neutral · AI labelView post →“Spider-Noir” is now playing on Prime Video. I recommend watching it in black and white. A ton of very creative people worked for months and months on the visual effects for the show (of which there are a LOT) but you wouldn’t know it by watching the credits.
negative · AI labelView post →I got home sort of late and was just looking for a show to watch and friends, I had never heard of or read anything about Spider Noir so that was a goddamn surprise and a delight

neutral · AI labelView post →Reaffirms my decision to not watch any new series from Amazon, Netflix, Disney, or any of them until I know if they'll continue or not. Every time I give in and watch a series when it's released and get into it the show gets cancelled. Spider Noir included.

positive · AI labelView post →I've been sick of superheroes (with a few exceptions) for years, but there are three promising series I wanted to watch this year: -Spider-Noir -Wonder Man -Lanterns Anyway, I hope Lanterns fans aren't holding out for a second season. 😅
neutral · AI labelView post →Genuinely sad about the cancellation of Spider Noir. It was one of the most beautifully crafted series released in recent years imo. In a world where flat, sterile lighting seems to be the new standard, it was a real treat for the eyes 🤍🖤

neutral · AI labelView post →All 8 Episodes of Spider-Noir Will Be Available as a Binge Release 2 Days Early — on MGM+'s Linear Broadcast Channel.
neutral · AI labelView post →I think the funniest thing about Spider-Noir, a show where Nic Cage is a film noir detective who also happens to be Spiderman, is that for large stretches it feels like he's the only one doing a film noir sendup and everyone else is just doing a 1920s period piece. It's great.
positive · AI labelView post →I must admit I lost my mind for a bit over that brief bit of footage from “Spider-Noir.” A “Sin City”-esque Spider-man detective show with Nic Cage doing his thing? How could I not love what I saw?

neutral · AI labelView post →Spider Noir won an unprecedented 5 Emmy awards, the most ever for a marvel TV show, and they still aren't gonna make a second season of it
neutral · AI labelView post →Idk, we’re on the 4th Tom Holland Spider-Man, 5 Spidey movies before that, 3 Venoms, Madame Web (lol), Morbius (lmao), soon to have a third Spiderverse movie, and a Spider-Noir show. Oh plus like 3 big hit video games. Feels like we’re good to me I guess.
neutral · AI labelView post →Is it me or is there too much talky talky and no action in the Spider Noir series. I want to like it, but holy shit, get to the fucking point!
negative · AI labelView post →The first half of Amazon's "Spider-Noir" is REALLY dull. Then Nicolas Cage starts getting weird. Whether or not that saves the show depends on if you want to watch Nicolas Cage doing arachnid modern dance while talking like James Cagney. My review:
neutral · AI labelView post →I haven't been paying a ton of attention to the Spider-Noir show but I fully thought it was animated lol, which would have been fun! But there is something incredible about live action Nicolas Cage as Ben Reilly/Spider-Man Noir. The trailer looks so great??
positive · AI labelView post →Trying to explain the connection between Hellraiser, Garak from DS9,Skinny Puppy, "Jesus wept!", and the new Spider Noir show to a friend who is begging me to stop talking.

positive · AI labelView post →The Spider-Noir show is actually very fun. I didn’t hear much buzz about it but I loved the first two episodes. Really commits to the 30s detective noir shtick.
positive · AI labelView post →Finished Spider-Noir. Noir Detective Thriller first, Super hero second, the show delivered on a riveting mystery that felt like watching a comic book come to life with incredible performances from everyone, especially Nic Cage, satisfying action, dark gritty storytelling, best live action Spider Man
