unlabelledView post →sure I've said this before, so I'll say it again, if you've not seen This is Where I Leave You (Netflix in Australia) worth a look, a family comedy drama following the death of the family patriach, Jason Bateman, Tina Fey, Adam Driver, Jane Fonda etc made in 2014 - perfect for a Sunday afternoon :)
unlabelledView post →"This Is Where I Leave You wouldn’t have been nearly as effective without Driver’s charismatic performance. It’s thanks to his deeply felt work that the film stands as the unheralded gem of Levy’s career." 👑 #AdamDriver collider.com/adam-driver-...

unlabelledView post →What films of Adam's did critics have mixed reviews but you enjoyed? For me: Hungry Hearts. The Man Who Killed Don Quixote. This is Where I Leave You. The Dead Don't Die. House of Gucci. White Noise. 65. #AdamDriver

unlabelledView post →#207: THIS IS WHERE I LEAVE YOU (2014) dir. Shawn Levy Hell of a cast, I'll say that much. Otherwise, and I hate to say this because it makes me sound like a film douche, you'll have a more satisfying experience with the same subject matter watching Jim Jarmusch's FATHER MOTHER SISTER BROTHER
unlabelledView post →This is Where I Leave You looks promising 👍
unlabelledView post →I think so too! Also probably the movie I have seen the most? I would give an honorable mention to Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. As for "(Sad) Boys Are Back In Town", This Is Where I Leave You.

Honestly, script just needed another pass. Also, you should be so lucky to have Time After Time as your song. #2026Films

unlabelledView post →This is Where I Leave You is a staple in our house. Love that movie. The book is just as good and the liberties taken in adapting it to film are reasonable. I love them both.

unlabelledView post →Sept 19 2014 THIS IS WHERE I LEAVE YOU opens. Dir. Shawn Levy. Terrific cast is wasted in a flimsy, warmed-over, serio-comic melodrama focusing on 4 grown-up siblings who travel to their childhood home to mourn the death of their father & engage in some recriminatory bonding.
