil War and two Artifex Mundi hidden object games too. I remember getting stuck at the part with the cranes and never making it any further. It's awesome playing it again all these years later and finally being able to finish it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very nostalgic game for me. One of the first video games I've ever played. I love coming back to it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The ingredients to our game: - 3D Dark Fantasy Aesthetics - A dash of Hidden Mysteries - WoW inspired mechanics - A LOT of cool Boss Designs - Topped with 100+ unique items
unlabelledView post →Loved this game and all of it's hidden objects, puzzles and decisions you make on this final journey.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A very nostalgic old-school HOG puzzle game. This one I've replayed many times over the years as it was one of my first HOGs with a story. Fun puzzles although sometimes goofy solutions, a good narrative and fun premise. Some of the HOG puzzles themselves are a little messy but this was normal for HOGs back then. I think back in the day, my CD-RAM copy of this had a hidden object white house game included, lol.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Why am I finding random objects hidden in a scene? How is this any fun? Also, poor graphics. Very archaic game design.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →dated graphics and poor UI
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →nostalgia, also why is the main character always causing chaos lel
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is unplayable. IT will not load. Do not buy this.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've played this on Wii when I was younger. For those of you wanting to buy this for nostalgia, DON'T. This version on steam has a ton of dialogue, cut-scenes, and game-play removed.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Alright Hidden Mysteries is done. It was very much a cheap hidden object game with nothing super special to it. Going to now make more progress in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker for the rest of the night! I figured out about synthesizing monsters and now we're grinDING!!!
unlabelledView post →Definitely give this hidden object game a go! It's a great game with a good story line. The voice acting and graphics are not the best, but for the price, I still recommend the game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →IF MARGARET DOESN'T STOP USING THAT CONDESCENDING TONE WHEN I CLICK ON THE WRONG ITEM, I STG I haven't finished this game yet, honestly it is not paced as well as other hidden object games I play. It lacks luster, objects, and intrigue. Also, MARGARET WONT SHUT THE HELL UP. Still, it's only 4.99, may as well try it out. I will finish it eventually.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is absolutely ludicrous. The protagonist seems to have some foreknowledge of the events of the Titanic and will do anything to save it, including but not limited to: causing someone to slip and fall on the deck so she could steal some medicine while the doctor was distracted, or sabotaging engine systems so she can defy the Captain's instructions. The hidden object puzzles are fine, graphics unimpressive. The minigames provide no instruction, so you have to either divine the object of…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i had the disk version of this game as a kid and played it probably hundreds of times. was nice to relive a part of my childhood.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you like story games, and point and click, this one is for you. Even though its highly outdated its still enjoyable!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game when your bored.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The ending was a little lackluster. However, if you are interested in a short Titanic game, this is definitely a good one to buy. Get it on a sale though! A good 4 hour game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a bad game it's older I like the story i would buy it on sale
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I got this game in a sale and I wouldn't really recommend it if that wasn't the case. The hidden object scenes are good, if a little too easy at times, and some of the puzzles were challenging but not too obscure as to be impossible. The voice acting I also found to be quite good. The art style is satisfying, with some lovely interiors. The main character's commitment to vandalism is humorously treated, which is a nice nod to how most characters go through this sort of games. However,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →good Hidden Object/Puzzle game but WAY to short, in 6 hours I beat the game twice to get both endings and beat the bonus rounds, and this was on my first and second run thrus on the game so I was very slow on some of the puzzles.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I loved this game! It was pretty good game and for a short game ...I really enjoyed! I just wish it lasted longer. :(
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its a fun game been playing since i was 14 and its simple enough to not be frustrating but hard enough to make u think
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It was great, a good throw back to the good ol days of the puzzle games!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good Hidden Object Game- Slow story
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not a good HOG game, even if it's far better than the other title focused on the civil war. Still there are random objects of random size. Still the graphic quality is pretty bad. This time, at least, the items are not hard to find just because they're extra small in the far background. The game follows the story of a character on the Titanic, living strange adventures - I don't know why, but that's the way you can put HOG inside that story, so it's ok. But still, there are far better HOGs…
