negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The amount of love I have for Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy is almost hard to express but it was a right game for the right time and now its an all time favourite! I love Ryza SO much. I'm sure I'll talk more about it someday.

But since I really don't wanna burn myself out before the new game comes, Ryza 3 has to wait a bit longer.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →why did it take me this long to start Atelier Ryza 2. I'm having fun such a nice chill game ^^
unlabelledView post →Game 27 of 2026 completed with Atelier Ryza 2 Fantastic sequel and loved the 2 new characters Clifford and Serri ^^ My main team at the end was Ryza,Serri,Lent with Klaudia in reserve Though why did it take me this long to play and complete the sequel who knows

Unless you want to listen to FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII FIIII and develop a raging headache, I'd skip it. Very sad.

unlabelledView post →Review coming straight off from Ryza 1 DX after 100% and I highly suggest playing the 1st Ryza game even for just the story as it added immensely to my enjoyment of Ryza 2's story seeing how the crew is doing, what they've been up to and the growth/changes they underwent 3 years later. They've made so much improvements from the 1st that I felt that the $40 standalone/undiscounted asking price is warranted. (Just buy the bundle or wait for a sale on the bundle) Pros: - This game feels like it…

unlabelledView post →Finally beat that infernal post game DLC Secret Solitary Island from Atelier Ryza 1. Still think this DLC is unnecessarily super hard. 😑 Next is the super hard post game DLC for Atelier Ryza 2!
unlabelledView post →I decided on a game to play Atelier Ryza 2 I played the first one back 6 years ago and watched the anime. The fact that 2 has been sat in my backlog for a while needs to be changed
unlabelledView post →Random thing of the day: Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy - Keldorah Castle A dlc for Atelier Ryza 2 with a new map to explore to make an already awesome game even more fun!
unlabelledView post →Ryza 2 is a nice upgrade from the first. A stronger opening, with mostly better pacing, a much stronger battle system, flashier fights, and of course the cast growing in interesting ways. It starts with Ryza being called to the city of Ashra-am Baird to investigate a mysterious glowing stone (Aurelia) and its connection to ancient ruins. The best part is this takes place a few years after the first so everyone is older, and get to see where everyone is. Through this adventure, we also get…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →My Atelier Ryza 2 gameplay I'm so happy that I'm replaying the game again
unlabelledView post →i love the game, Koei but please dont be like SONY that you have to Re-Releasing a game franchise that not even 5 years old for some "Graphics Improvement" or something like that
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Playing the sequel felt like coming home. Everything I loved in the first game has been improved — bigger maps, a refined alchemy system, and new evolutions that open up fresh possibilities. The world feels alive with more NPCs, and combat is more engaging thanks to interactive mechanics like timed blocking. What touched me most was seeing old companions again, older now, with stories of what happened to them over time. The new characters blend in naturally, making the journey feel complete. I…

unlabelledView post →Hi, I’m Tytoki (once again) and I love rambling about competitive Pokémon, Sina from the hit Pokémon game X and Y, Halo, cooking, and the recent game that I played (recently played Atelier Ryza 2 so expect some art involving that series soon) Still got a bunch of art I need to repost
unlabelledView post →Honestly Im pretty mixed with this game. Im not a veteran atelier player but still I played sophie1,2 firis lydie ryza1,2 now and this game specifically is extremely cut scene heavy. Every time I try to focus on synthesis the game keeps pouring endless cutscenes which the majority isnt even relavent to the story either. I think this alone made me really feel fed up with the game. The game was fine, music is good but again, way too much cutscenes. And then I think this was…

unlabelledView post →Pro tip ( Atelier Ryza 2) If you have enough AP which you will have more later on in the game you can continue on the combo and when you switch out you can still continue the combo and you can switch your character out again when the meter feels back up for a grand total of three times
unlabelledView post →Back to Atelier Ryza 2. The item management is horrible, it's like Ryza 1 endgame by the middle of the game. Too much variety, every item is unique, in spite of the place in the inventory you have to get rid of stuff after every outing. I'm not sure I have it in me to complete the game. #blutoid

