unlabelledView post →RIP Val Kilmer, 65, from cancer. I knew from his first film Top Secret! that he was going places. "Real Genius", "The Doors", "Batman Forever", "Top Gun' and his final appearance in "Top Gun Maverick" were among his best. Gone too soon but out of pain after a long battle. variety.com/2025/film/ne...

unlabelledView post →30 years ago today BATMAN FOREVER was released in theaters. The film also featured one of my favorite teaser movie posters.
unlabelledView post →#RIP actor Val Kilmer who passed away today at the age of 65. In addition to his appearances in BATMAN FOREVER and TOMBSTONE, Kilmer perhaps was best known for his role as Tom "Iceman" Kazansky in TOP GUN. His final film was TOP GUN: MAVERICK in 2022.
unlabelledView post →Can't sleep. Finding myself watching Batman Forever on my old video player. I honestly like Batman Forever, don't have much of an issue with the film and it's always entertaining to me.
unlabelledView post →The gayest thing about Batman Forever isn’t the costumes, it’s that Kilmer and Kidman have the chemistry of two closeted leads in a Hays Code-era movie
unlabelledView post →Batman Forever really is a great movie. Jim Carrey is great. Tommy Lee Jones really went for it. Val was great. Nicole Kidman was hot. It's campy, comic booky, fun, still gritty and just great
unlabelledView post →Status report, "Seriously, Why Am I Watching This?" dep't: So BATMAN FOREVER is on (for reasons that currently pass my understanding) and I have to wonder: did this film have some kind of mandatory pyrotechnics budget that it had to use up or lose its completion bonus? 🤪
unlabelledView post →I hate false advertising. I'm still disappointed that the movie "Batman Forever" only lasted 2 hours.
unlabelledView post →Yesterday was Batman Day and I didn’t watch any Batman!! Shame on me 🫣 I’m making up for it now by giving one of my new 4k discs a spin 😌 #filmsky #NW Batman Forever (1995) 🎬 Many people say Val Kilmer was the best Bruce Wayne. What say you? 🤔

unlabelledView post →Tonight’s drunken movie viewing is Batman Forever and, wait, what?! Nicole Kidman is in this???
unlabelledView post →"THE SUBSTANCE is a rather surface level critique of the patriarchy" Well first I don't really agree, but also like BATMAN FOREVER is a vague critique of the prison industrial complex, something being IN a movie doesn't mean that's the thing the movie is about
unlabelledView post →I heard "Kiss from a Rose" from BATMAN FOREVER on the oldies station earlier and realized that it is 30 years old. That means the movie and the song are older now than the 1966 Adam West TV show was when BATMAN FOREVER came out in 1995.
unlabelledView post →I understand now why I watched Batman Forever so much as a kid..
unlabelledView post →I did cry real tears today when I found out Val Kilmer passed away. The Salton Sea is my favorite film ever. Go watch it. Also, Batman Forever was sexy as hell, fuck the haters.

unlabelledView post →Batman Forever (1995) I'm eighteen minutes in and this movie is honestly not bad so far. I like how unrelentingly comic booky it is. Leave it to a gay man to understand how to make a nice, campy film.
unlabelledView post →Batman Forever... Nothing to see here just Val as Bruce and the giant ass Animatronic bat they cut out of the film.
unlabelledView post →Batman Forever (Film: 1995 / DVD: 1997)
unlabelledView post →Kinda wild how Kiss From A Rose wasn't written for the Batman Forever soundtrack, and that scene in the movie where Batman's eyes grow super large cause of the snow was a coincidence.

unlabelledView post →Watched Batman Forever last night for the first time since it came out, and it's still too long and boring for unreasonable stretches, and Jones and Carrey are hitting the wrong notes nonstop 90% of the time, but it really is the most traditionally comic booky Batman film, you gotta give it to 'em.
