Gameplay and Mechanics Playing as Bikini Bottom’s funniest starfish is an ABSOLUTE CINEMA. The best part about this game is definitely the open-world sandbox. Even though it looks like a game made only for kids, I honestly had so much fun playing it. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3724340361 The driving mechanics…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →its based on goat simulator because youre simulating the life of the goat
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Megaman and Spongebob. It's still so cool to me that they're in a game together now. 🫧 🔖 #ロックマン #megaman #spongebobsquarepants #sonicracingcrossworlds #art #myart #crossover

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Honestly, for it's listed price, wait to buy this game until its on sale. This game is easy to 100% in, if you're an achievement hunter. In terms of gameplay, it does not compare to BFBB or Cosmic Shake. Sure, this game was unique in the fact of its ragdoll mechanics, but, some of the physics made it harder for some missions than it should be. Things kept glitching, certain mechanics regarding missions wouldn't work as much, and patrick would get stuck in certain objects, requiring resets.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I did enjoy this, it's like Goat Simulator except you play as Patrick in Bikini Bottom. The only problem is it cost waaayyyyyy too much for what's on offer here. I wouldn't pay more than $10 for this.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It is a short but fun game, similar to Goat Simulator 1. You could casually beat it in about 3 hours. Although Bikini Bottom feels small in this game, it has became one of my favourite versions of Bikini Bottom depicted in a videogame, alongside Battle For Bikini Bottom. Unfortunately, the game is too overpriced for what it's worth. I heavily recommend waiting for when it's on sale for $20-$25.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I played this game for more than 10 hours, and I think this game: - Pleasant - Easy - Family Friendly - Very Nostalgic - The animation is good (for cartoon games) - Achievements in this game are easy to get (I've also got all the Achievements) Collect all Mayo Jar: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3501952871 All Patrick Costumes unlocked: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3502761092 https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3502761140
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Wander around as Patrick playing through a collection of mini games in Bikini Bottoms. It's not nearly as exciting as the other games but it's still a good bit of silly fun. The graphics aren't as sharp this time around and there's little goal other than to have some fun but I feel like it's still worth a play through, perhaps best to pick this one up on sale though!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Let's be clear, this is just a bunch of mini games with a 40$ price tag. I did enjoy doing every feat and getting all achievements, but this game desperately needed a lot more content to justify that price, took me less than 6 hours to finish everything. The references and jokes are great, the controls are a bit iffy at times but you get used to them, and the games themselves are fun challenges, a bit on the easy side to beat first try but I'm not expecting Dark Souls levels of challenges…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →after 100%'ing this game (including both achievements and in-game challenges) i gotta say this game isn't worth full price, and maybe not even 50% off. Maybe its cus I'm 24 years old right now and no longer a child, but I still enjoyed this game for what it is. I would say it's only worth like 10 or maybe 15 bucks at most, though if you REALLY like spongebob it can be worth spending a little more on it :3
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Don't buy this game for $40, wait until it's $10 at most. It's not a bad game, but all you have to do in order to beat this game is win the Fry Cook Games, and I did that in 4 hours. Of course, we're supposed to 100% this game, but I'm betting the amount of time to do that doesn't feel far-fetched as well. All this game needed was more things to do, it had the perfect idea, but just not enough of it.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Perfect game for kids, but people who enjoy things like Goat Simulator may enjoy this. First, there's no real storyline. There are cutscenes and lots of things to do/collect, but if you're expecting another episode of Spongebob in videogame format, this ain't it. If you like goofing around and playing around with goofy physics systel in
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its Goat simulator but with Patrick Star. Not a horrible game but not worth the price of $40. Thank got i got it cheap. To be honest this game should be worth like $10 TOPS. Game plays fine for the most part but its a worse goat simulator. The game itself game can be 100% along with all the missions and collectibles within like 8-10 hours tops. Also the first mission it wanted me to do was play with Gary at the park.... i did every mission in the game first. THEN I PLAYED WITH HIM LAST, to be…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The price is criminal, unless you're planning for a pretty quick achievement completion don't even bother
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pick it up on sale, for 40 clams i kinda expected more
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A few days ago, I broke up with the person I thought was the love of my life. This game was the only thing that stopped me from pulling my hair out and cry like a baby. For a while, it let me forget everything and genuinely switch my brain off. That said, the price is ridiculous. I'd recommend picking it up on sale for around €20 or even €10.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Unbelievably little content for a $40 game but it's also a physics-based open world Bikini Bottom, so take that as you will. Actually crazy how little content there is, though.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →A 40 dollar minigame collection that reuses mechanics and voicelines constantly. every "mission" is just a fetch quest and the "end goal" is grinding to 999 sand dollars when each mission gives you 25 max. physics are funny but the gimmick doesn't last. graphics are fine. everything is just so lazy and rehashed, just so they could check the boxes for a spongebob game that happens to be a sandbox game, and it's not even multiplayer like ben 10 power trip (previous game from same developer) was.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Gee, I Wish I Lived On Conch Street! This game is really bad, dont buy unless youre into the speedrunning stuff. About 8 hours of gameplay if you're looking to 100% it and 2 hours if you're just trying to complete it normally. The game has very bad dialogue, a huge lack of a storyline but you might enjoy it if you're just looking to mess around. Most of the minigames will come off as very repetitive and there's also basically no progression.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I bought this game during a Make-A-Wish bundle on Humble Bundle, because I sure as hell wasn't going to pay full price on an Outright game. (I even made sure to put all the money towards charity, lol) I was expecting another shovelware title, but all things considered, this wasn't that bad. It's basically Goat Simulator with Patrick. All of the main voice actors are here, which is really surprising. It didn't take long to complete. This is probably Outright Games best game, to be honest. If…

positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →So i did it, i got all the achievements, i got all the feats, i beat the game a 100%...and i can safely say it's not that bad of a game. this is patrick's first ever game (Somehow Patrick being the star of a destructive Goat Simulator spongebob sandbox type game, fits his character so well!) now i won't lie, i thought this game would be terrible when i saw it was made by Outright Games, a studio that is known for publishing below average to mediocre games. so going into it i expecting another…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The game is ok, although the controls are quite complicated, rather for kids 10+. It also needs to support more languages. Only the English voice in a game for children is not great.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It has been said previously, but nobody was expecting SpongeBob by way of GTA by way of Goat Simulator, but that is what this game is. There is a bit of jank here and there, but there is also a bit of jank in goat simulator. It's almost like that is part of the genre. However, there is a LOT of dopey SB fun to be had with this game, and it captures the spirit of the show very well. You will laugh as Patrick falls asleep and you roll around still playing the game. I would say a key consideration…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its fun and not too long, glitchy but I think its okay because its "the patrick star game" I mean what do you expect. 10/10
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As always when it comes to any game spongebob its always done right which makes me very happy
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sadly just not enough to do for the full asking price, especially compared to Goat Simulator at like $10 and Goat Simulator 3 at $30. Performance is also pretty not great on handhelds, even with visuals turned way down, but this may not apply to people on desktop. This is odd considering how well Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated ran. Probably worth getting on a good sale.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good but not great. Very short under 1.5 hours to beat. No objective or story. Feels more like a tech demo that this company con produce graphics and atmosphere similar to B4BB. Not worth $40 maybe worth $10.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I like it because I get to do all the jobs. My favourite one is shooting the coconuts. I get to hit targets and I get to break lots. The game is funny because he makes us do all these work things and we win. We had to burp all the people out of the sunbathing spot! Review written my my son, 4 years old
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Played on a Steamdeck [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/45534557/]@MatureContent I like SpongeBob and I like Patrick, so a SpongeBob game centered around Patrick sounded like a lot of fun, but unfortunately it wasn't. This is a very different experience to the other SpongeBob games and not in a good way. Where you in the other games run through obstacle like courses, fight bosses and just tag along SpongeBob on fun and crazy adventures, you here just run around completing a series…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →not really worth it even on 50% off sale id say the game is worth like $5-$10 at most so if you must wait for a good sale unless u r buying it for a younger person or are a collector of spongebob squarepants games
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a great game. The price is steep, but it's currently my favourite SB game. It's strangely immersive, downtown Bikini Bottom is cozy and atmospheric. There's no plot, you just explore a detailed and handcrafted rendition of Bikini Bottom. Pick it up if that sounds interesting, or wait for a sale. 9/10 on sale, 6.5/10 when full price (still worth it)
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The best SpongeBob game since "Employee of the Month." A full open world exploration where you are free to do anything. Explore the vast world of Bikini Bottom, condensed into one map. Ride jellyfish in Jellyfish Fields, the rides at Glove World, or roll around. One of the best time killers I've picked up in awhile to just have fun in. I hope it gets expanded upon in the future.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Do you watch spongebob to relax even though you're 30? Buy the game. These devs were true fans. In the dump there is a cardboard box - and you can drive it. It's got enough to do that it is a real game but it's chill about it. Not all pointless collectathons either.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this game is so good it made me cut off my own fingers
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As a huge fan of SpongeBob and a player of every SpongeBob game, this one fits right in! I played the Silent Hill 2 Remake before this and talk about stressful, phew! Playing The Patrick Star Game was a nice and chill change of pace. There was not a whole lot of an involved plot, but it was just as fun to simply wander around and complete the many fun tasks available. There were also plenty of references to many of the classic episodes from back in the day. The game ran smoothly and worked…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i love spomgbob Video game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Was a fun Spongebob game! Nothing like janky physics for some fun shenanigans. Basically Goat Simulator but with Spongebob characters. Lots of callbacks to early episodes!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →SpongeBob SquarePants™: The Patrick Star Game | Launch Trailer | US | ESRB.
