This time, though, you’re searching for souls, sweet little afterlife-bound kitties that somehow wandered back to Earth in pursuit of canned fish. The game offers two modes: a “story” mode where you gather souls and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game and the other one like it are so delightful and a joy to play. I love the whimsical backgrounds and the characters are so silly and fun.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Stray of Lost Cat is not just another hidden object game, it is a work of art. Gorgeous illustrations, relaxing music and a charming story mode come together for a wonderful experience. Settings, Features & Gameplay Settings include; Display and resolution options, audio control and language. * You can use WASD keys to pan the map * Hints with a cooldown with a 120 sec cooldown * Great range on the zoom * Ability to show and hide the UI (hold down mouse button) * 10 maps in story mode with…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like a lot of these cat-themed hidden object games, so my expectations on difficulty and length of game isn't exactly much. Yet, this one managed to disappoint me. The background art is gorgeous, but the actual hidden objects stand out so much that it makes me believe that it can't be the same person that made both. The Ghost Cats you need to find isn't that bad, but each level wants you to find extra items and those are the ones that are very bad. The biggest problem is just the quality…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really love how colorful and beautiful this game is! Every map feels like a little painting with bright colors and so many cute details. Each level has a new environment to explore, and I enjoyed looking around to find hidden objects and small surprises. The gameplay is relaxing and fun, with exploration, hidden object searching, and simple tasks. I also enjoyed taking my time exploring each map because there are many little details hidden in the artwork. Sometimes I thought I had checked…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If it was just for the main story mode, I would've probably given the game a positive review, but the hide and seek modus where you have to spot tiny cans in darkness with a flashlight, which only shows the can when you light that spot, killed it for me. On the other hand, the items which you have to spot in story mode are easily spotted if you zoom in a little bit, since they stand out from the rest of the map. Anyway, I don't see myself searching for an absurd amount of tiny cans. Which…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The art is drop-dead gorgeous, but the game itself is largely unremarkable. Since the hidden items are rendered sharper than the background, zooming in makes them easy to spot. My biggest gripe, however, is the purportedly "innovative" Hide-and-Seek mode. Finding hundreds of minuscule tin cans with a tiny flashlight is not my idea of fun. There are far better hidden-cat games out there.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If this game only included the 'Story' mode, I'd recommend it, but the 'Hide & Seek' mode absolutely ruined it, and made the game feel like a chore. I NEVER WANT TO SEE ANOTHER GOLDEN CAT FOOD TIN AGAIN IN MY LIFE >.<
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →giving this a mixed review: it takes longer to complete than most other hidden object games which made it feel less satisfying, but doesn't that also mean it was actually a better hidden object game?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is one of the best, if not the best, Hidden Objects game I've played here on Steam. I really adore how alive and detailed the art is, how the different objects usually follow some logic in their placement, the incredible references that just like the objects sometimes are easy to spot and others are hidden unless you look with a closer eye, the recurring characters that show up doing different things in every level... The two gameplays complement each other very well, I like the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's a fairly bare bones hidden object (ghost cat etc etc) puzzle where you must scroll across visually crowded maps loaded with references to pop culture, art history, and just plain fantasy, looking for spectral felines as well as whatever additional object types (three new ones per map) are indicated by flashing characters in the maps. As is typical for these sorts of games, the graphics are basic but serve their purpose well, the music is pretty darned competent (but repeated ad nauseum…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Art is good but...the fact that the game is actually 1-1.5 hours and then you just re-play the same levels but with tiny tiny cans that are hard to find just to add extra hours of "content".
