60 of 123 · most liked firstgame is good BUT very slow (at least to your first ascension) i was told. connected to the discord server and was timed out within 5 minutes for being accused (from a discord staff member) for "doubting others" when all i said was "i must be doing something wrong" when the staff member was called out on what they had said i was timed out for an hour.....either way the game does deserve a positive review BUT their discord staff doesn't

Thus, the only way to keep going is to let this game run in the background of your computer for extremely long periods of time. Does that scream "fun" to you? Progression is punished in multiple ways. First you lose access to the quest system. Then you can no longer get a boost from companions. Then you run out of death "cards". Then runs no longer generate enough income to buy incremental upgrades,…

But you won't earn any coral until you reach level 500. 1. Beat the ascension challenges to unlock additional ascension upgrade paths. Which requires you to spend more corals, even though you're still only earning enough corals per ascension to get maybe 2 upgrades each time. 2. Before you reach stage 1000 it is just a real slog, slow grind, takes…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Great little game edit: Updating review to negative because somehow this little game is using nearly 50% of my GPU. They added an option to disable rendering and it only reduces it by 5%.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Wanna raise a turtle with me bro?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cute from the outside. Somewhat hollow from the inside. Companions can't be defeated and not make the battles more interesting. Gear doesn't show on your turtle. So why even collect it apart from numbers? Music and click sounds are annoying quickly. Apart from higher numbers, there is nothing for you to build / expand to show long-term progress. Score: 5/10 Sea Pearls P.S.: Check out Soda Dungeon and other games before grabbing.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →The early~middle game was fun while doing challenge runs. After finishing those it fell to the classic "lets prestige over and over to break this timewall" design issues. The biggest insult was the super anticlimatic hidden power reveal that showed... more prestiges, more timewalls, same old grind. Fairly harshly capped offline progress without companions combined with all the dust vanishing without prestige upgrades made me not use it at all after few cheap upgrades. Fun game until a point…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →At its heart this is your typical get stronger, prestige, restart, rinse and repeat ad nausea game with a cute cover. However, once you get to a certain point the cost of prestige quickly outpaces how fast you can attain the currency to do so. Not only that, but certain achievements are made for getting beyond the 5000M point with ease, which just isn't easy. I get it, that is the point to draw out the length of the game, but at some point the drag isn't worth the prize simply because the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is pretty good. I have played a lot of idle games and my favorite games have been idle games over the years. This game is cute, all the animations are just adorable and it plays very well. TRDR: Great game well thought out super fun!! I would 100% recommend this game to someone who likes idle games. It is paced incredibly well and incrementally goes through all the big numbers. There was never a point that I felt like I needed meta progression or anything like that to comfortably go…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cute game, tons of potential. Onboarding falls off fairly quickly, requiring you to go to the discord to try to figure out what's wrong, and that's unfortunately where things fall apart. Sometimes they're vaguely helpful, and sometimes it's like pulling teeth. The community isn't toxic, but I found it frustrating to try to talk to them. One fellow kept trying to tell me the translations were the issue. I really want to like this game. At for the price, maybe it's worth getting. But hitting…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Sure, it's cute, cheap, and the dev gives it constant updates, usually very small, but updates nonetheless. So why don't I recommend Siegeturtle? Because it's a mobile game on pc. Siegeturtle is the kind of game you would download on your phone to kill the half hour in the waiting room at the doctor's office, then delete it immediately after the appointment. It plays itself for the most part, you click on upgrades to slightly increase the turtle's power, each enemy the turtle beats produces a…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's all of the dopamine of a number go up idle mobile game but without any of the predatory microtransactions. Just $5 for the cost of admission and that's it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very cute, gets deeper and deeper the longer you play, rather interesting. well worth the pricetag.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Yes, and also duck.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →439 hours, 59/74 achievements. I'll stop playing here. When I bought this, I was surprised by how much game I was getting for the money. At this point, I am disappointed by how little game play there is. If you like incrementals, this one is worth the money. If you like long incrementals, it should be more than worth it.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Grind is excessive. Somehow, the graphics aren't centralized, which is annoying. Not for me.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is pretty good and cute, but for idler's it's one of the worse. WARNING - Full clear is over 400 hours. I give it a good thumbs up, but there are a few things I wish were better as well as parts I would give praise. Pros: - Offline currency is separate from online currency / separation of two types of play - Cute customization and pets - Math is done well when calculating level caps - Enhancement is a hell of a thing ;) - T2 challenges were fun to work on, Can you add Tier 3's for…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →One of my favourite idle games. Dev is active and passionate about this game, big thumbs up.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →if you get the wrong pets or you focus on the wrong ones in your first run it will be a grindfest to get the first ascension done. with a higher than 60hz refresh rate monitor: "V-sync", and "FPS Limit above 60" make my gpu go a bit crazy. for an idle game you have to be way to active, if you don't have the right pets or ascension upgrades, with no meaningful/impactful things to do, you have to spend your GP, your SP, equip gear, spawn bosses, sell fishes, so there is way to less automation.…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →At $5 this game is a steal. I got it on sale and feel like I got away with something. It's possibly the best incremental I've played this year, and while it's true it borrows a lot of elements from other successful incrementals, other games also do that and don't do it nearly this well. On the issue of 'is this an idler' it is and isn't. The first 5-10 hours you could idle but you'll probably be constantly busy. It does eventually evolve into more of an idler as your purchases and decisions…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I'm a Linux user and this is the first game that I've played where Steam's Proton compatibility layer wasn't good enough. To be clear this is not the first time that that I've had to troubleshoot Proton; it's just the first time that I've failed and given up. I played the demo. Successfully imported my demo's save into this official release. I played for three hours, and shut it down. I came back five hours later and my save has disappeared. Again, this is not my first "Proton's acting weird"…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it's a game where you play as a cute lil turtle, and you get even more cute animal friends for the turtle to be friends with. and to make it all even better, the more friends you have, the faster that number go up. what more could you ask for?
