There is almost nothing in the game right now besides the bones, which look like they've been pulled directly from RimWorld. I think there is a chance that this could be a game that's a fun alternative to RimWorld down the line, but that line looks to be a year or more long at least. No research, hardly anything happens, silly enemies are near impossible to beat, no way to make fuel other than waiting hours for some ship that might pass by that is willing to trade some. Read the discussion page before buying. I should have. Extremely overpriced, there are far better proper finished games out there for a lot less that are fun.

But the beginning is quite a bit of a struggle (even on easy), which can ruin it a bit, it becomes so frustrating when you spend an hour on your ship to then run out of power cells, and you just become stranded. I would recommend this game as it looks like it has great potential, but I think I will leave the game for now and pick it up after some more updates.

Mechanics on how to do things are not very well explained, and ther is no real progression that I have seen (such as research). There needs to be a bit more time for this game to cook, as in the state it is in, the pricetag is too high for what it is... Which is a minimum viable product, with minimum content.

I think the start is pretty challenging, and you want to give yourself every opportunity for success. While not required, engineering 6 also lets you deal with basic needs. Reroll does not work on captain, and despite what author replied to one of the other reviews, captain's stats are absolutely arbitrary and in no way depend on previous selections. You have to constantly keep an eye on your oxygen and fuel levels, and sometimes it's difficult to defeat the Spaceworms. I had to literally delete the beds so they would go do something instead of trying to sleep off minor bruises.
