I can't help but be impressed by the breadth of its physics, but something about the "so polished that every corner and rough edge has been rounded off and sanded down" feel of it turned me off.

I've seen countless other aircraft that look like they shouldn't fly and yet they do but when I try to make a simple jet I somehow I just fail and makes some weird cobra maneuver and plumets straight into the ground and like I've said, I spent around 20 minutes trying to fix the problem and I got nowhere. Super easy to get into and if your bored just download the millions of planes so would recommend for life.

If you want to create a super powerful jet thats insanely fast and has VTOL you can, but the good thing is that you need to sit down and learn. Like its not unnecessarily hard to create a good looking jet that performs well, if you want to make it hyperealistic there are mods for that too. I so far made a SU-24M Fencer and a F-16 Falcon (Viper). Not only did this game make me love planes…

Tutorial does not cover any of the newer blocks/modeling system/cockpit system. No multiplayer by default and only about 10 missions that are either dead-easy or impossibly hard

In the end, I still really enjoyed the game since it was a wonderful flight and engineering game. Furthermore, it serves as one of the best offline and multiplier aircraft games I had ever tried, even saving my life from boredom as my internet went out for a couple days straight. I would certainly support this for other players.

unlabelledView post →I used to play this so much on my Android tablet back when it first came out! It was one of the very first steam games I ever purchased 😸 You can easily import other people's aircrafts into the game to fly and test out. Only downside. Flight sticks are a pain in the butt to set up I recommend checking out simple planes 2 for multiplayer. I played some of the beta test and need to pick up a copy of it since it's released.