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cutest idle game, the variety in companions is the highlight for me.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is completely ruining my life, I did not give it much chance, the reviews are good but not great and it is a incremental game like a lot of other titles. Boy was I wrong I am completely addicted to this game, if you gave me a dollar every time I said just one more run and I'm done for the night id be very wealthy at this point. Now that is not to say that it dose not get repetitive it does but there is so much going on to keep and peak your interest. this is honestly one of the…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I've played a number of idle games, but I've never encountered an idle game that encourages failure. You can increase your farm rate by intentionally lowering your health and farming an in-game "currency" called skill points. On top of that, this game lacks any depth at all. You hit a wall at 300, repeat the same ♥♥♥♥ until 900, then ascend, and repeat. Additionally, there is a AFK island where you get currency for being offline. You can either progress there or in the main game, and the…
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good idler! Plenty of unlocks and upgrades. It's relatively complex, graphics are nice and UI is polished. However, there's no sound when fighting which feels very weird. You lack that satisfying auditory feedback of getting stronger. The music is very repetitive, so I just turned it off. There's a lot to be desired visually too. You see the same background over and over again. A bit more variety would have lifted the game. It's a solid idler game, but it also clearly has some noticeable weak…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you like second monitor games then this might be it for you, and even has the option of turning your graphics off to do things on your main screen that may be more resource intensive. The idle aspect of the game is good, and up as far as your first coral (500 meters) you will find progress in almost every aspect of the game. It's fun to find new companions even though they are a little slow to earn
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I really enjoy this game and its playloop. I have one thing against it. The dust system for offline is very, very lacking compared to just providing resources like gold and exp. If the dust was ALL permanent, then yes. But it isn't. So this game is great. But I mostly recommend it to those who can leave a game open and running all the time.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I did not enjoy the gameplay. Number go up, but somehow shallow and with almost no interaction on my side. The setting with the turtle felt bland.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →cute little animals are following the turtle around :) the game loop is simple but addictive
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This game is super fun...the content unlocks at a nice pace and I LOVE the itemization - when you actually get your first uncommon/rare item you feel a big power spike that is super exciting. I've been playing for about a day and I haven't hit ascension - not sure if I'm bad or if this is just the pace the game goes at... Add more companions/add a tech tree that persists after ascension/add leveling up of specific companions to allow more complex builds and keep adding content!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →it's a pretty good idle game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun little longer idle game, actually some really tough choices with companions and overtime you'll learn that some are way stronger than they seem. Ways to cater to longer or shorter playstyles. Once you finish challenges you've seen the content, there is a nice little end screen once you unlock hidden power and if you just like the game there is a LOT more scaling you can do after you reach "end game". I plan to just keep it running and keep scaling up as that's fun to me. One thing I will…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Good VFX, obliterator of dopamine receptors in the best ways. Offline progress is practically non-existent though, you're gonna need to leave this on over night quite a lot to get to the end of the game in a somewhat timely manner. Animal buddies are cute.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →a silly little idler with some cute art. its far better than any phone game idler, and doesnt try to shove anything in your face, the systems all seem to mesh well and you can actually buildcraft with the skilltrees adn companion systems introduced quickly... i suggest you make sure to get kingfisher, dolphin, and platapus AS FAST AS YOU HUMANLY CAN... kingfisher speeds up repeat attempts with its dash forward, dolphin funds your hp and mp meters, and PERRY THE PLATAPUS exponentially…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Pretty great idle game! Lots of different stats and skills to balance and being able to choose pets and ascensions and different mechanism is great!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Bought it in a bundle. I didn't had much expectations but when i played the game for a bit. I really liked the game. There's not much to say about the game. The upgrades, sense of progression, defeating the enemies. It's all quite... good? Fighting is pretty much automatic. With micromanagement you can get past the level u stuck at or just farm till u become stronger than the enemy. Lots of upgrades.. Ascension really boosts my turtle so there is the sense of progreśsion. The game is really…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →this is one of the good ones. Caring dev and great gameplay!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Slow and nice idle game. Better made for phone quality but still great for PC game regardless.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →really good so far of course im early on still but so far really good, the only thing im scared about is how does the dev make money off this game really its extremely cheap and he updates it constantly so i feel like one day the updates will just halt, but besides that fear its great edit:1 i think the wall for the first boss needed to ascend is way to steep, but i also mightve just picked bad companions
