unlabelledView post →i would like you all to know that when i replaced the copyrighted songs in the last game, i meticulously matched up the BPM of each one so it would still match the game. even though in the final edit it does not matter at all.

unlabelledView post →The ultimate sickos rhythm game. PROJEKT GODHAND (it must be written in all caps) is an 8-button, high-BPM nightmare. But it only cares which side of the keyboard you're hitting, not which actual keys. And wild keysmashing increases your score multiplier, but tightens timing required. It is silly.
unlabelledView post →the two funniest things about Amplitude on the PS2 are: - it's a rhythm game with randomized powerup layouts that affect scoring - the final super secret max difficulty boss song is a 97 BPM drum n bass track

unlabelledView post →The most gloriously dumb rhythm game ever made. 8 buttons, high BPM, note charts like whoa... But it only counts the number of buttons hit and which side of your keyboard they're on. So you can just randomly keysmash (so long as it's to the beat) and win. And extra smashing multiplies points.

unlabelledView post →Gonna make a genre of music called Thumphop where the boomin' bass and beats HAVE to be made from stomping alone~ BPM is walking pace (120-140) everything else is fair game, you can even sample, mix and go stupid with flavor but the BOOMIN' BEAT has to be the made via STOMPY FEET~ 👣💥🎶💋

unlabelledView post →@writnelson.bsky.social Turns out the El Paso, Elsewhere soundtrack works pretty well in Dead as Disco, even if there's a bit of tone mismatch. (BPM doubled in game to get it in the recommended range)

unlabelledView post →Don't know what it is, but I get more satisfaction figuring out the BPM of a song manually and not looking it up/having an AI tool figure it out for me. I guess it's like playing a rhythm game in a way.

unlabelledView post →So fun fact, the titular song "Stupid Never Dies" from the game Stupid Never Dies is 87 BPM....... .....Simple and Clean by Utada Hikaru is 88 BPM

I am baby. Still Wakes The Deep was excellent cardio for a game I sat down at a desk for. Really got my BPM up.

unlabelledView post →The “BPM: Bullets Per Minute” soundtrack goes harder than the price point of the game it’s attached to (and some parts of the OST arrangements didn’t even end up in the game which is a real shame but I get it)

unlabelledView post →BPM Bitcrushed easy to sum up: what if Enter the Gungeon was a rhythm game like Necrodancer? it lacks a bit of polish but it seems good. music is Very Good, which helps a lot #ElteeNextFestJune2026
unlabelledView post →BPM Bitcrushed is the game feel of BPM Bullets Per Minute and the visuals and gameplay loop of Enter the Gungeon. The story feels a bit superfluous but it otherwise stands well on its own as a fun game oriented heavily around getting into the flow of things
unlabelledView post →But it really needs to be played with a trackball 😁. They have a good Marble Madness machine at Funspot. Recently, a game heavily inspired by Marble Madness came out, BPM Boy and it was great fun. youtu.be/CHCbgLUPNzA?...
unlabelledView post →3/n Jefferson has an amazing feel for the game on both ends. Highest DWS and BPM in the Big 12. Assist% of 27.7. That's crazy for a guy his size. A legitimately great passer. His athleticism isn't great. But I think he could stick in the league and contribute as a high IQ/feel guy, like SloMo.

unlabelledView post →I like rhythm games...but I hate how 'visually noisy' some games get. Like Groove Coaster is unplayable to me and so many Konami game songs get so out of control with BPM gimmicks. Like, no, Healing De-vision doesn't need to double in BPM for no reason "just because it's a boss song"

unlabelledView post →Does suck a little bit you need to go look up the BPM of the music to properly set the fighting for your own music, but that's a tiny nitpick over an amazing game in Early Access. Also, seconded that Prophet is the best, with some sections of Aurora being top-notch, too.
unlabelledView post →BPM: bullets per minute great game!! it's one of those "shoot on the beat" games, the first one I ever saw (if you don't count Warframe) people even made custom music packs for it!
