Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg
Developer KOEI TECMO GAMES CO., LTD.
It's not about saving the world. In this "leisure adventure RPG," failing student Marie pursues alchemy, adventures, and quests while aiming to graduate in five years. "Atelier Marie," the origin of the Atelier series, has been remade with new elements! From the Steam store page

Or do I start another trilogy? Would either be the Mysterious or Iris trilogy Featured: - Atelier Elie - Atelier Sophie - Atelier Iris
unlabelledView post →My Atelier Marie Remake update! Finished my first playthrough and crafted the Philosopher’s Stone right at the end. Starting a second playthrough to see more character events and a different ending. Love Marie’s new outfit! It’s such a nice simple and pretty cozy crafting game 🎮
unlabelledView post →Time for a playthrough of the first Atelier game! 🎮 Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg
unlabelledView post →Finished my second playthrough of Atelier Marie Remake and got the ending with Schea this time 🩵 Such a short, simple, fun and cozy first game. I’m deciding between Atelier Elie (still hoping it gets a remake too) and Atelier Rorona DX as my next Atelier game I’ll be playing next month 🤔
unlabelledView post →Atelier Marie Remake: Marie is an oasis in a desert of 300+ hour open world RPGs. A remake of the first Atelier originally on psx, the gameplay is simple and completion time short. It’s like a mission statement for the entire series, proudly declaring its existential opposition to the epic…
unlabelledView post →Platinum #41 and RPG Quest #4 goes to Atelier Marie Remake! This game has an incredible soundtrack, cute art, and is so very relaxing to play. About the only issue I had with it is, to get all the endings and 100% everything, the game is incredibly grindy and it's a little obnoxious. Overall 8/10!
unlabelledView post →I have another example, more interesting. In Atelier Marie Remake, you can play the original game translated in English, and the "Chair" easter egg is present. In the original game, the easter egg is triggered when talking to a chair. In the remake, it is triggered when talking to a sofa.
unlabelledView post →The collection grows! I love the Atelier series and getting a physical copy of Atelier Marie Remake is just another piece of the sprawling RPG puzzle that the series is. Excited to play it and hoping to see more entries like this for the series in the future!
unlabelledView post →Atelier Marie Remake Highly Recommend Atelier in a simple, fun and cozy format. The game is short with a lot of charm. Love getting to know the party members. Have to do multiple playthroughs to unlock and see all the events. Very relaxing with an easy time limit. Sometimes too easy.
unlabelledView post →If you bought the deluxe edition of Atelier Marie Remake they actually included a (brand new!) localized version of the original game that you could play if you wanted. More games should do this imo
unlabelledView post →Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg Only complaint I have with this game would be how simple the alchemy and gameplay is, but that's not to say that that is a bad thing. In fact it was what I wanted from an Atelier game, pure comfort.
unlabelledView post →#AmyAtelierMarie STARTED AN ATELIER GAME~ I DID BUY ATELIER MARIE REMAKE A FEW WEEKS/MONTHS AGO AND HADN'T STARTED IT YET~ and Marlone is great- time to have her graduate or fail school now~ (ALSO THE DOODLES I ALREADY LIKE HER A LOT)
unlabelledView post →Koei Game On Sale worth grabbing Atelier Marie: Remake Going for $22.49 Why I recommend it: A fun entry level Atelier Game that is fun to play. Even has a mode that elminates the time crunch Affiliate Link: www.fanatical.com/en/game/atel... Gameplay Vod: www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3sl...
unlabelledView post →✨ Atelier Marie Remake Marie remake is a short, charming and faithful experience to where it all started. While I had my issues with the game, I'm happy to have played it and might even revisit it in the future. Lazy Marlone is such a mood and I'm glad Schea is getting her justice in Resleriana ✊

