There is no way to change this in the settings, so unless you know how to lock your monitor refresh rate at 60 (or have a different monitor at a lower rate), you are SOL. The fighting mechanics and enemies were very simplistic, too. Can't recommend.

Well, at least now you don't have to navigate through your inventory to open your map, but that's about it.
