What people are saying
A written summary appears once the title has a score.
Critics, per Wikipedia
Leslie Felperin of The Guardian gave the rating of 3 out of 5, and she wrote: Maybe budget was a problem, because for all the fuss made here about the central family’s fabulous wealth, the film’s limited locations and low lighting seem to be hiding a fundamental lack of coin. At least the younger cast members have charisma and spark which buoys things along nicely. Tom Mimnagh of FilmHounds gave the film a mixed reviews and a rating of 3 out of 5 stars and wrote: The Cure is a bit of a mess. It contains some lofty ideas that never quite reach their full potential in terms of a satire on the uber-rich and the wellness industry.

neutral · AI labelView post →The Cure: The Show of a Lost World (2025) **** a straight up concert film, but just one great song after another. Even at 2hrs 47mins, flew by and there was a great flub by Robert Smith towards the end that elevated everything ending the concert on a whimsical note. Great show, cold night! Hot guy!

neutral · AI labelView post →Shockingly, I've found The Last Stand to be the worst entry in the franchise. Later entries are FAR worse than this, but it is an incoherent, muddled mess of a movie. The Cure stuff works better than the Dark Phoenix, but this is such an obvious case of studio mandates and more is more.
