Stitch! The Movie
The continuing adventures of Lilo, a little Hawaiian girl, and Stitch, the galaxy's most-wanted extraterrestrial. Stitch, Pleakley, and Dr. Jumba are all part of the household now, but what Lilo and Stitch don't know is that Dr. Jumba brought his other alien "experiments" to Hawaiʻi as well. From TMDB

60 of 90 · most liked firstI'm watching Stitch the Movie right after watching the first one holy shit the animation took a nose dive. I know its made on a tv budget but its still so jarring
unlabelledView post →This movie is weird to me as someone who mainly watched the show. To me, Stitch: The Movie is Lilo and Stitch 2
unlabelledView post →Today's Monthly Disney Drawings are Sparky from Stitch! the Movie and Lumpy from Pooh's Heffalump Movie. That's right. We're entering spin-off territory now. Today, I'm focusing on characters featured in the Kingdom Hearts series, but look forward to others from subsidiary studios. Enjoy!
unlabelledView post →I hadn't seen Stitch the Movie since i was a kid and watching it today i kinda remember why i didn't go back it. I don't think it's awful by any means but it definitely feels very drawn out and slow paced. The show it was setting up is way better but it did get some laughs out of me here and there
unlabelledView post →She definitely crosses the line whenever she mocks Lilo for not having parents. Let’s assume he’s just bluffing to scare her like when he almost spat acid at her in Stitch! The Movie.
unlabelledView post →If you want to see more Lilo and Stitch instead of the live action one, I'd highly recommend watching the series as well as Stitch the Movie which is the prologue of it. www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIZy...
unlabelledView post →How? They can't adapt any of the sequels because they fucked up Jumba and Gantu is non-existant Both 'Stitch: The Movie' and 'Lilo and Stitch 2: Stitch has a glitch' are entirely based on Jumba being part of the family and living in their house
unlabelledView post →It's not specified, but it probably won't be a remake of the original direct-to-video sequels like Stitch! The Movie (2003) or Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch (2005).
unlabelledView post →ok, the one saving grace of Stitch the Movie is it gave us these two perfect characters and the PREMISE of "this found family movie about hawaii is now a pokemon rip-off" is a delightful concept honestly. but that only worked as a pilot for a TV show. it just does not work as a blockbuster
unlabelledView post →I watched the Lilo & Stitch re-telling the other day with @bluerumpbandit.bsky.social, And it was a decent movie for what it is. People who didnt watch it were mad about Gantu's absence, but the movie literally referenced Stitch the Movie / The series. I think he'll show up in the next movie!
unlabelledView post →Stitch: The Movie though taking place after Lilo & Stitch 2 is about Stitch feeling down without other aliens to hang out with, and when Gantu returns to collect 625 other experiments, its up to Lilo and Stitch to free the "cousins" including #625 (Rueben) and #121 (Sparky). Also TV series pilot.
unlabelledView post →(08/26/26): Happy 23rd Years to Disney's "Stitch!: The Movie" (2003), and also, I believe this gesture is "Rhythm Nation" Animatic MV is finally here!!! ovo I will like to give shout out and credit to x.R0S!BUKI.x for the storyboard animatic MV to "Rhythm Nation". ^^' www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6xB...
unlabelledView post →Ngl I'm wondering if they're literally just remaking the plot of "Stitch! The Movie" but with Angel instead of Sparky
unlabelledView post →Stitch! the Movie is basically a pilot to the TV-series, and if you know me... then you know I am not a huge fan of pilots. Like, it mostly just feels like groundwork for something much better that will come later (which makes sense here, because the series is genuinely really good).
unlabelledView post →Time for dinner and a movie! Dinner tonight is pizza, yay. And the randomly selected movie is... Nice. Wife and I are big Stitch fans, and this is the only movie we haven't seen yet! Stitch! The Movie, 2003
unlabelledView post →Looking at "Stitch! The Movie", which served as an extended pilot for Lilo and Stitch's television adventures: www.youtube.com/watch?v=8mgi...
