If you re-roll but a friend picked an option they liked well too bad it re-rolls for both of you. If you want an upgrade but so doesn't another player only one of you can choose it and the others are stuck with whatever is left. This essentially forces you to have one player always have the best option funneled into them and everyone else…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it's like vampire survivors meets soulstone survivors except there are only 6 synergy upgrades, 3 very unfulfilling maps, a very slow and jagged difficulty curve that doesn't feel rewarding, and a plethora of bugs that would make bethesda blush. the devs need to work on better co-op as well as balancing classes to make them less of a chore to play (i'm looking at you, mage...) the artstyle and theme shows a promising game in the future but this feels like an alpha build at best. devs either…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Saw potential in the demo and expected it to evolve into something good, specially since so far I didn't manage to find a good bullet hell to play with friends; but sadly it didn't evolve and it is just not fun to play, far too easy even if you play it alone, and nothing really new to bring to the genre. There's too many better options available. At least for now, not recommended.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Extremely Underwhelming Capybaras This review won't mentions any of the bugs, because there are a lot and hopefully they will get fix soon. Bugs won't affect this review. This game had been on my wish-list for months as my friends love capybaras, and we love playing survivor bullet hell style game coop. Visually the game looks.. cute for the capybaras and that's about as much positive I can give the game. Multiplayer Experience: -Can't pick the same abilities that someone else picked…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is cute and can be fun with friends... ...But I don't have much good to say about it beyond that. It has some of the worst balance I've seen (applied DPS doesn't seem to have been much of a factor for consideration). Further, you can't max level in multiplayer, and difficulty increases in later levels are done by giving you even less exp. Increasing difficulty by giving you less levels/abilities in a game where gaining abilities is the main enjoyment factor... is bad design.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Crazy how this games devs didnt do anything to address the problem when I first mentioned it all they did was silence me its been a year and nothings changed not a labor of love they just made a cash grab
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is great. Is it some triple-A blockbuster? No. Is it an experience with thousands of hours of game play? No. Is it a perfect game with no bugs? No. But do you want to know what it does have? Passion. In an industry rapidly filling with soulless cash grabs by greedy companies that don't care about your experience, EPC is a breath of fresh air. It looks beautiful, has a simple and effective progression system, and most importantly of all, it's just fun to play(solo or with friends). If…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you like your roguelites and are looking for one with online co-op, this is a good one. Single player: I had quite the smooth experience, many of the negative reviews are for multiplayer issues (which I'll address later). On my first run, I managed to complete a run and get 12 achievements. All that from 33 minutes of gameplay. The enemies are quite balanced so you won't get too overwhelmed unless the Goddess of Luck decides to take a dump on your rolls (which does happen). Multiplayer:…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really like vampire survivors, so I thought this would be an easy hit for me, but it feels pretty crunchy. Steam told me that it's controller only, and then in-game, the controller just controls a cursor. Feels half baked.

unlabelledView post →Unfortunately the gameplay is not fun, progress is very linear, upgrades are not explained (e.g. what are active/passive abilities and what counts as weapon). I only played the first two maps and as enemies you basically had only the standard melee grunts and on the second map some shooters - no variations whatsoever. Upgrade between runs are basic, lame stat increases. Also, there is almost no synergy between weapons/upgrades within runs. The gameplay gets tiring very fast. Buy yourself…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This was a wonderful silly fun capybara game to play with my wife. I love my wife. 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The reviews are mixed because it was hard to play with multiple people before the update to v.2. The update came and made a world of difference for the better. I played it before the update and it was not my jam but after v.2 came out. Love it! The graphics are adorable and it is very beginner-friendly. I can see myself playing it for hours collecting all the add-ons. The wallet-friendly cost of the game is a bonus. Solo or with others this is a great addition to any gaming collection.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Does not work with 8bitdo controllers and steam deck
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really wanted to like this game, ignored the "Mixed" reviews because hey, they were in December and the devs have their 1.1 update that fixed a lot of the issues that were in the negative reviews, so I gave it a go; as I love Soulstone Survivors. I played 2 matches in co-op with a friend I had buy it with me, so the sample size isn't great, but that should also be quite telling of the quality of the game itself. Ran into several bugs, quickly. Just after your first level up, the "currency"…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game, ignore the Chinese spam negative reviews.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →They should have released in Early Access. The polish right now is bad and the game content is limited. Other than that I see that the gameplay lacks critical balance. e.g. the dodging dash is longer than any enemy horde on the screen at the same time, so that you can always escape even when surrounded through the horde. Therefore I don't have much hope that this game will get to an enjoyable state. Also I don't like the limitation of the arena to such a small field. I do not recommend.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My only complaint is fear that I will burn through the content too quickly. Please add more
