unlabelledView post →The meanest thing in any horror movie ever is in HALLOWEEN 4, when those cheerleaders pull over and make a hitchhiking Dr. Loomis think they're going to pick him up and then they drive away just as he reaches them.
unlabelledView post →Happy Halloween! I hope your Halloween is as close to the opening credits of Halloween 4 as possible. If not, crank up the AC & turn that glorious film on. 🎃🔪
unlabelledView post →Took my kid to see the new Nintendo movie tonight. He enjoyed it. That's what it's all about My dad didn't like Jaws, but took me to see Jaws 3D in a theater. Mom took me to see Halloween 4, which I'm positive she wasn't thrilled about. But she did it for me, so I do the same

unlabelledView post →Re: Halloween II Ah, the start of crazy Loomis that would follow into Halloween 4. You know, he wasn't this crazy in the original film what with him threatening to shoot someone.
unlabelledView post →Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers has one of the best opening credits in horror movie history. It oozes autumn, and it gives off a strong Halloween vibe. I love it.
unlabelledView post →Horror Mode Engage! Loved the Redd Kross documentary as much as I love Redd Kross. RESIDENT EVIL is super fun and never lets its foot off the gas. Wanted to love THE YETI (period cryptozoology?!) but didn't. HALLOWEEN 4 is dumb as shit but moves fast. #HorrorSky #FilmSky #LastFourWatched #Letterboxd
unlabelledView post →Currently watching Halloween 4: The Return Of Michael Myers This one has a movie poster that reassures audiences that Michael Myers is *definitely* in this movie, assuming the title wasn’t enough
unlabelledView post →So fun seeing Rapid Fire in the theater for the first time in 33 years! Brandon Lee, you were so cool. Great Q&A after and thanks to Dwight H. Little for signing my Halloween 4 DVD, about 23 years after Danielle Harris signed it. (Also, I wore my Rapid Fire button I’ve had since the movie came out)

unlabelledView post →HALLOWEEN 4 is A) The movie where they put together a posse and fight Michael in the bed of a moving truck and B) The movie where Michael gets hold of a shotgun and just uses it to stab somebody because my dude doesn't need guns. I will write the Criterion essay myself, let's GO.

unlabelledView post →Watching Halloween 4 now, another movie I've never seen before. The opening with the Halloween imagery was very evocative and now I'm invested.
unlabelledView post →Halloween 4 is a better film than Halloween 5 & 6 and I’ll die on that hill.

unlabelledView post →“Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Meyers” (1988) is my favorite of the sequels to what I consider the greatest horror film of all time “Halloween” (1978), and the opening credits are an exquisite example of building mood and atmosphere, truly capturing what Halloween felt like in the 80’s.
unlabelledView post →THE CRAFT is one of those flicks that I somehow haven’t seen. So I had to pick up the 4K and finally give it a watch! #NowWatching #FilmSky Fun Fact: Danielle Harris (Halloween 4 and 5) auditioned for this film but ultimately lost out to Neve Campbell.
unlabelledView post →Halloween 4 is generally just a Michael Myers slasher movie, except for its opening credits sequence, which is somehow a genuinely arresting series of haunting images.
unlabelledView post →I can’t fully explain it, but Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers might be my favorite Halloween movie so far. Season of the Witch is its own thing, but this? It’s basically Halloween filtered through the late ’80s, and apparently that is exactly my shit. #Halloween #MichaelMyers #HorrorMovies
unlabelledView post →#nowwatching Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers, because while Halloween 3 was a good halloween movie, it wasn't a good Halloween movie without Michael Myers, so we gotta resurrect the bum. #horrorsky #filmsky
unlabelledView post →If you need a good Halloween watch, “Halloween 4” is just about to start on AMC. Extremely underrated movie.
unlabelledView post →Movie: Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers It ain't Halloween without watching Michael Myers. This wasn't a bad movie, but it isn't amazing like revisionists would have you believe. It's just good. #filmsky #horrorsky
unlabelledView post →Starting my #Halloween Movie Marathon a bit early with some of the films I usually skip. First up is Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers

unlabelledView post →At the actual quarter pole of #100HorrorMoviesin92Days with Halloween 4 (1988). This one was back to the slasher formula but somehow it kinda worked for me? Still not a fan of the subgenre and the waste of Kathleen Kinmont is criminal, but generally decent. Also starts the townies vs Meyers plot
unlabelledView post →So my wife and I were talking about this exact thing after watching Halloween 4 Because that is very much a movie that I would sit and watch if I came across it flipping channels, but would be upset to have paid 2025 theater prices to see
unlabelledView post →Halloween 4 is the better movie in pretty much every possible way - yet I enjoyed watching Halloween 5 more. You gotta love movies! 🎃 #MutantFam
unlabelledView post →I love the inconsistency of movie making and don’t think everything needs to be touched up to (beyond) perfection with CGI. Yep, in Halloween 4 the scar on Loomis’s face changes part way. Yes, they used the wrong Myers mask in that one shot & Michael has blonde hair. It’s fine.
unlabelledView post →But there’s a big obstacle. The movie is a DTV movie. A solid script by the great Alan McElroy (Halloween 4/Spawn!) can’t cover a movie that looks cheap. Only Gordon Currie as an aw shucks Antichrist who yes looked a bit like Robert Redford fit his part from the book.

unlabelledView post →They were expensive. Ground Zero: Texas cost Sony/Digital Pictures $3m, which at the time made it one of, if not the most expensive videogame ever produced. 110mins of footage. Directed by a genuine film director (Dwight H Little, of Halloween 4 fame).

unlabelledView post →Just watched the wildest Halloween movie ranking video I've ever seen. "Highlights" were Halloween 1978 at #3, with H20 (a good film) at #2 and Halloween 4 (also good but not, you know, JOHN CARPENTER'S HALLOWEEN!!) at #1. Oh, and Resurrection wasn't ranked at the bottom. Or near the bottom.