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Relaxing to find, some is almost impossible to find, the art is beautiful. The more I play it, I love this game, it so beautiful and the music soothing, thumbs up !!!!! :)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game reminds me of the Where's Waldo books and all the search the picture spin offs that I used to love as a kid. I enjoyed exploring the colorful and whimsical scenes. The difficulty level is easy with some very well hidden ones on each level. It's a fun and relaxing hidden object game with a cute little storyline.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This was an OK game, wish there was a "meh" for in between like and dislike. In the end, I have to give a thumbs down because of where it lands in other, similar HO games. The graphics were nice, though sometimes annoyingly busy. There are two "phases" of the game. The Story Phase (10 levels) was fairly pleasant where you had to find multiple objects in the same scene. But it really goes south with the "hide and seek" phase (10 levels) where you are finding the exact same object in all…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Whisker Wanderlust: The Mosaic of Souls is an awesome hidden object game! Highly recommended
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sadly the things you need to find have a different resolution then the image where they are on. I also don't like to find much of the same items and that they are easy to find. This one didn't do it for me.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Indie Game Discovery: Whisker Wanderlust: Unwritten Chapter If cozy cute cat overload is what you're after, this could scratch that itch. Beautifully absurd whimsy. store.steampowered.com/app/3978600/... #indiegames #indiegamedev #hiddenobject
unlabelledView post →Story Mode is AMAZING! Hide and Seek mode.... not so much. Hide and Seek mode SEVERELY dampened the overall enjoyment of this game for me. Hide and Seek mode is just the same maps from Story Mode but instead of all the different hidden items you need to find, you just need to find cans of cat food thrown throughout the map. It is extremely lazy and feels like it was thrown in just to pad the game with content. If you're not an achievement hunter like me, I recommend skipping Hide and Seek mode.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a good one for sure. The art is beautiful and detailed, the hidden object searching ranges from very easy at times to very hard at times, which I enjoy! I also like that there is a second mode you can play after the story is complete. Really relaxing and lowkey, but not boring as you are constantly searching :) recommend this game very much and i am looking forward to trying out the other games in the series!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Hidden Object Gem. Just Try It. The art alone is worth it. Beyond the warm colors and adorable, lively characters, I was blown away by the level of detail in this game. There’s so much to explore! At first, you’re presented with a full picture - a landscape of a town by the sea, a busy alley at night... But as you zoom in (you can zoom in like x6), you'll discover countless hidden details and even some fascinating stories. For example, I spotted Salvador Dalí standing in a balcony with flowers…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I enjoyed it! Quite challenging at times. Quite a bit of content for the price. I recommend it if you are a fan of HOG's.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The gameplay is lackluster, but the art is very charming. A good game if you want something to fiddle with while doing something else.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Simple fun, nothing too difficult. Really sneaky hiding spots. Some annoying bits are that you have to click on flashing NPCs every time you start a scene just so you know what you're looking for. You get a bit of "story", if you want to call it that, but it's ultimately just silly busywork that's not necessary. More annoying is that several objects are often hidden under the UI and the designers give zero Fs about it. Most other hidden object games specifically try not to put things behind…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Whisker Wanderlust: The Mosaic of Souls Cute hidden object with 10 illustrated levels, you have a story mode which I like compared to games in the same genre, totally worth the money for the peaceful experience it brings ! I’m definitely buying the whole game series!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very cute and relaxing :) The only thing i would personally change, is the music. Imo it does not fit 100% with the vibes , it is hard to explain and could definitely be a "me" problem tho :D I solved that by listening to studio ghibli music while playing and shutting my mind off hehe
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Beautiful artwork and music, but the English translation is not very good and the gameplay is quite basic. Would recommend it if you like this kind of game and see it on sale.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I absolutely adore this game. Visually it is super appealing. The music is a little repeditive, but it does the job. Lots of little classic art references and pop culture references... It was also great to see re-occuring characters in the different backdrops. This could be used as proof that video games have a soul.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really enjoyed arts of this game, it was wholesome! When i saw Vincent Van Gogh, Frida Kahlo, Salvador Dalí and lot of more, i was amazed. And obviously, it was full of cute & goofy cats, but tbh i hate cans now, i don't want to see them for a while, grrr.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Not terrible but there is black caricatures that are bad.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm not far in but I love this! I love the visual references to other artists - from Munch to Magritte to Sendak and beyond! It also is challenging (I'm trying to find the last soul in the first scene). I recommend!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →THIS GAME IS AMAZING AND SO BEAUTIFUL an awesome hidden object game. Would love to have some of the art for a desktop background, it was so whimsical. Did it for a stream and it was fun looking for stuff together. Con: the translation is really rough at times. Finished? Yes Steam Achievements? Easy! Steam Deck? Haven't tried. Rating? 9/10 My curator page: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/45865425-CozyAriGames/ Full videos on Youtube
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →What a beautiful homage to all the artists who appear in the scenes. Sometimes I couldn't concentrate on the objects I was looking for because I was so captivated by the lovely design and kept looking for references. My favorite is Edvard Munch's The Scream, which is afraid of a mouse. But all the others are there too, especially the surrealists. The music is also fantastic. I'm going to frame the DLC graphics and hang them up in my home. Thank you very much for that.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very cute, fun little game! I love the artstyle and how detailed each level is.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A nice relaxing seek and find game with a cute little story to go along with it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →pretty scenes. and ok storyline. the people complaining about finding tins in the hide and seek mode what did you expect? the tins are pretty easy to find if you zoom in
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is art! Whoever did this is an amazing artist with so much talent. From all the hidden objects games I played, this is by far the most beautiful one. The only thing I don't like is the bonus mode Hide and Seek. It's too tough and hard to find tiny objects with a limited field of vision. But if you like this kind of game or if you are looking for a relaxing game, this is the one. And now I have a lot of wallpapers for my desktop...
