neutral · AI labelView post →As of this evening, The Odyssey has earned $911M in just 16 days. It will more than likely break the record for the fastest R-Rated movie to earn a billion, set by Deadpool & Wolverine in 2024 (23 days). They're calling it the most successful flop in history.
neutral · AI labelView post →My son wanted to watch the Wolverine-Deadpool movie, and maybe it appeals only to the zoomer brain because my god, I don't think I've ever seen anything worse in my life. The pointlessness of the thing was astounding.

neutral · AI labelView post →Ryan Reynolds is reportedly currently focused on developing a new ‘Deadpool’ movie (via Puck News)
neutral · AI labelView post →We should absolutely go back to making big US studios show British-made shorts before their features. ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ should have been preceded by a 21-minute film about a haunted toy shop. ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ should be paired with an Arthurian fantasy shot in a brutalist car park in Slough.
neutral · AI labelView post →Deadpool 2 is a Christmas movie, no I will not be taking questions at this time

neutral · AI labelView post →That doesn't mean he wouldn't appear in a film for either franchise "Deadpool works so well appearing with the X-Men and Avengers, but he always needs to stay an outsider. His ultimate dream is to be accepted and appreciated. But he can’t be accepted" www.hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie...
neutral · AI labelView post →Watched the Deadpool and Wolverine film. It was funny, but clearly the sign of a decadent phase of Marvel culture. You can only get jokes out of how bad your work is once. After that it stops being ironic and just us straightforwardly bad. A last hurrah methinks.
neutral · AI labelView post →Film Twitter bitching about Deadpool and Wolverine, calling it the worst film ever made which by that point, I had to say if people consider that and Free Guy the worst film ever, they should see more films. Response went just as well as you think it would on there

I don’t even care why or for what reason. Just go to the movie theaters. There’s no better shared experience.” (via Variety)

neutral · AI labelView post →Man, I'm not saying Deadpool (2016) was a scrappy underdog film project in any way, but I remember when it took Ryan Reynolds personally like 12 years to get Deadpool to screen and now the entire superhero film genre is like, "Save us, Deadpool, save us"