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Siegeturtle is just plain good fun for 5 dollars. If you are a fan of the idle genre, specifically Clicker Heroes, I would give this one a go. Siegeturtle has multiple resources for upgrades, different equipment that give boosts respectively, custom companion choices offering different buffs based on which you choose, etc, etc. This game offers tons of variety without any of the systems feeling too bloated or forgotten in my opinion. Every system isn't perfect, but they all feel like they make…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is a very strong idle game. Reminiscent of Clicker Heroes but with lots of stuff inspired by newer entries, and with a very tight and addictive game loop. I mostly idle but there's lots of room for more active play as well.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Very fun idle game. Developer has updated the game almost daily adding new content and QoL upgrades.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cute and addictive incremental idler that takes some of the best ideas from genre classics while trimming the fat. Pacing is on point and there is a decent amount of strategic depth in experimenting with various builds and finding skill synergies. As a result each run feels varied enough and lasts just the right amount of time, never dragging on for too long unlike many other long term incrementals. The aesthetic is also a strong point, with y2k-esque CG art and the soundtrack creating a…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Fun little game, the challenges help to mix up the gameplay, looking forward to more systems and content in the future!
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Can be slow at times, but overall the pacing has been quite good. Noticeable power spikes in certain areas, and numbers do indeed go up. Overall I've quite been enjoying this one. There's no ads, no IAP, it runs smooth, has a low GPU option for the background, tons of companions and things to do. It can reward you paying attention to it, but is also happy to chug along in the background for 12+ hours. The dev is active currently, I have no complaints about this game. Worth the 5$
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →This is one of the best idle games i have ever played. Great pacing, cute, with the dev updating the game constantly. This game has the potential to be one of the all time greats of the idle genre like ITRTG and NGU
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Cute and affordable idle game with added fishing! If you're a fan of idlers, this is a great choice. Also, much to my (and I'm sure a ALOT of peoples' surprise). the dev(s) are still consistently updating this game. Some complaints about GPU usage have popped up, but no more than any other idler I've experienced. Solid addition to the genre at a very fair price.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Well designed incremental. Progression is quite satisfying because of the way currency scaling is handled (Spendable currency scales exponentially while progression is measured like a log to currency) Only thing is that it takes up like 70% of your device to run somehow
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →i have two hot dogs and i agree with this game
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →*Siegeturtle* is a strikingly charming blend of roguelite progression and semi-idle auto-battling that manages to feel both relaxing and surprisingly layered. At its heart is a simple premise: you guide a lone turtle steadily swimming toward home through increasingly dangerous waters. The turtle moves automatically, cutting through enemies and obstacles while you focus on strengthening it run after run. This structure creates a rhythm in which the moment-to-moment gameplay feels gentle and…
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It took me living with it for 34 years to learn a jetpack riding, cannon wielding turtle can beat Diabetes.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Have to agree with most of the negatives. Yes, I have almost 1k hours of my life I will never get back from it. You have been warned.
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As a masochist, I approve of this game👍
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →If you like idle, numbers get bigger games, this really scratches that itch.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →I live this game i's asome
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →It's worth its price if you like idle games.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Wonderful idler from one of my favorite developers! Keep up the great work and if you are wondering if you should get this game, obviously the answer is yes.
positive · reviewer's own thumbsView post →Huge disappointment for the game if you plan for a 1-2 days incremental experience, feels like a mobile game, takes ages and forever to level up
negative · reviewer's own thumbsView post →As other reviewers have pointed out, it's indeed one of the slower idler / clicker games on Steam (see: Cookie Clicker). And granted, at first, the 3D graphics gave me a kind of "meh" impression. But eventually, this game reveals a lot of depth and you can recognize that it's a labor of love in many aspects. I'll probably have it running for 200-300 more hours until I have 100%ed it. :)
