You are put in the role of the airspace controlling whatever it is called(I can't really remember the name of the job) at an airport and you have to manage your aircraft to let them land and take off without making them wait too long or crash into eachother. And that's about it. You'll occasionally find yourself getting a helipad added to your entrusted…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A few ATC prep books actually reccommend that you play this game for practice! And while it isn't meant to be a simulation it def. works your brain and makes you realize what we do on a regular basis!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Direct planes to land? Taxi where? Take off from where? Count me in! Is this a fun game? Yes it is, though sometimes you have to be really focussed on harder difficulties. So the game is about directing planes around and on the airport you are assigned to, sounds simple and sometimes it is. But must say I already had a lot of fun with it, managing all the planes.. setting speeds, landing, taxiing, taking off and setting speeds again. You'll get the hang of it as soon as you start playing and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →a fun, enjoyable game that keeps you occupied for 30-60 minutes at a time before you close it again and play it again a few days later. Compare it to a crossword puzzle or a sudoku game if you like... you play it when your bored of have a bit of time to spare. The price is slightly high imo i would think 4.99 would probably be the maximum you would want to pay but even though I paid 8.99 i'd still recommend to pick it up if you have played free online versions of the game. Planes, crashes,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Airport Madness is a fitting title for this game. When loading into an airport you have a nice easy flow of planes to take care of, but after so long all hell breaks lose and you have a traffic rush coming in of planes from all different directions and speeds. You have to time take offs perfectly with landings so planes don't collide on the run way. Depending on the layout of the runways take off collisions may be a factor as well. If you are looking for a game that you can lose track of time…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As i said about "Airport Madness: World Edition": One of the best "arcade" ATC sim there is, a simple UI that a casual newbie can pick up in seconds. Love it! APM4 has less taxying and more focus on getting everything to synch, sneaking a takeoff between 2 landing airplanes to keep the passengers happy (or pushing up the daisies untill you learn that trick). APM4 focuses on challenges more than just diversifying the airports, but there are some interesting ones like like Area 51 and a Carrier…

negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I rate this game 3.5/5. Pretty good. This is a fun, fairly frenetic puzzle game about running various very busy and inherently unsafe airports full of exciting close-calls. You play an air-traffic controller and try to keep planes which are in the process of taking off or landing from crashing into one another. This game is very far from being realistic but is fast-paced, stressful but sort of cute and fun at the same time. I'm not very good at this game but it was still fun trying it out.…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Take control of incoming and outgoing traffic in multiple airports. Small to large planes with shuttles and helicopters for bonus. Control the speed of the planes with a slow and fast option. Fly a plane in to land with manual directions or get it to hold pattern until there is room to land. Avoid collisions in the air and on the tarmac. Eight endurance and sudden death mode maps. A large selection of challenge levels. Smooth gameplay. https://youtu.be/QeTqFei6L1I
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Simple mechanics, but complex patterns. I find myself playing this every night. You need to pay attention to the each aircraft's performance characteristics to time departures and modify the speed of landing aircraft. You can also send craft into a holding pattern, where you can control their direction and send them to a new runway choice, or you can send them off the screen to ease the pressure for a small monatary loss. I wish you could modify the speed or direction of the departing…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It really takes you back to the days when controllers had only primary radar to rely on. 10/10 - would definitely tell Starburst 992 to go around again.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Airport madness , Kinda good to pass your time for 10-15 minutes . After that point it just gets repetitive . Offers a good awareness training and has good realistic sounds . Graphics and the lack of story / challenges are a minus in this case . Pros : Sounds Good to pass some time Cons : Few levels and challenges Repetition Rating : 05/10

I was looking for a longtime for an air controller-game, which creates the same good feeling as "Kennedy Approach" gave me on the Commodore 64. I admit it's as much fun as the latter approximately 35 years ago.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very simple and very addictive. I only have played 3 games in this series, and while they are all good this is my favourite.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very disappointing, a net downgrade from earlier titles. While it has more keyboard shortcuts to help with aircraft control, it has so few maps that the lack of variation gets rather boring rather quickly: less than an hour, for me (and I was a big fan of World Tour, for the record).
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good game to kill time with like all the other series.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Tags: Clicker - Cooldown Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDr: Flash Game Grade. You get different traffic and objectives but lack granular control and the audiovisual quality is low. Not very entertaining.