unlabelledView post →VOICE ACTOR #010: Rob Paulsen as The Riddler in Lego Batman 2: DC Superheroes, Antoine D'epardieu in Sonic The Hedgehog SatAM, Carl Wheezer in The Adventures Of Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius, and Reuben in Stitch! The Movie.
unlabelledView post →Also apparently my dad has never watched Lilo & Stitch?? But when I was watching Stitch The Movie, every time he was in the room and Hamsterviel was on screen his eyes were glued heeeelp. 😭
unlabelledView post →Thoughts on Stitch has a Glitch, Stitch the Movie and/or Lilo and Stitch the Series?
unlabelledView post →The top five on Disney+ right now is wild tonally. 1. Lilo & Stitch 2. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives 3. Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch 4. Diddy on Trial: As It Happened 5. Stitch! The Movie
unlabelledView post →I remember I saw Stitch: The Movie and parts of Stitch Has a Glitch way back when. Definitely better than most Disney sequels (Not that it's a hard bar to clear XD)
unlabelledView post →Lilo and Stitch and Stitch the Movie were my go tos at the library I miss those plastic cases like a wife who’s husband was lost at sea
unlabelledView post →now see... if they adapt Leroy and Stitch again THAT would be a good movie but Stitch the Movie was a shitty tv pilot and absolutely NO ONE remembers Stitch has a Glitch ... but i am curious about who you'd cast as Reuben... god help me... it HAS to be Seth Rogan
unlabelledView post →I rewatched L&S with my mom today and after I decided to rewatch Stitch The Movie and decided I also wanted to rewatch one of my most watched childhood episodes, Spike. He is so cutieful. (:
unlabelledView post →It's honestly kinda fascinating how both sequels capture different aspects of the original~ Stitch the Movie: more focus on the sci-fi intergalactic antics, Gantu, Councilwoman, Cobra Bubbles, etc. Stitch 2: more focus on Hawaii, David, Nani, the more heavy and emotional aspects, etc.
unlabelledView post →Stitch! The Movie this was most certainly a 60 minute pilot for a TV series sold as a direct to video film. i guess disney saw pokémon and said “gimmie some of that shit” cuz now there’s 625 other aliens besides stitch. also that french hamster is hot. i’m sorry. i’m sorry. i’m not a furry i swear
unlabelledView post →I can’t wait for the remake of Stitch The Movie where the other 625 experiments are just random dudes for some reason because they couldn’t be fucked to pay for CGI.
unlabelledView post →Lilo & Stitch is my favorite Disney movie. The people yelling “THeN wHO’s ThE viLLaiN?” don’t know what they’re talking about. The original HAS. NO. VILLAINS. Gantu, Bubbles, Grand Councilwoman? They’re all just people doing their jobs. Gantu’s just a dick and not a “villain” until Stitch the Movie
unlabelledView post →Childhood credentials: I saw L&S in theatres when I was 9, I still remember the first time I saw Stitch: The Movie and the anxious wait for Leroy and Stitch. I also lost most of my early teen years watching the TV show on Toon Disney. One remake cannot ruin those memories...
unlabelledView post →I just watched “Stitch! The Movie” a few days ago 😂
unlabelledView post →My biggest take about MOANA 2 is probably the most common take about it: goodness, this thing just can't escape the stink of being a direct-to-video TV series pilot movie. It's like if STITCH: THE MOVIE was released theatrically.
unlabelledView post →I just watched Stitch! The Movie which I wasn't aware was just the pilot for the animated series. With that being said, it was a simple yet cute and fun enough time and does function well as a pilot. It also seems to be cashing in on the Pokemon craze which I didn't realize when I was younger.
unlabelledView post →Stitch: The Movie is pretty fun for what it is tbh
unlabelledView post →This is probably, like, the third Lilo and Stitch 2 after Stitch the Movie and Stitch has a Glitch.
