And that? Gets the Emily seal of approval!

positive · AI labelView post →Finished Sterling Point. Yeah…that’s as good as TV gets. Every show should be characters talking about their feelings for 48 minutes straight. If this doesn’t get a second season I will kill myself.
positive · AI labelView post →After hearing nothing but praise for Sterling Point, I decided to dive in and I'm absolutely delighted by this show! Here's my real-time experience of falling in love with it
positive · AI labelView post →I'm a critic who loves it when critics have very delineated and different taste from one another because I think that helps readers figure out what they'll actually like based on taste AND because it's fun when we all do come around and all like the same show. Sterling Point very very very good!

I don't feel as motivated to watch now that the main mystery has been explained. - Star Trek Strange New Worlds:…

neutral · AI labelView post →Still in a habit of picking TV shows to watch that punch me in the face emotionally, Sterling Point was no different but still a show I'd recommend anyway. Has that old coming of age story vibe while still being very modern. Great performances and writing, predictable at times but not in a bad way.

neutral · AI labelView post →No offense to the many talented and worthwhile authors whose books have been turned into streaming series, but one of my favorite things about "Sterling Point" is that it feels, at its core, like a story that is being told for television.
positive · AI labelView post →Well, that didn't take long. 👀 Sterling Point has officially been renewed for Season 2 at Prime Video following its breakout debut. We're heading back! #SterlingPoint #PrimeVideo #TVNews
neutral · AI labelView post →Ok but Sterling Point has been the perfect summer teen drama / coming of age show that I’ve been craving. I was surprised that the dialogue & acting has been better than in recent years.
positive · AI labelView post →New teen drama show Sterling Point is surprisingly good. Pretty basic premise--privileged NYC teen inherits a cabin in Muskoka from her estranged grandfather, visits and finds a secret sister--but the execution is way more grounded and, I don't know, mumblecore (complementary) than I was expecting.
positive · AI labelView post →If you are into teen melodrama like I am, and Canadian Content, like I am, then I urge you to watch Sterling Point a new series on Prime created by the director of My Old Ass.m, Megan Park. I got to see the first two episodes months ago and loved it.
