Lifelong comic and DC fan and I can confidently say that Superman 2025 was objectively an awful movie. A CGI cartoon with very little substance. If anything it has more in common with Superman 3 and 4 for it's goofy tone!
That's Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl in James Gunn's Superman (2025 film, part of the new DCU). Set photos and casting buzz have been calling it perfect.
Hancock was a more enjoyable film than superman 2025
used to hate him as a kid bc of how boring he is: so OP but this very rare rock that actually everyone and their mother has kills him then the 2025 movie converted me bc of the international politics dilemma which i now see as one of the most interesting things abt his character
