It's a shame, because it's been a long time coming. It's Early Access, sure, and the price is fair for that reason, but House Flipper it ain't... nowhere near. If you're expecting something along those lines you may be disappointed. There are little glitches but no crashes (on my system) so the game itself seems…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pure disappointment. It's a shame how it moved from a grand and inspired concept of "Stadium Renovator", with big stadiums and managing those to 4 uninspired arenas (Table Tennis Hall, Small Tennis Hall, Small Basketball Hall, Football Field). At least it's - compared to other renovation games - a lower price. But it would have been more satisfying to just play another round of House Flipper or Power Wash Simulator. I know it's early access, but I don't have much hope for this one and won't be…

This simulator game offers an experience that will satisfy any sports enthusiast's craving for creativity and excitement. Gameplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQFMQEKPEu4 One of the game's most impressive features is its attention to detail. From choosing the perfect color scheme to picking out the ideal flooring and seating…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Edit: I'm back a year later. Still full of bugs. Such a shame. Original review below. I've looked forward to this game for a long time now, finally the delays are over. They've now brought it out as early access, but they should have waited longer. It's got some very obvious bugs and balancing issues that need to be ironed out before it's in a decent state to play. The game itself is good, nothing we haven't seen before in house flipper. Start small, build up, get money, buy your own place,…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →In the current version, the mud stains on the floor are completely invisible, making cleaning extremely difficult. The scanner only shows an icon for the pressure washer, but without visible stains, it’s nearly impossible to clean properly. In the beta version, everything was working as it should—why was this changed? I even asked about this issue in the developer's Discord, but no one responded. The game seems abandoned, with no support or updates. Really disappointing.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Disappointing. Riddled with bugs and glitches. Maybe try again in a year but right now it's not worth the money.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Honestly, I am on the fence with this game. It's ok. I enjoyed playing it, but I wish there was more. There was nothing that blew away with this game, The places that you renovate are small, I would love there to be an actual arena. Hopefully, there is more to come, since it is still in early access.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Arena Renovation joins the crowd under the PlayWay umbrella, and sticks closely to the program, which goes a bit like this: REM Cleaning game program 10 Sledgehammer large things into dust. 20 Pick up trash, place in dumpster. 30 Trowel gunk on walls. 40 Paint the walls/ceiling. 50 Lay the flooring. 60 Decorate with objects. 70 Proceed to next area. 80 GOTO 10 But, yeah, um. That's the job, and if you like this kind of game, you probably have a dozen or more just like it. Arena Mechanic…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Arena Renovation is a cool building simulator, but I have a big problem with the shop. You can buy almost nothing at the beginning and have to unlock everything. It's like a mobile app with diamonds. Do things, earn stars and then you can have an item. I don't like it. I want to have more than one option and the stars only for really special furniture or with every level new stuff. Everything else is good. No big bugs and I like the maps.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As i played the demo the first time i wasnt sure bacause the mechanics very pretty annoying. Then i played the new demo (or it was the prologue not sure) and was optimistic about the main game. The main game was pretty cool but it went stale pretty fast because it was mostly the same without any story or something that gave you the feeling of achieving something. Its not bad itself but it was annoying after a while, especially the laying of the green and the bug in the last arena. I can sadly…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I was having a lot of fun with this game. Then I encountered a bug that makes me want to stop playing entirely. I almost had the third level completed, but when the fourth unlocked, it automatically sent me there without giving me a chance to finish the third. So I went back to finish it, and my progress had completely reset, so that was nearly 3 hours wasted. Not doing it again. Probably won't even play again at all, because I can't progress any further without committing another 3 and a half…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game has been on my wishlist for years so I was excited to get the email saying it was available. Since I've played so much House Flipper I found the controls a little clunky at first because I was automatically going to HF controls but once I got used to it I found myself not getting as frustrated with it. (Except when I had to keep switching to hand mode just to move scaffolding!) As it's early access there are still some glitches (I think someone else mentioned about lag spikes…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Invisible items made cleaning a little challenging and you can only see them if you press B. I stopped playing when invisible items were floating in the middle of a stadium
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Overview: This game offers a few hours of entertainment if you can grab it on a sale, but it suffers from unfinished features, bugs, and a lack of developer support. While the gameplay concept might hook you initially, its technical shortcomings and abandonment by the devs make it hard to recommend wholeheartedly. Strengths: - Casual Fun: If you're looking for a game to kill a few hours, it delivers on light entertainment. - Accessible Gameplay: The core mechanics are easy to…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I hope you can fix the bugs. I put the flag on its place but it says there is no space. I wish the developers would be active on Discord so they can fix each bug and exchange with the players
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unfortunately, as the game is now I can NOT recommend it. There are far too many bugs at the moment 1. in order to even GET INTO THE GAME I had to mess with the settings as the game defaults to 166hz 2. even then the game would cause my display to glitch unless I ran in a window (which seems to mess with the FOV) 3. in the stadium job it looks like there's a weird memory leak or something as the game would lag whenever I sprayed a particular part of the wal 4. the old cracks in the wall…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The worst "house flipper" I have played so far (october 2023). Full of bugs, clunky controls, cheap google translate languages and overall just a lack content.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game if you like house flipper and that sort of game definitely give it a shot.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really enjoying the game love the different concept of renovating arenas and you can buy and sell your own as well. Few bugs with loading and also lag spike during saves. Can be a bit fiddly at times especially when doing roof work but still a fun game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Well premise is good, but too bugged
