Play starts by drafting titles, like Monarch, Absolver, or General. Then take turns crafting plans for the realm, setting scenes, & generally getting up to shenanigans.

unlabelledView post →I think my favorite style of customization in any game ever was Absolver, everyone wearing masks was so cool because you would never see someone with the same mask since there were so many ones and everyone had a different taste
unlabelledView post →I wish they'd make an Absolver 2, such an absolutely banger game!!
unlabelledView post →Some time ago I used to draw a lot for #Absolver community, this was the way I got myself recognisable there instead of "Getting Good" at the game :P #Art #fanart
unlabelledView post →Absolver (2017) this game has really eccentric character customization options
unlabelledView post →Show me that weird game no one played that you love. Absolver is an utterly interesting mix of 3D fighting game and RPG where you pick your style moveset, and stats via items and techniques you find Fighting or exploring. Story is thin and it didn't get much support/content after release
unlabelledView post →Absolver came in CLUTCH this game.
unlabelledView post →Lowpoly tree I made based on the game #Absolver #art #3d #3dmodeling #b3d
unlabelledView post →Oni was an early exploration of fighting game controls in a 3D action game. Absolver/Sifu are more recent takes on it. For Honor is a fighting game disguised as an action adventure (and has a full single player campaign). Arguably, Monster Hunter flirts with it in its directional attacks.
unlabelledView post →underrated game I don't hear many people talk about anymore is absolver. Before the devs made sifu they created this and it was seemless online. You created your own move fighting set by dodging attacks and learning them.Crazy game that was ahead of it's time with a great community #gaming #absolver
unlabelledView post →A new soccer video game from the developer of Sifu and Absolver (aka two of my favorite games of the last decade)??? Is it my birthday?????
unlabelledView post →As it turns out, “if you build it they will come” is an absolute BAR. I think I’ve spent years pondering how I can support the game I love most, and the answer is actually not just “play the game”. It’s “give the players something to work towards” Play Absolver.
unlabelledView post →11. Sifu The game always got some awesome rep when talking about the fighting style and how ready you need to be for it. Absolver, their first game from them, was super different and unique with how the combat works, and I feel they refined it for SIFU. The Secret Level animation was sick too
unlabelledView post →Death Stranding 2 had pretty good "immediately switch between shooting and melee," but like everything else, I want more intermediate movement usually I'm either "striking" or "blocking" with no in-between but I think that requires a dedicated melee game, like Sifu or Absolver (or Arkham)
unlabelledView post →Liking absolver so far, too bad i don’t have ps plus #game #art #Absolver
unlabelledView post →That's how I feel about Sifu. That game is right up my alley in terms of setting, style, content, etc., but the controls are SO damn complicated. I've been gaming for decades, I'm a solid Smash player and good in other fighting games, and I loved Absolver. But Sifu is just too big brain for me.
unlabelledView post →ONE HUNDRED WORD REVIEW: "Absolver" This fighting RPG maintains a cult following who are in complete denial about the quality of this crappy game. #writing #gaming
unlabelledView post →I was just thinking of this game and the game they made before Sifu, Absolver. Absolver felt really good to play when it finally clicked.
unlabelledView post →been going through my art folders ( 𝘪 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘢 𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 ) ya’ll remember ‘ABSOLVER’ essentially the groundwork to ‘SIFU’ amazing fighting game, really enjoyed it, might head back into the single player for nostalgia.
unlabelledView post →someone reccomended this to me, may draw something new soon but i got my OC right here based of the game Absolver. figure ye might like it.
unlabelledView post →9. Absolver Pour one out to the greatest fighting game no one ever fucking played. If this looks at all familiar to you, you may know it as the handiwork behind the guys who made Sifu. i own the artbook. the mask. it got me back into doing martial arts. i miss this game so fucking much.
unlabelledView post →As a former Absolver addict, I'm so hype for this game. 😫
unlabelledView post →Hey everyone!! I'll be going live in about 30 minutes playing a hard fighting game!! (Absolver) #gaming #streaming #furry www.twitch.tv/Bloobry_boi?...
unlabelledView post →Bloody Roar needs a revival. Give it to either the team that did Absolver and that other kung fu game. Or give it. Too the NUNS team at BandaiNamco
unlabelledView post →Don't worry, I gave the entire genre a single fair attempt to hook me with BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger Portable. It didn't work. Unless you count Absolver. In fact, I don't think I've ever met someone who owned a fighting game besides that Soul Calibur with Yoda in it. Make of that what you will.
unlabelledView post →As of today, Absolver (2017) is the 356th best game of all time according to me, directly below Blazblue: Continuum Shift and directly above Half-Life 2: Episode 1. It is part of Tier 15. There are 25 tiers and 590 games in the list #PixelRankings
unlabelledView post →I don't really care about game balance for now honestly, so playing base PvP holds more interest than the Absolver+ mod everybody runs, especially because it's just assumed you'll have everything unlocked too. I kinda want that experience of PvP and getting goodies for shits and giggles.
unlabelledView post →I really wish for another game like Absolver to hit. There was so much that could've been improved and built on here. I'm so glad SloClap has found success in Sifu and Rematch, but an online, open-world fighting game / beat 'em up that transitioned online instances so smoothly was so underrated.
unlabelledView post →damn, reminding me i got that in my library its even crazier when you realise that the combat design was initially designed for a multiplayer experience. r.i.p Absolver, you live on in community servers. would love to see a sequel one day.