unlabelledView post →Bought at -50%. 100% of achievements are attained in ~10 hours, though there is potential for infinite playtime with the open-world and the very impressive amount of interaction in it. The open world itself is very dense, very fun and very colourful. I was surprised that you can drive cars and attack NPCs; some of the vehicle missions gave me flashbacks to Simpsons Hit & Run. The other games and challenges, that make up the 'quests' and 'feats', are varied and often physics-based. I found…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →dumbest game ever. i feel dumb when playing it. 10/10 execution
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →goat simulator but MY goat simulator not worth full price, discounted suits it much more
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →SpongeBob SquarePants™: The Patrick Star Game is an open world game in Bekini Buttom where you can do a lot of random stuff with an Ragdoll style physics for its objects Pros: + open world have good deisgn and good stuff to do and feels alive + patricks silliness captures the game pretty well, the game can feel odd for sure + animations are mostly fine, same for its graphics + 6-10 hours of gameplay if you do all things + cook burgers for mr. krabs, cook for plankton, help squaidward to make…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This Is Patrick
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is so broken that the bugs make it better. It's like the Sharknado of videogames and I love it for that.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →SpongeBob SquarePants: The Patrick Star Game: I love this, this is the best idea for a Patrick Game that I could have imagined. The amount of mini games and the overall idea of Patrick being able to freely run around Bikini Bottom and just be a Goofy Goober is just an excellent idea. Props to the devs for that. You only play as Patrick and there are no other characters that you play with. While playing you interact with various activities aka mini games (quests/missions) and don't really have…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you like sandbox games and Patrick you will like it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Would say it's a nice dessert alongside the other Spongebob games. But I agree with the Steam reviews, it's mostly only worth the price tag when it's on sale.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Absolute heat what a banger
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →dk bananza if it had soul
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Its essentially GTA but Spongebob themed and you can reset the world like a god when you screw up. 9/10 good for having a fun time or you just wanna vibe
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If someone told you to make a game about this unemployed-ass pink blob of indeterminate intelligence what would you proto up? If you said 'a Goat Simulator-like', then you're my kinda guy. He just picks up side quests as he goes and exists as a force of nature. The farty, 'Simpsons-Hit-And-Run'-level tuba in the dump cements the fact that they knew what they wanted to make of this. It's not 'good', it's not terribly 'fun', but the shenanigans that you can get up to are second to none. Get it…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →pirated this game, loved it, played it a bunch. when i bought it on sale, it remembered my save and gave me the achievements. 9/10 edit: real review time! it's a really fun physics sandbox. there are fun exploits and tricks you can learn to do. it has a really nice Bikini Bottom, even though the game is 100% outdoors (no interiors of iconic buildings). lots of fun references to classic spongebob bits. a few lil bugs here and there. and it's a bit expensive when not on sale. but it looks,…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →actually hilarious, content-rich, and a great experience for fans of the show, my favorite depiction of the spongebob universe Ive had the chance to interact with, an open world of all the best spongebob references, places, and characters
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →multiplayer would make this game more fun!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is the most fun I've had in a single player game since Elden Ring.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun game for about 3-4 hours. Not much to do after finishing the game or even getting 100% completion. Not worth $40 for this game. I wouldn't suggest buying it unless they reduce the price.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →that part where patrick massacred those hostages in cold blood was a little much, I must admit