unlabelledView post →21. Atelier Marie Remake ~ The Alchemist of Salburg ~ (PC) got the Legendary Pair ending (Marie and Schea both lv50) GOSH THIS GAME- I LOVE IT A LOT~ (supposed to give a small review for the games in this thread but- going to be tough) (this game has some up and downs but- like it a lot ^^)
unlabelledView post →I have reviewed Koei Tecmo's latest Atelier - the Atelier Marie Remake! As everyone knows, Atelier is my favourite JRPG series of all, so what did I think of this game...? https://www.digitallydownloaded.net/2023/07/review-atelier-marie-remake-the-alchemist-of-salburg-nintendo-switch.html
unlabelledView post →Atelier Marie Remake has maybe the best digital deluxe bonus bc it just gives you the game it's based on but with an HD UI
unlabelledView post →2. Game finished: Atelier Marie Remake played for 25 hours 🧡 I had so much fun playing this one. It reminded me of Nelke with its managing aspects. I've finished my objectives with my second playthrough for now but will play it some more after some time to see more story bits for other characters.
unlabelledView post →✨ Atelier Marie Plus Having the Plus version bundled together with the digital deluxe of Atelier Marie Remake is something more remakes should do. For the game itself, it's a simple and charming experience. My only gripe with this particular version is how difficult the minigames are 😅
unlabelledView post →A short game I would recommend is Evan's Remains. A puzzle/platformer game with lots of texts most of the time, I think the story is interesting. Maybe, Atelier Marie Remake, just for something in the JRPG area, in case you haven't played.
unlabelledView post →37. Atelier Marie Plus (Atelier Marie Remake ver) I already really liked the premise of the game (you are a failed alchemist trying to make a name for yourself in a typical RPG setting and you need to present something in the span of five years), but I didn’t expect it to feel so open.
unlabelledView post →Atelier Anna is starting a new game -- Atelier Marie Remake! I played a bit of Plus so I'm really looking forward to finding out what changed! Find out with me at https://www.twitch.tv/atelier_anna/
unlabelledView post →Atelier Marie Remake I by far prefer the original game and its simplicity, but I do really like the QoL additions, improved-and-actually-fun mini games (thank god), and extra character cutscenes~ Another fun little romp.
unlabelledView post →very funny to watch my boyfriend play Atelier Marie Remake, marketed as a "carefree and cozy RPG adventure". play as a failing college student, have to buy textbooks (sold separately), part-time jobs pay like shit, and he gets randomly held up by bandits when he goes out great game
unlabelledView post →I bought the Atelier Marie Remake in Japanese, and it's been really hard to play it without a guide. Japanese is difficult, but somehow I still want to enjoy the game.
unlabelledView post →Ah, nice. The Atelier Marie Remake has a mode where the game can extend past five years without any sort of time limit. That's good. I can play a nice, comfy unlimited mode run to learn the ropes and then play Normal Mode when I know what I'm doing.
unlabelledView post →I finished Atelier Marie Remake earlier in the year and the vibe of this game is immaculate, it is so chill but analytical. The games' mechanics and how it affected my playstyle was weird but the way everything just 'worked' made me feel a sense of childish joy. It's definitely a highlight for me.
unlabelledView post →Playing Atelier Marie Remake and I'm pretty sure I've fucked up lol. In my third year and I've permanently missed a party member due to RNG and STILL don't have access to the castle. I suppose it's not a game where every run is different and you can't do everything... 😔
unlabelledView post →As for the 1st games, here's a list of good ones (sorry for the very long explanations once again) Atelier Marie Remake: Remake of the 1st ever game from the series Rorona: 1st arland game Ayesha: 1st Dusk game Sophie: 1st mysterious game Ryza 1: yeah Hope that was plenty helpful but not yoo much
unlabelledView post →Completed Atelier Marie Remake. Smol and fun game.
unlabelledView post →I finished Trepang2, good game, I enjoyed it. Now I have started the Atelier Marie Remake
unlabelledView post →- Pillars of Eternity - Rise of Piracy (pirate rts game) - Airships: Conquer the Skies - Final Fantasy XIV - Winter Burrow - Palia (mmorpg i know nothing about) - Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salsburg
unlabelledView post →also- it might be a loophole- but- Atelier Marie Plus~ TECHNICALLY IT'S A DIFFERENT GAME FROM "Atelier Marie Remake" ISN'T IT~ (I have little clue about the differences between Plus and Remake but- um- it's probably a lot considering the time between the releases~)
unlabelledView post →Was fun finishing the game, thanks to my friends who hung out with me and teased the game with me 💕 Lmao though finding out that Atelier Marie ReMake JP release is NOT multilingual, I feel scammed, time to resell my JP Switch copy rip me
unlabelledView post →22. Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg With that I've finished my first Atelier game. The art style was very cute. Gameplay got a bit boring overtime, but fortunately it was possible to skip time. Characters and story were okay. Overall it was a very cozy experience
unlabelledView post →I got the Canon ending in #AtelierMarieRemake It's a very cute game, and I didn't do bad without a guide. There's so many things we can miss out on though. Like, just by leveling up to 50, I missed the Teacher ending, and I did everything else. Also, we need to be very good at managing time, which I'm not. I spent almost half a year crafting an Elixir because anything you do is days passing like seconds. It was my first Atelier game. I have Sophie 2 and Ryza 3 to play. #koeitecmo #videogames

unlabelledView post →So I'm really looking forward to trying out the Atelier Marie Remake. The original game was a 1997 Japan-exclusive for the PS1, and not even one of the fancy-pants 3D games, but a 2D sprite-based RPG.

unlabelledView post →Ended up getting Atelier Marie Remake and oh my god this is the cozy game I think I’ve needed for a while now
unlabelledView post →If I wanna jump into the Atelier games, do I just jump in with Ryza or would the Marie remake be good too?? I already have the first Atelier Ryza game on Switch, but seeing Atelier Marie Remake on sale is tempting!!
unlabelledView post →I didn't expect Atelier Marie Remake to beat out Ryza 3 for me, but here we are. Smoothing out the comparatively more basic original really made the game feel super focused and bite size (and a joy to replay), and the diorama-like-style suits Atelier's charm to a T. I need more!
unlabelledView post →The Atelier Marie Remake game's Switch version debuted at #2, the PS5 version debuted at #9, and the PS4 version debuted at #18.
unlabelledView post →Finally I can start #ateliermarieremake - picking unlimited mode, because I get stressed out about time limits. I can play that version in the future if I want. :) #atelierseries #jrpg
unlabelledView post →Atelier Marie Remake is a re-imagining of the first game in the Atelier series. It keeps faithful to the original while updating to fit modern conventions! With some tweaks, it runs well on the Steam Deck. https://steamdeckhq.com/game-reviews/atelier-marie-remake/