In this game, players take on the role of an air traffic controller, managing the flow of aircraft at various airports around the world. Here's a review of "Airport Madness 4" **Title: A Fun and Challenging Take on Air Traffic Control** **Rating: ★★★☆☆** **Pros:** 1. **Simple and Accessible Gameplay:** "Airport Madness 4" offers straightforward and accessible gameplay. Players do not need…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If air traffic controllers had the same crappy tools and pilots were as brain-dead, we would have at least 10 airliner crashes a day. Per airport.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Boring. Super Boring. So Boring. Dont do it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The concept of the game is fun, and I did have fun playing it for, 15 minutes. The first 15 minutes was me trying to find an options screen to tone down the sound which is eardefeaning! Unfortunately, there was no such thing as an option screen. Next, I tried playing it on mute, and unfortunately it's just not fun having to play a game muted. I'll opt for the refund, thanks.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →https://youtu.be/9NCLxmV3-PY It should be plane to see that this aeronautical game is rough around the edges. The static backgrounds are bland to look at and makes the experience feel void of life. Vehicles have color patterns that can blend into the background of some of the levels making them difficult to track. The minimal UI fails to give predictive paths for the planes making it hard to estimate where they will be ahead of time. Lacking this information requires players to go in blind…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game would be OK for a tablet or phablet but is definitely not suited to the PC platform. There are numerous graphical issues, including text not fitting into the buttons which is more of a minor irritance, and AI related issues that prevent it being fun. The main thing that needs fixing is the 'Holding Pattern' AI. When planes are put into a holding pattern the pilots are in control of their position in the 'stack' and are at varying altitudes. On this game they suddenly divert from…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →No Widescreen support 3440x1440? It's 2015 meanwhile... Apart from that a nice little game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Decent game to pass some time, though not something you´ll sit around with for hours on end. Starts out fairly easy only to turn into mayhem pretty quickly. At a good price it would be worth a punt, but certainly not a must-have unless you are a fan of this type of game.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a new idea playing top down but not as visually pleasing as the previous games in fact the airports and surroundings are are quite drab. Bought on sale so good value, I will be playing it a lot, like the others it's very addictive. Update on the graphics - they are not drab they are super drab. This game looks like a years old original attempt, difficult to believe it's not an ancient game found part finished in a drawer somewhere then tarted up and released. My original remarks have found…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →All of the Airport Madness games are fun and challenging.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've never played the other ones except maybe the first one on IPHONE but this is really great! I think it shows how fun point and drag games can be even on PC or laptop. Its also a nice air traffic game too! My only problem I think is there is not enough airports and variety of airports available! This is a very very fun game!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Nice time management game to pass the time.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Boredom Madness. It's a very poor airport simulator wannabe.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun time waster, but no way to kill all the sound effects / noise. The little mute button doesn't work most of the time.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →First thing. English is not my native language so dont go full gramar nazi on me. Second thing. It seems i have the most hours by far in this game . Close to 300 (292 so far) So. you may think. WHY THE HELL DID HE PLAY THAT GAME FOR ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 300 HOURS!? I tell you why. its great to keep you busy. sure. its easy and its simple, grafics are meh and you only guide planes (or let them land by default) to a runway. taxi them back towards the runway and tell them when to take off. sure the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game wants so bad to be the equivalent of Airport Simulator, but it fails on every single front.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Airport Madness 4 is a mobile app that's been dumped on Steam as a nasty, cheap cash grab. It's a simple mobile ported game where you drag and drop airplanes onto runways to manage the trajectory, basically a keep-the-plates-spinning low effort mobile game. This is the 4th game in the series (at least that's what the title implies) but the gameplay is just copy+pasted from previous editions, it's inexplicable why they needed to do that apart from greedy money grabs. The aspect ratio is 4:3,…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Airport madness 4... is it? You know what, just no. It's just a copy paste of a video flash game that you can find on the net which btw is working better without your screen glitching.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I liked the World Edition one much better, but I like the drag and drop lead of aircrafts to the runways. Going to head back to 'World' and see if you can do that there. This game isn't bad either... Going back, I do like this one quite a bit, and perhaps even a wee bit more now than World Edition. DIG IT!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its a fast paced game that passes the time. I wish it had better audio control but I find myself coming back to it every once and awhile.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I loved demo version of AM4 on flash, but the full game is a disaster. Bugs and annoyances, like not being able to use correct aspect ratio on widescreen monitors, is ruining the game. Not recommended.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The price for that is a damn rip-off. I got the game through a third-party platform for less than a dollar — anyone paying more than that has only themselves to blame. so simpel, still buggy. planes crash by themself, sometimes i dont even see where what happen (with LOW traffic) and game is over, sometimes planes crash without contact *more than one pixel* or simple bs like this: speed up a plane — it lands but then rolls down the entire runway at full flight speed. Meanwhile, another plane…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is a hassle.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you've ever wanted to be an air traffic controller without the actual stakes, I suppose this is a decent alternative.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Mildly recommended. If you like games about making quick decisions, this might be of interest. Your task of managing multiple incoming flights and ensuring a steady flow of air traffic can be quite challenging. There are a few different levels and a batch of challenges to mix things up. It's pretty bare bones overall and it's age is starting to show. If you love planes and the idea of directing traffic, this is an okay choice.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →14 years later and I still lost track of time. Love this little game.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Scuffed but fun
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of the worst games in sim world(even for fun). Every plane has its own thinking, same planes dont follow same holding pattern(speed or curcle, even if u click them at the same spot), they dont follow the same turn, they land whenever and however they like, they decide speed and the game sends like 10 planes in a minute for landing (in real life the less time is 1 minute per plane). Planes decide the gate to refuel, random clouds appear hiding the map so u cant see any plane to click on,…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A different approach towards the madness. Definitely recommended for the ATC Control simulator!!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Happy to support old school former flash devs. Best era of gaming, finally get to play the full version, very nostalgic
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The menus and UI give away how old the game is. But you'll only spend 0.1% of the time on the menu, so that's a non issue. The game is fun and infuriating in equal measure, just like the others in the series. Anyway, who would have thought that managing the flight control of aircraft carriers would be so hard?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →addictive and non ending game

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I have owned AIRPORT MADNESS 4 for a number of years and even though I've gained all the achievements bar the last, which still seems to be broken, I keep returning to it again and again. As with other titles in the successful franchise, the game deals with landing and launching aircraft and ends when a set number of planes crash or, for the challenge missions, certain conditions are met. There are six levels representing different locations from deserts to aircraft carriers and up to five…
