Has an interesting campaign mode as well as multiplayer though not really anyone playing it. If you enjoy Warhammer or board games you will probably get some fun out of this. :-)

The AI is a little predictable, insomuch it is easy to predict its lines of attack - then again so was the boardgame - but this still provides that growing air of desperation as the "stealers" close in. Constant weapon malfunctions, even on the first shot and specialized melee characters dying on the first strike. There so many WH40K tactical games these days; save yourself the frustration. In case you already own the game, you can save mid-term. Use this over and over to correct the RNG.

Yes, the animations are slow and the AI is stupid but I still love to kill those stealers. The main problem is that in the last patch before they abandoned the game, the devs removed the ability to start games by invitation, effectively breaking multiplayer, since there never is anyone else available to start a match. Before that, I had great fun playing with a gentleman from the UK, playing a turn a day. That is a great shame.

I had to pay a premium to get this on steam because the app no longer launches on my old ipad air. its a very pure screen adaptation of the board game so its great for learning the rules.