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Home come a super cute game like this doesn't have point shop items? 98 achievements, does not drop trading cards, no emoji, no backgrounds... Wish the dev team can add those profile features to the game! Also the last 5 items are the most time-consuming ones Can the hints be more often, and reduce the cooldown? 80%+ negative reviews were because the cooldown time is too long...and I agree and the trick is...Esc and go back to main screen and enter again, for as many times as needed-_-
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →OMG! YES! This is something I didn't know I needed. I appreciate the art-style, the little cute characters and it is so handmade and so adorable. I support artists like this that make everything by hand. I can appreciate this game. It also has some secret inside jokes for artists because you can find characters that are from famous artworks. 10/10 Game!!!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →very very cute and cosy. the art is fantastic
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The artwork is beautiful, the characters are adorable, and the game is very cute. I just wish some of the hidden objects weren't so tiny.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →a lot of fun, gave me a bit of trouble at times, overall a great meow finder
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great game if you like the same same things I like. very original and very pretty
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Whisker Wanderlust: The Mosaic of Souls, developed and published by MEOW STORE GAME, is a gentle, painterly adventure built around a premise that feels both whimsical and quietly melancholic. Rather than presenting a sprawling narrative or complex mechanical systems, the game orbits a single emotional idea: a tiny cat searching for fragmented pieces of its soul in hopes of reuniting with its beloved owner. That simple foundation allows the game to explore themes of memory, longing, and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it's a very cute hidden object game. the art is unique. a very tongue-in-cheek vibe. don't be surprised if you catch a glimpse of somebody famous hiding out in there... and i don't mean Waldo. just a heads up, though... parts of it are deceptively easy while others can come off as a wee bit tedious as you have to zoom in to find everything. on the whole, it's a lovely little romp through colorful scenes and cheeky bits of silliness. i can honestly say i recommend this game. ~a breath of fresh…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i bought it for the art, so cuteee
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →+ it's like a miniature ghibli fan's private playground - with cats. you'll probably love it. that's why it feels like one of the best of its kind - because it feels alive and populated enough to not be boring while you search for cats, and all the little components seem to have their own stories + I like all the little art love hints in it and the art style overall + I like the tiny quests, and that you get mini-quests, to keep you busy with something else - the translations seem a bit…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I LOVED this game and played the whole story through in 3ish hours! ^-^ <3 I plan on buying the other game(s) in this series and playing them through. The artwork and style is SOOO pretty and very well done! When you zoom in on the maps you can see marker-like streaks and it looks like a coloring page and the details are just *Chefs Kiss* I know point and click finding games are pretty niche nowadays, but I still really love to play them and they're so cozy. In the beginning I was INVESTED…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Loved this game from start to finish. Challenging enough without being frustrating and a lot of levels to play for the price. Looking forward to more games from this dev!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The best & most beautiful hidden item game you'll ever play.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very good. The pictures alone are worth playing it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cute little search and find. I found the story nonsensical but that didn't really matter. The art was very fun. Wish I could turn off the specific sound of cheering that happens when you finish a level, though...
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Beautiful game with 10 pictures and two modes to play - Story and Hide'n'Seek. Story mode doesn't have much of a story, it's just a few dialogues at the beginning and the end, some text before each scenario, and 3 tasks from special NPCs. Hide'n'Seek uses the same 10 pictures, but instead you search for tin cans. You only have a small flashlight, and the tin cans become visible only when you shine the light on them. It's honestly easier than some people in other reviews make it sound. I…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cute, calming, chill. Hide and Seek is basically Challenge Mode with 10000% the eye strain of the original tho.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i think i found them all...
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Has really good art/scenes for a hidden object game. Sometimes the UI gets in the way, and the golden cans hide n seek mode is mehhhh
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I would not recommend due to the racist art in one of the levels.

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →was a really cute game, and i loved how you could replay but more in-depth where you need to zoom in more to find things. The side tasks per main mission were also pretty cute as well :) I'm glad to see that there's more game from them as well.