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So many game-breaking bugs and performance issues. Even on a 4090 this is an issue... invisible items and dirt, even when visible certain graffiti can be removed, some invisible items stuck underground... Tedious tasks don't get easier, leveling system is nice, but offers limited amount of upgrades.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Don’t get this game it won’t load the game only half way then frozen! The game kick you off game don’t waste your time or wallet money on this game ! I don’t know why it doesn’t work for me but I was not expecting it not working or to frozen loading screen 😓😡
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The first couple of stadiums it's okay. It however becomes very dull very fast. Honestly go play any other renovation game. I will grind the game to get it to 100% but not looking forward to this at all. Edit: since 1.0 the loading times are horrific.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Premise is good, but the game is too buggy to be reliable. A lot of the time, you are having to spend so much funds just to get an area up to 100% furnished that it's frustrating. Lots of items go invisible if you have been playing for awhile or walk away too long from an area. The only way to find them is to hit the hint button or reload your save. Controls are awkward at best and there is no way to rebind the keys. Lord help you if you haven't played in awhile and then you are just smashing…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Something awfully satisfying about cleaning things up and making them new again.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →would be really fun if there weren't SO many bugs! I enjoyed it for 9 hours and then the bugs hit which have made it unplayable.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is fun, pretty short play time at the moment, I have 11 hours in and have completed all of the arenas, I wish they had a better way of snapping items in place would be nice to put lockers in without the gab or trying to space them perfectly, otherwise a fun game to kill time in.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →When I started this I was like "Great another cheap reno game/power wash sim copy" and I was so glad to be wrong. Pros: - A lot of different ways to renovate - Quite customizable - the perfect game to turn on music too and vibe. Cons: - It could use some optimization - the tutorials are kinda meh paced - it's probably not at the top of the list for folks who like a real in-depth remodel game. I loved it and found it well worth it's purchase price. I give it 4/5 wall patches.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I had plenty of fun playing Arena Renovation - First Job, so I grabbed this title as soon as it had entered early access state. After playing a while I have zero regrets of buying it, especially considering its price. I like the high variety of objectives that you can do in this game, but the thing I enjoy the most is furnishing the place to my liking. The graphics are very good and at the same time well optimized. It won’t make your PC gasping for air. If you enjoy all sort of chill…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It would be good to fix the bugs in this game, Especially at the skate park, The third skateboard that you need to collect is missing and one dirty spot to use the water washer is also missing. The marker shows when you press B but nothing happens when washing which now prevents you from progressing forward into the game. Personally I wouldn't purchase this game until they have fixed these issues, Especially when they released this game two years ago and there are still visible issues.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I bought this when it first release in early access, i was looking forward to its potential as i love renovating games, but even now after all these years, it is still buggy as hell, objects not appearing on the map even though when pressing B it says there is stuff there to cut or pick up etc. I would not Recommend until all bugs and issues are fixed properly, it is not like PlayWay S.A. to produce a bug breaking game like this in their name, all other games they have are amazing.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →After several hours playing this game I have to say I can't recommend it as it is reasons are as follows first after you have been in a level for a while the objects which your supposed to demolish just vanish only way to see what you need to hit with the hammer is press the B key and reveal everything or just get out and restart the game. The second is when you have to remove objects and paint the ceiling depending on how big the room is it can be so irritating to move the scaffolding all…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →only lets you get so far until it constantly crashes.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Short, buggy, not good.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →UPDATE: Initial bugs seemed to have been fixed so changing my review to Recommend. If you enjoy the slow pay, low key repair and you'll enjoy the game. Echoing the other reviews, very buggy as it stands. Repair the walls, then paint them and the damage appears again. Might change the review in the future but as of now the game is in need of a major hotfix.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I recommend this game. But for those who want to use the ROMANIAN language should think twice before buying it. One big problem is with the Romanian language because it is missing letters that have diacritics such as: ă, â, î, ș, ț So for developers please fix this problem or I will ask for a refund.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →honestly i can not play will let me start a new game and then freeze while loading a new game. tried several times and it does it all the time

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its a decent game, wouldnt recommend it right now in this state, u cant even normally exit the game, if you later on want to sell buildings, repurposing the rooms is bugged, only 4 arena's to do mission wise. 5/10
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its okay but bugs make it bad
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Arena Renovation is a refreshing take on the renovation simulator genre, shifting the focus away from homes and commercial buildings to the world of abandoned sports facilities. Developed by Nesalis Games and published by PlayWay S.A., the game casts players as a restoration specialist determined to revive neglected athletic venues that have been forgotten after years of wear, vandalism, and disrepair. From small neighborhood gyms to expansive stadiums, every location presents a new opportunity…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It been a year since I played it. It is still bugged. When u going fix it? update or fix bugs?
