positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This commission was largely inspired by a little game I played when I was young called Alien Shooter 2, loved the game and it stuck with me ever since, finally, I decided to get some art loosely inspired by the game. Awesome stuff made by the talented @dazzleliz.bsky.social #art #furryart

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Mindless Alien Destruction Done Extremely Well Alien Shooter 2: Reloaded is one of those games where you instantly understand what you’re getting into the moment the first giant swarm of enemies rushes at you. There’s no complicated setup, no deep storytelling, and no slow pacing, it’s just nonstop action, absurd amounts of aliens, and enough bullets to destroy an entire planet. Honestly, that simplicity is exactly why I enjoyed it so much. The gameplay loop is incredibly…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Alien Shooter 2: Reloaded feels better than the first game right from the start. It adds some light RPG mechanics that make a big difference, you can choose between several characters and abilities, each with their own stats, and you can upgrade those stats as you level up. Some main missions have secondary tasks, which already makes the whole experience feel more fleshed out. The shop is also expanded: you can buy different weapons and equipment, and while there was a shop in the first game,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Where is Alien Shooter 3?! I'm waiting for more than decade! As far as I'm concerned, this is still the best top-down shooter. At least remaster?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →do not buy this game anymore, the game is borderline unlaunchable anymore, the only way to play this today is in a tiny window after digging around the files and manually disabling fullscreen, this game is the best game sigma team made and its sad to watch them ignore it's age, if you want to play the game go to moddb and download 75 mods just to play the game in fullscreen, besides all these issues its an amazing game for its age.

If the first Alien Shooter is a classic I clearly remember and feel nostalgic about, the second one somehow slipped past me back in the day. I probably played it briefly, forgot about it, and over time everything blurred together. Coming back now, it feels like rediscovering it properly for the first time. The game significantly improves graphics, adds a clear…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Much better balanced than the first one. With more weapons and armours, etc.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An old but gold game. Alien Shooter 2: Reloaded is a top down-shooter with the classic retro-style design and I may add there is some bullet hell aspects to it too, when you're facing certain enemies. The maps are very large, with a lot of interact-able objects and items; simply shoot and loot! There's the RPG aspect of being able to customize and add stat points to your character everytime you level up. My overall experience was very smooth, with no glitches nor bugs. Enemies are fairly…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →simple, fun and it doesn't pretend to be anything else other than what it is. destroying things that mean you harm. perfect for unwinding after working a crap job. i'm having tons of fun with this game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →- NO SAVING POSSIBLE - As of today I cannot find a way to save the game progress on Windows 10. Every time I close the game everything gets set back. Looking in the internet I don't seem to be the only one. So be aware of that. Otherwise a great game.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Alien Shooter 2: Reloaded improves on the first game in almost every way. The alien hordes are bigger, the weapons feel even more satisfying, and the added RPG mechanics are a bonus. Great game. The only negative is no support for modern machines.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game was legendary back in the day.. I passed it probably 20 times.. ( Used to be called Alien Shooter : Vengenace , and was one of my favorite games ) Running it in 2025 on RTX 4070 2560x1440 makes me want to cry.. No steam achievements also.. PLEASE introduce high res mod or something and add steam achievements.. This diamond doesnt belong to the mud! Shame on you developer.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I can only wish they continue off the series with the same proper story-telling, music, and voice acting that Alien Shooter 2: Reloaded provided. I looked up online and saw that the team behind the franchise actually was not doing so well financially, as their game was wildly pirated. Its a shame, but I can now see why later installments are as they are, having little to no funding behind them. This might be the Sigma Team magnum opus besides the first Alien Shooter and maybe Zombie Shooter. I…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I finished the first one and got this one when it was on sale. This game is a sequel to the first game but has many improvements over the first game. The story I guess is that there are aliens and you have to take them out again like the first one. In this one, you can get different weapons for each class you use instead of just one weapon in the game. You get pistols, shotguns, rifles, explosives, laser weapons, and other arsenal weapons compared to the first game. You can level up to use…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Does anybody remember the obscure little 2006 game Alien Shooter 2 (apparently also known as Alien Shooter: Vengeance in some regions)? I was obsessed with it as a kid, first game I've ever made mods for.
unlabelledView post →20/ Alien Shooter 2 (any Shooter, really) If you heard of these games I’ll give you a kiss on the lips. A lovely bit of eurojank with iffy voice acting, repetitive gameplay, lots of reused assets between games, but oh boy do I love a game that gives you a huge gun and 10 billion things to shoot
unlabelledView post →Alien Shooter 2: Reloaded is an isometric shooter and basically a bigger, better version of the original. You fight through much larger levels that are absolutely crawling with enemies. The idea is still the same though. Complete your missions and try not to die. This game has so many weapons. You begin with just a simple gun, but soon you're finding all kinds of advanced stuff and explosives. You can even jump into vehicles when you need some serious firepower. The RPG elements work well too.…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →An adrenaline-pumping shooter with great graphics, challenging enemies, and addictive gameplay that offers intense action and hours of entertainment.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i played the ♥♥♥♥ out of this when i was a kid playing on a potato pc, the nostalgia hits hard men. 1000% recommend it
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is undoubtebly Sigma's magnum opus. It is a good game with a nice story and great aesthetic for the time. Sadly they haven't really managed to get over it. All the new releases are either some alien shooter spin-off or some remastered version of an old game. Wish they would try experimenting again.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →zeroed in on that second one like a hawk and i know for sure that has to Alien Shooter 2: Reloaded. that game whips ass.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I genuinely don't understand how people give this a positive review when the original game has far better features and is an actual remaster, where this is the original game packaged in a way to be played on modern systems. This doesn't even go beyond 1024x768 which is what my broke ass was never lucky enough to use back in the day, I had to run 800x600 for most games I played to make sure I was getting perfect framerates. And this was the resolution I was running up until World of Warcraft…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →>Very fun and simple gameplay >Great soundtracks >Campy voice acting It's a classic for a reason.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Alien Shooter 2 - Reloaded for only €1.24, I haven't had this much fun in a game for a long time, a real slaughter. You rarely play something like this, even if the graphics are a little older you should buy it and test it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →can't find any female alien, also no fish.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So much bullets and gore
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Alien Shooter 2: Reloaded is a unique blend of arcade action and RPG elements. Set in a world overrun by marauding aliens, it offers larger, more in-depth gameplay than its predecessor. With a dozen hours of solid alien-blasting fun for just one bucks, it’s a great deal!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The technical state is terrible. It seems this game would be better off on GOG. It crashes immediately after the intro sequence upon launch - though this can be fixed by setting compatibility mode to Windows XP Service Pack 3 - but then there is no sound. And at that point, I just couldn't be bothered to troubleshoot it any further.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Alien Shooter 2: Reloaded feels more like a downgrade than an upgrade to the original. The RPG system has been simplified, the character customization is worse, and the added missions feel poorly designed and disconnected from the rest of the game. The enemy AI and pathfinding can be terrible, with enemies getting stuck on obstacles, while the combat becomes repetitive very quickly. There are also crashes and compatibility problems on modern PCs, with some players unable to get the game running…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is supposed to be a remake/remaster of the original "Alien Shooter Vengeance" game. I recently committed to doing a full playthrough of this game and I have to say, As much as i love the banger of a soundtrack this game has and how much i like the more Streamlined Mechanics of the Stats System, I don't like the changes to the enemy composition in the levels as it feels like it pulled a "Doom 2" with the "Master Levels" in which they took each stage and just pumped in more High Level…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Alien shooter 2 reloaded is one of my favourite game top-down shooters since alien shooter 1 cuz there a story now and voice acting for characters which blew my mind when i first heard the dialouge had fun blasting every maniac that was coming to me alot huge upgrade from ch 1 thx sigma team this was worth the purchase.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It was as fun as i remembered it to be. This game really holds the test of time, Definitely worth the price.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I remember playing this a lot in middle school. Even more than a decade later I can still remember some of the cheat codes. Good times. It's nostalgic playing this and the original again. They are still peak top down shooter. Sadly, it is not well balanced at all for higher difficulties, especially impossible mode. You have to basically play hitless and exploit the enemies' pathfinding if you want to survive. Not to mention, the brutal resource management while facing these enemies. They are…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great fun game from 2006. The pixel art is wonderful. Only thing that would make this game better is coop.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So the gameplay are better than the first game and beside there is different ending for this game and yeah i just ask gpt for the best one so i did i choose the right one but i feel sad even the world are saved