unlabelledView post →Bottom Line Up Front: More Ryza, more crafting recipes, better combat, better story, roughly same 100% completion length. Zero performance issues, primarily played on Steam Deck. Personal Thoughts: I have beaten the second one now with 100% achievements completed. I think objectively Ryza 2 is the better game but I personally enjoyed the first one a lot more as a first-time experience. If you don't care about story or character building I'd highly suggest this one as a starting point over…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & The secret Fairy (2020) for the Nintendo Switch. Second part of the "Secrets" trilogy and also the second Atelier game I've spent an ungodly amount of hours in.
unlabelledView post →SHOULD I have started a new game when I'm already playing 2? Nope Did I because I wanted comfort and comfort is a turn based RPG? Absolutely Finally started Atelier Ryza 2 ❤️
unlabelledView post →Has better performance on the SteamDeck than the original on Medium settings. Perfect for ppl who don't own the original or just want a better version of the Original.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Today I will be streaming first #AtelierRyza 2 and then #HelloKitty Island Adventure. Both are sponsored with the game keys. And yes, I do fund my gaming through my stream. Otherwise being disabled I wouldn't afford all the games I want to play. I'm grateful I got this far 🌸Link in comments

Wanted to save Serris event for the Platinum-Shot but my dumbass walked into her last event by accident, so let's pretend this is the actual screenshot. The game was super fun! I'm so excited for Yumia coming out in March!! 🥰
unlabelledView post →Oh by the way, I finished Atelier Ryza 2 A really good game, better than the first overall but the story lacked of pay-off :( I had a lot of fun tho

unlabelledView post →#FigureFriday is confirming my next game after Dragon Quest XI. And it's going to be Atelier Ryza 2, with the Ryza 2 figure I snagged with all its thicc glory. Though the one place that isn't thicc is her thumb holding the staff, apparently. That's now just gone. These were taken before.
unlabelledView post →Ryza 2 was my favorite of the original Secret trilogy...and I'm glad to see that on replay with the DX version...that isn't likely to change. Everything from the original game has been enhanced...combat has been overhauled and is actually fun, synthesis is simple on the surface but rewarding to those who take the time to invest in it, and the character stories are top notch. There were a few new QoL additions to the DX release as well, such as a viewable basket counter while in the field so you…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →best one in the Ryza DX series for me. best fan service moments best game length way better cc recovery for item usage, making them actually usable in combat Just a solid and fun experience.

unlabelledView post →35) Atelier Ryza 2: Lost Legends & the Secret Fairy What an improvement over the first game in basically any aspect, they've iterated upon or overhauled all the mechanics from Ryza 1 plus added so much new stuff and increased the scope, basically a perfect sequel 5/6
unlabelledView post →Atelier Ryza 2: 8.5/10 It's a very good game, with a good combat and the synthetis synthesis system works very well. I liked it but i think it draggs a bit too much in some points and it also gets a bit repetitive around the time of the last ruin, but it's still very solid

unlabelledView post →tl;dr score: 9/10 for the most part, 7/10 for some parts, but overall an 8.5/10. Very highly recommend. Ryza 2 was such a massive improvement over the first game, and this carries over into the DX version. The combat, in particular, is so much smoother with the way that you can chain your abilities, and chain those to meter dump. Making your skills build up your Tactics Lvl instead of sharing a resource with it (and thus feeling like you "can't") along with consistent pacing on when…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →8. Atelier Ryza 2 DX Technically I started this game last year, but only just got around to finishing it. The original (2) was my favorite of the Ryza trilogy, and this still hold true of the DX release. Still not sure it needed to exist but…still a great time overall.

unlabelledView post →White Dew, Windswept Grass - Atelier Ryza 2 Hearing this for the first time in-game was quite a treat, especially knowing that it quotes battle themes from the first Atelier Ryza www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZkd...
unlabelledView post →9- Atelier Ryza 2 I felt this game less memorable than the previous one, and the new mechanics were interesting at first but ended up feeling a bit repetitive at the end. Despite that, it still was a fine game to play in a relax way and a great Japanese practice so it met it's purpose-

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Still cute wholesome characters. Still the best alchemy system in gaming. I kinda like the first game a little more, but this one is also good. Especially for those who enjoy collecting (though I prefer collecting creatures in JRPGs).

unlabelledView post →Atelier Ryza 2. It is my favorite JRPG of all time. I've enjoyed playing through the game with the Research mechanic where you get the Memory Fragments and solve the lore behind the past. The Combat in Ryza 2 is fine tuned.
unlabelledView post →[2020-5-13 — Atelier Ryza 2] I finally beat it. AND THE ENDING IS SAD. I ALMOST CRIED!! Heck all the lore throughout the game is melancholy but Ryza’s pep and crafting really offset it! This game is honestly Kirby levels of “cute with fucked up revelations” 10/10
