Hanks is always good, and Rylance says so much while say so little. Spielberg’s camera captures so much depth as always.

Heck. He would want the Soviets and East Germans to keep the Americans they held.

A Few Good Men and Bridge of Spies given the Hallmark TV movie spin - but with a great Matthau turn as a country lawyer. It's not a great film, but I've seen better films I've liked a lot less.

Near the end, when Smiley enters his home and realizes his wife is there...that slight quiver/slump of relief..almost miss it if you aren't watching. Best performances are about the subtleties, e.g.Mark Rylance's Bridge of Spies. And yes, the eyes.