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you love isometric top down shooters, then this game is for you
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is really cool, fun, and one of the greatest games ever. When I was a child, I couldn't pass all the levels. However, now at 23, I have bought the game, played it, and finally closed this chapter of my life. It was a truly enjoyable experience. Everyone should try playing it at least once in their life. Main points: 1. It has great soundtracks. 2. It features 17 missions, a survival mode, and secret places to discover during missions. 3. It offers two different endings. Would I…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I genuinely don't remember ever buying this game, but I wish I didn't. Gameplay is super repetitive and boring and this game runs like absolute sh1t on modern hardware. You also can't increase resolution past 1024 x 768, which is ridiculous. Kept getting aggressive frame drops on both the resolutions this game supports, so I gave up trying to play. It doesn't look like I missed out on anything spectacular. The only good thing about this game is the music. Some neckbeard redditor will give this…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is the best of the series to me. Has a decent plot. Even with the dated graphics it's still good.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is PERFECT! I had a lot of fun playing it, but a game without achievements feels like I'm playing a pirated version. I hope they will add them eventually, it’s definitely on their to-do list, so we’ll see...
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →10/09/2024 (original review) It is a shame they cut most content such as music, multiplayer mode, and other things from Alien Shooter: Vengeance. Sigma Team, if you see this review, re-release Alien Shooter: Vengeance 100% like it once was WITHOUT ANY changes, and my life is yours. 21/09/2024 EDIT: I'm actually kinda glad that this version exists, because the weapon perks in Vengeance and limited storage is annoying as hell. Also it's quite interesting how some of the player character's…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I received this game as a gift from a friend who knew I loved it. Thanks to him I am able to relive my childhood. I played Alien Shooter 2: Reloaded as a kid and I remember having a great time. The campaign is excellent. The weapons are so much fun to use and are all very unique. The level/mission design is top notch and varied. Each level is paced well. I love the art style too. The first Alien Shooter had a little cartoony style whereas this game is a little more sci-fi and feels more…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Got this game from a friend because they knew I liked isometric shooter type games. I thought this would be a crappy little title that I could kill some time with and be done with. This game turned out to be extremely fun experience and before I knew it I had burned through the entire Campaign in one sitting. Nothing about this game is perfect, but the camp is so deeply ingrained throughout the entire experience that I can't help but love it anyway. The cheesy dialogue and premise, the monster…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Even when there ain't much happening on the map game still has fps drops like it used to when I played it when it was released. Such a bummer. I wish they did proper Definitive for both parts.
