DUSK '82! Took around 4 hours to beat. This was a fun lil game! ngl it was cool to see how they translated the world of DUSK into a game with a different vibe! The gameplay was a nice challenge, the graphics were retro, and the music slapped! It was a fun experience overall, and a nice throwback!

Next game is DUSK '82! ngl I know absolutely nothing about this game, and didn't even know it existed until I put my physical copy of DUSK into my Switch, it comes as a bonus with the physical version! ngl this'll be an interesting game, as I'm not sure what to expect, so I'm excited to play it!

In terms of the vibe of DUSK '82, this game is retro! It very much takes inspiration from the early era of PC games, and it nails the vibe in the appearance department with the graphics! The music is also awesome! I can't tell if it's bitcrushed or using an old soundfont, but it's an absolute bop!

In terms of the gameplay of DUSK '82, my first impressions are: it's very interesting! It's a turn-based puzzle game a shooting element incorporated, it's very familiar to a game I've played before, but the name is evading me tbh. It can be challenging at points, but it's been a lot of fun!

Thinking about DUSK '82 again, the only game I'm aware of that lets you engage the goliath head of Big John in pitched tile-based combat For any fans of silliness in nu-boom-shoot (or whatever we're calling it these days) that should already constitute as a recommendation

This is a fun one! It's decidedly reminiscent of the classic 1989 game Chip's Challenge. I think the clever ways DUSK '82 adapts the original DUSK's gameplay in the vein of demake are adorable!

I say this as someone who has zero childhood memories of Chip's Challenge, and in fact has never played it at all: Dusk '82 is worth playing! Just give it an open-minded try even if the graphics and intensely-retro style don't trigger any nostalgic feelings. It's an excellent "coffee break" game.

I like the name Dusk because its meaning is open-ended to me The y at the end makes it sound cuter The duskydusk82 handle stems from the game Dusk '82, a puzzle demake of Dusk

Finished Dusk '82. You'd think a game with triple digits on the title screen would have more levels but no it's the same amount as doom 2 I think.

Dusk '82 was a fun little game that I plan to go through again. Funnily enough I played it before playing actual Dusk. Which made getting to the end really neat. I got it on switch as the pre-order bonus before it eventually came to the e-shop.