unlabelledView post →Now try the Stitch: The Movie and then the series. The former is basically a 1-hour pilot.
unlabelledView post →#3: Stitch! The Movie While not as good as the first two films or Leroy & Stitch in my opinion, this still is another great Stitch movie. It also serves as the beginning to the Lilo & Stitch TV series by introducing us to the other 625 alien experiments, as well as the villain, Dr. Hämsterviel.
unlabelledView post →100. Stitch! The Movie This is the real L&S2 if you ask me. It works great as a sequel, everyone feels in character, we get to see more of Jumba's experiments here and it's basically episode 0 for the excellent TV series. I'm glad it still holds up after all these years!
unlabelledView post →'Stitch: The Movie' and 'Leroy & Stitch' are really good tie-in movies btw! (Pretty much being the pilot and final of the series correspondingly) If you want to watch the series after watching the OG movie, don't miss them out!
unlabelledView post →After being angered over the Live Action Stitch movie, I say down and watched all of the animated Stitch movies, and it’s just so glaringly obvious Disney didn’t care for any of the narratives or stories the movies told. In Stitch The Movie, Jumba gets taken and everyone is distraught over it.

unlabelledView post →Lilo & Stitch Lilo & Stitch 2: stitch has s glitch Stitch the Movie Lilo & Stitch: the series Leroy & Stitch Anime Stitch series Never watch the live action version as its icky and has to be banished like all over Disney live action remakes to the shadow realm
unlabelledView post →Also this was my first time ever watching this and throughout the whole thing I was expecting Sparky to show up but I assume he's in Stitch: The Movie
unlabelledView post →Lilo & Stitch Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch has a Glitch Stitch the Movie Lilo & Stitch the Series Leroy & Stitch The "Stitch!" Anime Stitch and Ai Stitch and the Samurai All things Stitch related that you should watch and are WAY BETTER than this sorry excuse of a live action remake.
unlabelledView post →TIL that we don't actually see ANY of the 400 subseries of Experiments across the #LiloAndStitch franchise, except for Mary (455) and Hugo (489) that make brief cameos of being activated at the end of Stitch the Movie. Thats actually crazy, and I'm curious why the crew made that deliberate choice.

unlabelledView post →23 years ago today, ‘Stitch! The Movie’ released direct to video. I loved this movie as a kid ❤️ In fact I was obsessed with it 🥰😁❤️
unlabelledView post →If they were gonna start introducing the other experiments, they should've started with 221, AKA Sparky. He was the main focal point of Stitch the Movie, and would've at least made sense to ring in the next wave of Stitch propaganda instead of the one introduced HALFWAY THROUGH THE TV SHOW!
unlabelledView post →Stitch! The Movie (2003) A fun TV pilot movie. Maybe if I have time I'll finally check out the Lilo and Stitch TV series that comes after this 4/5
unlabelledView post →For the record I still haven't actually seen the Lilo and Stitch series proper. Just the first two movies and Leroy And Stitch, but maybe I'll find time to get into the series someday (as well as Stitch! The Movie)
unlabelledView post →Disney direct-to-DVD releases are probably cheating, but Lilo & Stitch 2: boxd.it/7NXGfH Weirdly, Stitch The Movie was released earlier and acted as the pilot for the TV show, and that was pretty good for a low-budget sequel.
unlabelledView post →I hope that the stupid live action Lilo and Stitch 2 isn’t an adaptation of Stitch! the Movie or Lilo and Stitch 2. The idea of having 3 sequels to one movie, all of descending quality is funny.

unlabelledView post →22. The Origin Of Stitch (9/10) For a short that takes place between Lilo & Stitch 2 and Stitch The Movie, it does really well with showcasing how Jumba created Stitch and foreshadows the other experiments. It also gets all heartwarming to see Jumba being played like a father figure to Stitch
