On top of having just the perfect final line for Moses' final line in the film and his final words to Rameses, this one of the most powerful endings I have ever seen.
unlabelledView post →I know he was a legend of many roles, but The Prince of Egypt would not have had as huge an impact on my life as it did without Val Kilmer’s incredible performance as Moses. I’m not okay… #RIP
unlabelledView post →The Prince of Egypt is the best film adaptation of any Bible story bar none, period.
unlabelledView post →Having rewatched it tonight, I'd like to take the opportunity to say that The Prince Of Egypt continues to be a masterpiece of a film.

unlabelledView post →yeah I watched The Wild Robot. yeah I cried my fucking eyes out like five times. yeah it's the best movie Dreamworks has ever made. yeah I say that as someone who DEARLY loves Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, The Prince of Egypt, the How to Train Your Dragon trilogy, etc. etc. yeah. YEAH. YEAH!!!!!!!!!
unlabelledView post →It's become something of a tradition for me to rewatch The Prince of Egypt around my birthday. Just finished so for this year, still a fantastic movie.
unlabelledView post →I think it says a lot of his work that if I was asked to recommend a Val Kilmer movie, I couldn't narrow it down to one. Tombstone? Willow? Heat? Top Secret? Kiss Kiss Bang Bang? The Doors? The Prince of Egypt? So many iconic roles.

unlabelledView post →THAT'S RIGHT! He was Moses, the lead in The Prince of Egypt. Still one of the best films, if not THE best film DreamWorks Animation has ever made. So beautiful, so visually stunning, and I HATE that DWA just gave up on traditional animation after Sinbad.
unlabelledView post →REVIEW / Prince of Egypt (1998). **The Prince of Egypt (1998)** *Directed by Brenda Chapman, Steve Hickner, and Simon Wells* The animation in The Prince of Egypt, considering it was last century, was quite amazing and luscious. DreamWorks created something visually stunning, epic in scope, using the medium to capture the grandeur of ancient Egypt and the intimacy of Moses' journey. The all-star cast of voices was impressive: Val Kilmer as Moses, Ralph Fiennes as Rameses, with Michelle…
unlabelledView post →Was watchin a vid on The Prince of Egypt (Cuz I love that film) and I keep forgetting this came out in 1998 and it still looks stunning to this day I never tire of the Red Sea sequence, still a marvel of animation
unlabelledView post →34) The Prince of Egypt. The most important of my Passover traditions. A terrific film. And artistically speaking, one of the vanishingly small depictions of the Passover story in which Jews and Egyptians look like they’re from the Middle East.
unlabelledView post →it’s so fucking punk rock that the Prince of Egypt opens with a vocal by Ofra Haza, Israeli pop icon who died from complications of AIDS two years after film was released🩵

unlabelledView post →The movie for tonight is The Prince of Egypt, which is fine but I think of it as a Passover movie. Feels weird to watch it in May
unlabelledView post →Really tired of seeing that ugly-ass 3D animated Jesus movie by the Sound of Freedom propagandist studio. That shit will never be The Prince of Egypt.
unlabelledView post →I like this video on (the generally excellent and under-appreciated film) The Prince of Egypt. In particular because the author has the same critique I've always had: transitioning straight from the death of the firstborn into "When You Believe" was a *wild* choice... www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgOH...
unlabelledView post →Anyways don't see the ugly Jesus movie. Just watch The Prince of Egypt.
unlabelledView post →I'd argue The Prince of Egypt movie from 1998 is the best, but I wouldn't be upset if the majority say Veggie Tales.
unlabelledView post →Just watched The Prince of Egypt for its 25th anniversary and god damn Is Dreamworks kinda better than Disney? I MEEEEEEEEANN IS IT????? Yeah Dreamworks made my least favorite movie of all time, Antz, but its highs are so, so high. Prince of Egypt is a masterpiece.
unlabelledView post →After seeing the stage production of The Prince of Egypt yesterday, I'm rewatching the movie for the first time in a very long time. It has significantly more animated baby penis than I was expecting.
unlabelledView post →Also…KPop Demon Hunters made history as the first-ever non-Disney animated film that won 2 Oscars. Yep, a non-Disney animated film won more than one Oscar. And it’s also the first non-Disney animated film to win in that category since “When You Believe” from The Prince of Egypt.

A stone cold fox with a kind heart who fights the power? 😘👌 Movie rips and I knew right away the songwriter was the same one from The Prince of Egypt He's writing bangers all day
unlabelledView post →I have not seen too much of his filmography, so this was relatively easy, but I am going to say The Prince of Egypt. It's NOT just one of Dreamwork's absolute best film ever, but also one of the best religious movies in ALL of cinema.
unlabelledView post →I had….a vision. Reorganizing my vhs shelf and the Prince of Egypt came off. I LOVE this movie and it’s been a while so after rewatching it I saw it. I love Kyle Rayner but Mosses and the parrels with the way Chaland views Hydaelyn. Idc if it’s it’s the sleep I see the vision #wolispo #ffxiv

unlabelledView post →Val Kilmer also voiced Moses and God in arguably one of the best animated movies of all time, "The Prince of Egypt". May he rest in peace ❤️🙏
unlabelledView post →The Prince of Egypt is such a beautiful movie but I think the ending where Moses comes down from Mount Sinai with the tablets to an uplifting crescendo is kinda ruined with the knowledge that, immediately after this part in the Bible, he orders the death of 3,000 of his people

unlabelledView post →The Prince of Egypt was DreamWorks first 2-D movie and competed with Disney during their final years of their Renaissance, and gave a musical version of the story of Moses/The Ten Commandments with Oscar-winning music and grand animation. A little too kid-friendly but not afraid to show dark moments
unlabelledView post →The Prince of Egypt is a beautiful movie
unlabelledView post →Every time I think about THE PRINCE OF EGYPT (1998) I get misty eyed. I think it’s a miracle we ended up with that film. Every choice is inspired: the remixing of Moses’ voice into God’s; “Through Heaven’s Eyes;” ASHIRA LADONAI KI GAOH GAAH
unlabelledView post →Rewatched The Prince of Egypt and was reminded how incredible that film is. Peak animation, expressions, great musical numbers, the voice acting! I love catching that every Passover season. What a masterpiece

unlabelledView post →Showing my kids The Prince of Egypt for the first time. This movie is incredible. The final and greatest work of hand-drawn American theatrical animation. No film before or since has this movie's infinite sense of scale. And the music--! The acting--! The animation--! All of it--!!!

Yes!) Joseph from the Old Testament (canonically homewrecker hot) Samson and Delilah (size difference couple)

unlabelledView post →I’m not religious by any stretch of the imagination but I’ll fight anyone who tries to argue that The Prince of Egypt isn’t the greatest animated film of all time. that film makes me FEEL so hard. (and the music fkn slaps, let’s be real.)

unlabelledView post →Joseph: King of Dreams was the direct-to-video spin-off film to The Prince of Egypt and while not as good as that movie its still a fun movie to watch. Joseph (Ben Affleck) is sold to slavery in Egypt when he has the power to interrupt dreams while wearing the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
