13 Going on 30
After total humiliation at her thirteenth birthday party, Jenna Rink wants to just hide until she's thirty. Thanks to some magic wishing dust, Jenna's prayer has been answered. With a knockout body, a fabulous wardrobe, an athlete boyfriend, a dream job, and superstar friends, this can't be a better life. But soon Jenna realizes that adult life isn’t as easy as she hoped for. From TMDB

If you can’t tell I was a massive fan of the movie 13 Going on 30 as a kid, so I had to wear the dress (better pics of the nails in the comments)

unlabelledView post →I watched 13 Going On 30 for the first time. I missed it when it came out in 2004 because I was 20 then and felt like I was Too Cool at the time for silly rom-coms. That was dumb, the movie is pretty fun and Jennifer Garner is throwing her whole self into acting in it.

unlabelledView post →My daughter picked 13 GOING ON 30 (again) as her birthday movie and I am again livid at this movie's insistence that a 13-year-old in 1987 was obsessed with music from 1981-1983

unlabelledView post →Every year my daughter's best friend stays with us at the beach and we show her some movies. This year it was POSTCARDS FROM THE EDGE, 13 GOING ON 30, and the amazing NTBTSTM. We caught a sneak of TONY (from NIRVANNA's Matt Johnson) after we got home. #Letterboxd #LastFourWatched #FilmSky 🎥

unlabelledView post →The funny thing about a 13 GOING ON 30 reboot is that in the original film, the story centered on a girl from 1987 flashing forward to 2004. If you used the same time differential today, the lead would be from 2009. Anyway, don't forget to take your multivitamin.

We did a promotion for it, and a lot of the employees dressed up in 80’s attire on opening day. Here’s me from that day
unlabelledView post →Quite the mixed bag between the charming 13 GOING ON 30 (I hate you, Ben Affleck!), NIRVANNA TBTSTM (maybe my fave movie of 2026), a sneak of TONY (enjoyable early Bourdain biopic), and the dumb as a box of rocks but enjoyable MONSTER MAN. #Letterboxd #LastFourWatched #MovieSky #FilmSky 🎥

unlabelledView post →I don't understand why they're calling this a reboot. "13 Going on 30" just had one movie. If it retells the story of the original film, it's a remake. If it's set in the same universe, then it's a sequel or spin-off. variety.com/2026/film/ne...

unlabelledView post →My wishful thinking theory for the 13 Going on 30 movie is that Emily and Logan’s characters are the kids of Jenna and Matt, and TZP is Emily’s love interest and the romantic lead. Is that true? Probably not. But we don’t know it’s not yet…

unlabelledView post →On ep 11 of #Filter and really getting a kick out of it, it’s fun! Part modern fairytale, part romcom. It really reminds me of the film Penelope in that sense. Also some early eps had hints of 13 Going on 30. Nice to see Tian Jianci play a not-immediately-likeable-character
