unlabelledView post →I was just thinking about Texas Chainsaw 3D and it got me feeling irrationally angry about its existence. It ignored all other sequels so it could directly tie into the first film… …yet there is not a shred of TC3D that makes me believe the people behind it understood why the first film worked.

TCM one has an inclusion that I had not heard before. after "it's only a movie" -- "persons over 30 years old are not encouraged"

I still say "Get 'em, cuz" to this day. I will also never forget how lovely Alexandra Dadarrio was as Heather Miller.

unlabelledView post →pfft whats crazy is the 2003 remake and ttcm the beginning were great but then they fucked it up with Texas Chainsaw 3D & Leatherface and as much as I like the 2022 "remake" or whatever, it's too subjective a movie to ever become something meaningful sadly especially as a netflix exclusive.