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Platinum Trophy 341 Extremely Powerful Capybaras Played online with some friends and we all got the platinum last night. I highly recommend it! Its not too stressful and fun. Its the 25th game i beat this year as tracked on FUZE. #PlayStation5 #PlayStationTrophy
unlabelledView post →Extremely mid capybaras :( It's an okay game, has the basic formula for any roguelike/bullethell game, it just lacks anything that makes it unique and makes me want to continue playing. Unfortunately other games did this genre better, but with a few updates maybe this game could be better.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is very promising, but the glaring bugs make it completely unplayable--particularly in multiplayer. If you want to play this with friends, do not bother in it's current state. The art style and general feel are awesome, but it's so buggy that I had to stop after an hour because leveling up, selecting abilities, etc just do NOT work in multiplayer about 70% of the time. So disappointing. This feels like a beta. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →At first i didnt want to give it a review at all but i do feel like people have to know what they get into since steam is changing the way refunds are handled - more and more will be denied with their new anti-consumer-strategy. So here we go. I do NOT recommend the game in its current state and the negative reviews ARE justified! This game has NOT been fixed - there are soo many technical issues its barely a functioning game. Many menu options or ingame-menues from the bugreport to simply…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is short, but fun for killing time.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Awesome fun game. I was hesitant to check it out because of the reviews stating some odd design choices, but it turns out the devs have already addressed those issues with the latest patch. So yeah, this game is totally worth $6.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I don't normally actually review, and if I do it's because I have a very strong opinion about a game. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. It is literally worse than any in the survivor genre while being extremely late to the party. All upgrades for spells are boring, flat stats. The out of run upgrades you can buy are spell specific instead of general stats. It is buggy, I instantly encountered a bug where a certain sound kept repeating even after the run. 0/10 for me, this is by far the worst survivor I've…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very addicting and lots of fun solo and with friends
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This a fun bullet hell game, similar in play to Vampire Survivors with a different art style and vibe. There’s a good mix of enemies. Would be cool to see some more with ranged abilities or variety of speeds, movement patterns. I have had no issues with buggy behavior in this early release. I’m playing single player on steam deck. Default controls work just fine.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Best of its kind (rouge-like/bullet hell type) finally with multiplayer co-op and Capybaras. Couldn't ask for more. My wife came back with the kids and my depression has been cured (temporarily). Pros: The Price - Worth the price! Game is inexpensive so you can peer-pressure your friends to play Cons: Few Bugs - Probably bug fixes over time; You can occasionally get stuck on objects around the map (Which can be avoided by completely walking around them)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cute little game that I played with my wife. Can be pretty hard at the start, but ultimately getting 100% achievements was not a very lengthy endeavor. For this price it is a steal.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A cute albeit poorly made copy of vampire survivors. This game actually introduced me to vampire survivors and the genre. Most abilities are poorly designed and there are gaps in what upgrades are actually available to the point where there are only a few viable build options. The game is a little buggy but mostly playble, and coop too, but what is really killing it is game design. It does have a few novel features, such as needing to go to a spot to progress, shrines, a kill to revive mechanic…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A fun little Vampire Survivors like. I do like the leveling mechanic when you get to max level and all the XP turns into coins for leveling your account, definitely motivates you to speed level as quickly as possible. Also, the character synergy mechanic is a nice touch as well, kinda fun experimenting with the different classes and abilities to see what unlocks it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is super fun to play alone or with friends! And the devs are working on improving it actively. Tons of laughs to be had and obstacles to overcome!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Ok I pull up Really fun little game. Can only speak for the single player at time of review but I like it a lot. Fun classes, cute capybara designs and solid survivors style gameplay.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Extremely Disappointing Capybugas Most Favorite Aspects Capybaras are cute Least Favorite Aspects Extremely buggy: Selecting level-up reward screen is frequently bugged. I have experienced rapid flickering, inability to select abilities, the game automatically selecting abilities that I didn't want for me, etc. Extremely disappointing capybaras: The class designs don't feel great; there are many classes I don't want to use more than once because the primary ability is not as…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Remote play nao funciona, precisa conectar 2 controles e um teclado pra jogar 2 pessoas Teclado controla a movimentação do controle............................................................... 👍
