#nowwatching Dracula (dir. Luc Bessen, 2025) Reviews are all over the place on this one, and I'm also not a huge Bessen fan. Let's see if this is a hot mess or just a dud.
Dracula (2025) is an empty marvel of creative vanity and vapidity. Colin Wandersman’s cinematography cannot salvage this narcissistic cinematic dump left over from a sex pest’s wholesale pillaging of images and ideas from pretty much every iconic crack at the Count ever made.
Dracula: A Love Tale (2025) Review – 8/10 Luc Besson reimagines the iconic vampire not as a monster, but as a man cursed by heartbreak. A visually stunning gothic romance with bite. #Dracula #LucBesson #MovieReview #GothicRomance bookimov.blogspot.com/2025/09/dracul…
Normally I only watch "feel good" movies but this one is amazing. DRACULA Trailer (2025) Christoph Waltz, Luc Besson youtu.be/w05UztF-3xY?si… via @YouTube
Luc Besson's Joan of Arc is visually stunning and the editing is amazing. I had hoped he would have used the same sort of magic with Dracula: A Love Tale 2025 but that movie is a total failure except for the first part with the armor.