unlabelledView post →Indika takes a big swing and almost connects, but it's very much worth playing. Baby Steps might be my game of the year and I hate it. And love it. Pacific Drive is the ultimate vibe. A stressful, panicked vibe. I adore Absolver but you need to play it with network off or the latency gets real bad
unlabelledView post →Perhaps not a truly "bad" game, but it's one of the few games where I've gone "this isn't very good but I love it anyway": Absolver. I liked the fighting mechanics and the fictional world, even if the actual gameplay was stale and repetitive and the plot was nonexistent.
unlabelledView post →As of today, Half-Life 2: Episode 1 (2006) is the 346th best game of all time according to me, directly below Absolver and directly above GNOG. It is part of Tier 15. There are 25 tiers and 566 games in the list #PixelRankings
unlabelledView post →Need to post about this game It’s a beat em up take on Vampire Survivors, available on consoles & PC, you unlock new moves and build your own combos (kinda like Absolver), levels filled with weapons to use and you can manipulate the environment. It’s $5/£5 and super cool youtu.be/PFO8-HaMHGE?...
unlabelledView post →3. A game that is underrated - It severely falls short in terms of scope, but honestly Absolver takes such a cool approach to a martial arts game and I'm surprised that my friends who know more about video games than me say they haven't heard of it.
unlabelledView post →I got it too, it's free on Epic atm. I'm dogshit too.. I remember playing a similar game called Absolver a few years ago and being terrible at that too.
unlabelledView post →Big inspiration for me will always be the game Absolver. Might’ve been niche but a whole game about collecting moves from various styles and mixing them to make your own was always the sickest. Plus that little bit, or a lot based on perspective, of magic made it even better. Wish it lived longer.
unlabelledView post →We had the chance to test the closed beta of #rematch, the upcoming competitive soccer game from @sloclap, the creators of Absolver and Sifu. Here are our initial impressions: 🔸@PlayRematch is a soccer game — but not a traditional one.
unlabelledView post →Absolver was the greatest fighting game ever made
unlabelledView post →Finally started SIFU. That’s a huge Hell Yes from me. Their previous game ABSOLVER was fascinating and this follow up is wonderful. Rogue Like Revenge with crazy combat.
unlabelledView post →Picked up Sifu for a couple hours last night and it's just really not clicking for me. I feel the same way about it as I do about Sloclap's previous game Absolver - like I'm just marginally too slow to get the most from it
unlabelledView post →The developers of Sifu and Absolver, sloclap, are making a soccer game called Rematched. I repeat: The developers of Sifu and Absolver, sloclap, are making a soccer game called Rematched.
unlabelledView post →OK So Absolver is on sale, if you haven't played it please pick it up, its one of the coolest games I've ever played and i absolutely adore it, i wish its community was still more alive but it could be so like, here! store.steampowered.com/app/473690/A...
unlabelledView post →I'll be referring to Sifu, Absolver, Remember Me, and a secret 4th game from the PSX.
unlabelledView post →12- Sifu Sloclap's other attempt! Anyone who knows me well, might know I'm a HUGE fan of martial arts movies. If you take that "martial artist revenge for dead master" plot and jam it in a game, you get Sifu! All the cool moves of Absolver, with fluidity and an actual plot make Sifu a real gem.
unlabelledView post →I feel like this is growing pains for the rotation, but its exactly true. Shurima was left with no way to close the game out. No Absolver, no Attrocity, Kaissa nerfed and Nidalee being weak left Shurima out to dry.
unlabelledView post →www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfBX... I really like this video on Absolver combat deck composition as a returning player on a fresh save. In a game with four stances, it explains how opener moves should be paired together on a stance and how every string should have a mixup built in.
unlabelledView post →sloclap's Absolver, still one of the most unique fighting games out there. Make your own moveset from attacks you learn from your many opponents. Nice to see people still playing it. store.steampowered.com/app/473690/A...
unlabelledView post →Very heartening to see a mention of Clash: AoC :) Not so much juggle combos in that game but the combos that one can craft are very fun. One of the closest things to God Hand since Absolver.
unlabelledView post →Being Very Autistic about a game I got on sale, Absolver. Another of many games I wish I'd have picked up when it was more relevant, but still, this game slaps if you love exploring combat systems and you're okay with a pretty small variety and amount of PvE content.
unlabelledView post →38. Absolver Martial arts fighting in a (mostly) unexplained world. The base game was interesting, but later they expanded it with a more roguelike mode that really works. A game you can feel yourself get better at. store.steampowered.com/app/473690/A...
unlabelledView post →I remember this old-ish open world multiplayer fighting game called Absolver that had really really satisfying melee fighting. Unfortunately it had an esoteric sort of "teaching" system to learn moves and I think it's pretty dead nowadays.
unlabelledView post →I would have zero problem calling Absolver a fighting game
unlabelledView post →Packaged PS5 version of Rematch Elite Edition at $40! Third Person FootSoc Game from the ex-Ubisoft Paris staff at Sloclap of Absolver and Sifu fame! It beats working on Watch_Dogs and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon for the umpteenth time!

unlabelledView post →You've now made Sifu, a singleplayer game, Rematch, a multiplayer game, and Absolver, both. How does post-launch support and the overall vision of "launching" change depending on type of video game?