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It has some satisfying moments by renovating big sports areas, but it has some bigger bugs, which can be very frustraiting. The bugs were also adressed for a long time but it seems the game is not longer worked on, so no fixes.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →good game 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Terrible game design. Cant find necessary items to move on with levels, including a nonexistant flashlight that leaves you attempting to do a level in the dark.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Interesting idea of the game, but poor execution to say the least. This game is buggy, had cases where I couldn't finish arena because parts of somethign fell undergound and I couldn't collect them. I had case where I picked up placed item and ig bugged so no matter how much space there was, game would say not enoguh space, I couldn't cancel it, because I was carrying item, I couldn't access menu, change tool or do anything other than use Task Manager to kill game. Also whole B key that is…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game needs a complete overhaul. While the premise of cleaning and restoring is fun and satisfying, it gets boring and stale very fast. Not to mention its full of bugs. From not having space to place items even though there is plenty, to tools suddenly not working, or even the biggest problem i found which is everything disappering. I highly recommend you not get this game until they fix these issues. Otherwise you will be very dissapointed
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So, I played it, then stopped playing and when I returned I had to start all over. Thought it wasn't a big deal, just do it again but in my forced replay several bugs happened. The last update is from 2024 and I doubt there are any changes coming. When I put down flooring or wallpainting it glitches over to the next room. It's annoying and it's impossible to clear it up because it happens all over again. Until there are any updates coming it won't make sense to try it again.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun game with some strange bugs. Nothing that breaks the game but there are invisible quests you can find with the hint key. Other than that, fun renovation game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →less than half of what was promised a few years ago. not really worth it unless you're willing to lower your expectations. maybe on sale it's OK? overall NOT worth $20 by any means. just feels slow, janky, and boring.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you like rage quitting because of bugs this is for you, if not move on
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Items you need to pickup will be randomly invisible. Having to pickup invisible objects really ruins the game
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is so full of bugs. It could be entertaining if this gets fix. Wait 3 to 6 months to buy. Hopefully there graphic bugs will be gone.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is fun, but full of bugs. Can't see the trash or objects to be destroyed. Constantly have to hit the "B" key to see where everything is. Also, the game won't let me exit, unless I go ctrl-alt-del. WTF!?!?!?
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The "decoration" feature just ruins it. Most of the stuff is so low quality, and therefore low impact on the progressbar, instead of decorating, you just end up spamming the room with stuff, so you can move on.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If I could give a mixed review instead of a good or bad I would. This game is fun at the beginning and just gets boring with time. The currency you receive is too little to actually feel rewarding. Alongside that the game has a bunch of annoying glitches such as: - objects being invisible - stains not being there when it clearly states there is a washable thing in a certain place - autosaving making the game just freeze even with a beefy computer With all of the above mentioned I believe this…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is exactly what it sounds like. It's about renovating different arenas, varying from small tennis courts to football fields. Pure gameplay and no real substance. Ok game if you don't have anything else to play.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Game doesn't load. Freezes on loading screen so I'm afraid I'll be asking for a refund and cannot recommend this game. Shame as it seems to have so much potential.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Really frustrating as I wanted to play this game! However every time I open it I can get to the main menu, but trying to start a new game crashes my entire steam deck. Having looked around, it seems this has been an issue for a while without any solutions. I can't recommend a game that doesn't work :(