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So far, the game is fine. The only problem are the bugs and crashes. As a survivor like, the game has a class approach to characters, so each class has its own attributes and main weapon, which will be used in the arenas, where you'll fight the hordes of monsters. The arenas actually aren't actually hard. At least the first and second arenas are pretty chill, and depending on how well you do your build, you can reach the 15 minutes of gameplay and face the boss, that also includes your first…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cult of the Lamb meets Brotato. I absolutely adore this game!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Addictive game play and fun power ups and multiple game modes all while playing as cute capybaras! When can we expect Extremely Powerful Guinea Pigs?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Uma lindeza de jogo e muito divertido! Dá pra gastar um bom tempo explorando as armas e as habilidades e encontrando os segredos deles. ótimo pra jogar com os amigos também! Eu S2 capivaras ;-;
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The bullet heaven subgenre is already very saturated with a lot of copy/pasting of mechanics and ideas. This game unfortunately does not really bring anything new to the table to make it worth playing besides the coop aspect.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The demo for this game is one of my most played demos on Steam – that alone should indicate how stoked I was for this game. Not only does the game feature my favorite animal the capybara, but the replay value is spot on. Currently, I’m trying to think of an excuse to tell my boss I’m out sick tomorrow so I can keep playing. Extremely Powerful Capybaras is a top-down, bullet hell game where waves of enemies come at you and your goal is to survive and defeat the boss. Meanwhile, you pick up orbs…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Multiplayer latency issues... in the SAME house. It's fun solo, but multiplayer is a hard NO. Also this is the FIRST game I've ever seen where you're SCREENLOCKED on multiplayer! LOLOLOL!!! How does that even work? Imagine being screenlocked using different computers, hahaha!!! DO NOT BUY if you're considering it for multiplayer. You have been warned.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game was abandoned shortly after release. They fixed the game-breaking bugs, added one map then jumped the ship. The game can be fun, as it is with any vampire survivor-like, but you surely can do better, so unless you really like capybaras then I'd highly suggest Brotato instead. As for my issues: - Many items are downright useless, such as masks that only take effect if you have more active items than passive ones or the other way round. You have 4 passive and 4 active slots and you…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game was fun for first few hours, then it just becomes repetitive and the creators don’t really update this game anymore
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game was extremely fun grind for 10 hrs....10 hrs. The like last 2-3 are just replaying with friends what you've already played. This game did not get support post launch that it so desperately needed. Everything in terms of building blocks is there for the game. At this point ti will likely not get any new updates. I will go back and play it because I have it already but to say that you should buy it out of other options if it was down to you last gaming dollar would be a lie. Worth…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →good execution of the game tho theres barely any reson to keep playing after maxing out all upgrades and characters + i dont like vampire slayer games
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →fun & cute game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Honestly, I really enjoy this game. Its simple, but its cute. I received it as a gift, but even for $7 CAD its exactly what you would expect. Its genuinely fun, and its easy to just sink a couple hours into it on a day off.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Love the gameplay and the art. Very nice to relax to.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Still just really buggy
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the best bullet hells to come out recently. More fun and in depth than vampire survivors IMO
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game is fun but definitely needs work. A lot of upgrades in multiplayer are unbalanced (some items are straight up useless), and because there're 4 for 4 people, someone is going to have their run ruined. On the other hand, single player is too easy. Regarding the rougelite part, meta progression is shallow. Build diversity is limited, and there are only one way to evolve primary weapon.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very simple bullet-hell kind of game. Has a lot of potential for a sequel. Didn't like how slow character movement was. Didn't like how "forward facing" weapons didn't always point where you're facing, they slowly "scan" towards your direction change. Hit a bug on the end-game screen that wouldn't let me click "BACK". Other than that, had fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm a simple guy. Me see capybara, me buy.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bust a Cap n ya, capybaras.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I know I have nay even an hour in this game but I already see some glaring issues. However, I must say, the concept and presentation is very promising, and I like the premise of the game. But, in only half an hour I have seen how rushed out this game was. The main problem I noticed with this game is that lag completely destroys it, half of the time, whenever I got to the level up screen, I would be stuck there for a whole minute! And by time I could finally get out, I'd be dead! And by time I'd…
